MTLNOVEL Chapter 47: AFTERMATH
Xuanyu sat panting, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. Magic truly was a wonderful thing. Only a day ago, he had been complaining about how his usual body training wasn't yielding results anymore. His body had adapted to the stress, and without greater pressure, he couldn't progress. Relying solely on DDS to increase his strength felt painstakingly slow—a pace that didn't sit well with him.
When he mentioned this to Bibi Dong, she suggested training under high gravity. Hearing this Irene, in turn, assured him that she could create an enchanted item capable of generating a high-gravity field around him.
Excited by the prospect, Xuanyu handed her a chunk of adamantium as the crafting material. True to her word, Irene forged a pair of brackets meant to be worn on both arms. The enchanted brackets could generate up to fifty times the normal gravity. As payment for her effort, Irene kept the remaining piece of adamantium for herself, which Xuanyu gladly agreed to.
Today marked the first day of his high-gravity training, and he was quickly realizing how ambitious and foolish he had been. Setting the gravity to five times normal had seemed manageable in theory, but in practice, it was a grueling ordeal. That too while doing Saitama training programme with fivefold gravity, which he got using his skill: Answer.
Now, his entire body ached, and he was left breathless on the training ground.
Groaning, Xuanyu sat cross-legged and retrieved a Life Origin fruit. He bit into it, savoring the burst of cool, gentle energy that coursed through him, soothing his battered body and easing his pain. He sighed in relief as the fruit's restorative energy healed his injuries. With renewed focus, he activated DDS, refining the remaining energy from the fruit to increase the concentration of Dragon God's blood in his veins.
After a while, Xuanyu opened his eyes and stretched, feeling significantly better. He quickly showered, cleaned up, and made his way to meet the others.
As he entered the room, he greeted everyone with a nod. Once seated, he turned to Shizune. "So, what's the report?" he asked.
Shizune smiled confidently. "Everything went exactly as planned. The Third Hokage has just declared Shisui a traitor. Right on cue, a ninja entered the meeting and revealed the explosive news. Chaos erupted in the room. And then, the pamphlets began raining down—not just in the meeting hall but throughout the entire village."
She paused for a moment, her expression sharpening. "The Third Hokage may try to deny the accusations against him, especially those buried in the past, but the truth about Naruto's identity and his treatment cannot be hidden. Regardless of the reasons he gives for keeping Naruto's heritage a secret, the villagers cannot ignore the neglect and mistreatment of the Fourth Hokage's son. It's a betrayal of the legacy they all revere. Not only that, if child of fourth hokage is treated as such, then what about their child?"
Xuanyu leaned back, satisfied. "And the reaction?"
Shizune's smile widened. "Exactly as anticipated. The trust of the ninjas in the village leadership has been shaken. Sacrificing their lives for the village only to see the children of heroes treated this way? It's unacceptable. Many ninjas and civilians have begun rioting and protesting outside the Hokage's office. The major clans, meanwhile, have withdrawn into their compounds, waiting for the right moment to act. The Uchiha have isolated themselves completely. The village is a powder keg on the verge of exploding. This will be enough to force the Third Hokage to resign."
Everyone nodded in agreement.
Xuanyu's mind briefly drifted to the other half of the plan. Shisui's role had been straightforward—control Sarutobi Asuma and Sarutobi Shinnosuke and manipulate them into attacking the Daimyo's palace. Killing Shinnosuke in the Land of Water wasn't part of the original plan, but it had forced Shisui to impersonate him as punishment and carry out the attack.
The targets in the Daimyo's palace weren't innocent. Corrupt nobles—murderers, rapists, and worse—had lived there under the protection of their status. Shisui and Asuma eliminated them without mercy. But when it came time to kill the Daimyo, Senju Tsunade appeared unexpectedly, as per the plan. She saved the Daimyo's life, forcing the brothers' rampage to come to an end. Unfortunately, both Sarutobi brothers had explosives on their bodies, so both of them died in an voilent explosion, this was the suggestion of Tsunade.
The pamphlets were genius of Xuanyu's. Tsunade and Shisui both hesitated when it came to killing Hiruzen. Tsunade, because he was her teacher. Shisui, because he wanted him to suffer. He wanted him to live in pain.
Altough most would guess that Sarutobi brothers were under mind control/illusion but it doesn't matter. Afterall they have already killed family of Diamyo and severed his hand. Their attack on the Daimyo and the deaths of Diamyo's sons and family mean their remains will never be honored in Konoha's Heroes Cemetery. Their disgrace will haunt Hiruzen.
It was a genius plan as it ensures that the Third Hokage faces the consequences of his actions without a direct assassination.
Tsunade's anger flared briefly at the mention of the pamphlets. She had been livid after reading about the experiments conducted on her grandfather's body and Danzo's involvement in her younger brother's death under Hiruzen's orders.
Shisui stood, his expression darkening. "Now, all that's left is to deal with Danzo and force Hiruzen out of office. Let's finish this."

Meanwhile, in a dark cave, a white Zetsu emerged from the ground and started shouting while shaking a pamphlate in his hand," There's a big news from Konoha! There's a big newd news from Konoha."
A person wearing a spiral orange mask with only a hole for single eye emerged along with a black coloured Zetsu.
The one with orange spiral mask asked," What happened?"
White Zetsu answered," As you ordered Madra, I was looking for traces of Uchiha Shisui and keeping eye on Uchiha clan. Then suddenly these pamphlates started raining from sky..
Madra frowned and took the pamphlate and started reading it. Black coloured Zetsu took second pamphlate and started reading it too.
After a while he spoke mockingly," Altough I knew Konoha is really good at killing and driving away powerful ninjas but I never expected it would be this bad. At this rate, I don't need to do anythihg, Sarutobi and Danzo would themselves destroy Konoha."
Suddenly another white emerged and said," Hey! something exciting happened!"
First white zetsu turned and excitedly asked," Did you poop?!"
Second white zetsu replied," Indeeddd,.... No I didn't you fool. Though I wish I could feel the feeling of pooping."
First white zetsu nodded," Me too."
Obito interrupted them, before they could spout more foolishness," Hey! be quite first white zetsu. And you second zetsu, tell the information."
Second white zetsu grumbled something about white zetsu, pooping wtc. and then said," I saw that Sarutobi Asuma and Shinnosuke got crazy and attacked, Diamyo family. They killed some members of Diamyo family and almost killed Diamyo too, if Senju Tsunade didn't appear unexpectedly. After subduing them, just as Tsunade was healing Diamyo, both Sarutobi brothers exploded in a voilent exploaion."
Hearing this, both Madra and black Zetsu were left surprised. Then Madra frowned and questioned," But shouldn't Sarutobi Shinnosuke be in Land of Water? Fifth Mizukage sent four elite jonins, to kill them. Then how did he alive?"
Black Zetsu frowned," Maybe someone helped them and they should be the one who killed white zetsu's."
Obito frowned. It is troublesome that someone can detect white zetsu's.
After a while, Obitio ordered," Deploy more white zetsu's across various ninja countries, I want to find who killed those zetsu's and also increase number of zetsu's in Konoha. My prop for izanagi is in need of replenishment."
