Aiden stood over Doom's battered body, his chest rising and falling with slow, controlled breaths. Every fiber of his being screamed for vengeance, but now, with the revelation that his father had been lost to an unstable portal, a new emotion overtook his rage—desperation. Doom was his only lead, but Aiden wasn't one to place his hopes in a man who had just admitted to lying.

His mind worked quickly, shifting through possibilities. Then it clicked. Reed Richards. One of the greatest minds in the world was just a few steps away. If anyone could decipher Doom's technology and bring his father back, it was him.

Without another word, Aiden seized Doom by the face, his Eldritch aura seeping into the villain's broken flesh. Doom groaned in agony, but Aiden ignored him as he dragged him like a discarded puppet across the battlefield. His path led him straight to the ruined storage room, where the Fantastic Four were recovering from their near defeat.

Reed, Sue, Johnny, and Ben looked up, their expressions shifting from pain to pure shock. Doom—the tyrant who had nearly crushed them—was now a bloodied mess, being hauled in disgrace by a mere child. Aiden stopped before them and dropped Doom unceremoniously to the ground, wiping his hand on his clothes as if disgusted by the very act of touching him.

"Reed," Aiden said, his voice tight with restrained fury. "Doom created a prototype of a multiversal machine. He threw my father into it." His fists clenched. "Tell me you can fix it."

Reed's eyes narrowed, processing the information quickly. Aiden was beyond furious—but there was something else in his tone. A desperate edge. A plea hidden beneath the rage. Reed wasn't blind to it.

Doom, still coughing on the floor, let out a weak, bitter laugh. "Richards… is incapable of—"

Aiden's foot slammed down on Doom's chest, silencing him with a painful wheeze. "Shut up," he hissed. His glowing green eyes snapped back to Reed. "Can you do it?"

Reed adjusted his broken glasses, glancing at Doom before meeting Aiden's gaze. "If Doom built it, I can modify it. And yes…" He nodded. "I can bring your father back."

The words settled something deep within Aiden, and for the first time since hearing Doom's revelation, his breath steadied. The moment lasted only a second before his fury returned, colder. Sharper.

He turned back to Doom, his face void of emotion. "Good," he muttered.

Then, without hesitation, he raised his foot and brought it down, crushing Doom's skull in a single, brutal stomp. The sickening sound of bone and flesh splattering against the floor echoed through the ruined room, sending a chill through everyone present.

Aiden took a slow step back, exhaling deeply. He didn't feel relief. Only finality.

Now, there was only one thing left to do.

"Get to work, Reed."

.....

They all stood in stunned silence.

Doctor Doom—their greatest enemy, the man who had haunted their lives for years—was dead. Not defeated. Not imprisoned. He was gone, his body reduced to an unrecognizable ruin beneath Aiden's boot.

For the Fantastic Four, it was almost surreal. Doom had always been a looming specter, a threat that never truly faded no matter how many times they clashed. And now? He was nothing.

Peter Parker swallowed hard. He wanted to say something. That this was too far. That maybe Doom should've been arrested, not executed like a common criminal. But he knew. He saw the look in Aiden's eyes. This wasn't about justice. This was about retribution. About a boy who had just learned his father was lost in another dimension—because of the man now lying in a pool of his own blood.

And if Peter was being honest with himself… he didn't have it in him to argue.

No one spoke. Instead, they all moved forward, heading deeper into Doom's fortress, up to the upper levels where his greatest experiments were kept. Where the key to bringing Aiden's father home lay waiting.

When they entered the lab, there it was—the machine. A massive, intricate construct, humming with unstable energy, its framework glowing with eerie green runes. Doom's prototype.

Reed immediately went to work, his mind already racing through possibilities. Sue followed, standing beside him as he analyzed the machine.

Aiden's gaze flickered to her, and for a moment, an ugly anger burned inside him.

She was the reason this happened.

He knew it wasn't fair to blame her entirely. But he couldn't stop himself. If she hadn't been so gullible, so stupid, so easily manipulated, Doom would have never taken her. His father would have never been dragged into this mess. Jason Blake would still be here.

But Aiden didn't say anything. He forced the emotions down. It wouldn't change anything now.

The room remained silent, the air thick with tension. No one spoke. No one moved except Reed, his fingers flying across the machine's controls, deciphering Doom's chaotic, half-finished work.

Seconds turned into minutes. Minutes into an hour.

Then, finally, Reed stepped back and straightened. He turned to Aiden, adjusting his glasses with a deep breath.

"I got it," he said.

Aiden's eyes sharpened. "You found him?"

Reed nodded. "Yes. I managed to locate your father. I know which world he's in… even the city." His face darkened slightly. "But that's as precise as I can get. I don't know exactly where in the city he is."

Aiden exhaled sharply. A whole city to search. That was… frustrating. But he could manage.

"There's another problem," Reed continued, his voice serious. "This machine is… a mess. It's barely holding together. The portal I open won't last forever."

Aiden's expression remained firm. "How long?"

Reed hesitated before answering. "A week. That's all you'll get. Seven days. You need to find your father, get him to the portal, and come back before time runs out."

Aiden nodded, his jaw tightening. A week. He could do it. He had to.

But before he left, there was something else.

"Reed," Aiden said, his voice suddenly lower, more serious. "Before I go, you need to be careful. The Silver Surfer saw my transformation. And he left."

Reed's brow furrowed. "What does that mean?"

Aiden's expression darkened. "It means he's warning someone. And I know exactly who." His gaze flickered to Johnny for a second before he continued. "He's bringing Galactus."

A chill ran through the room. Even Ben Grimm stiffened at the name.

Aiden looked directly at Reed. "You need to tell the world. Right now. Everyone needs to be ready. Because if he comes—" His eyes glowed with an eerie, eldritch light. "—Earth is in for a war like it's never seen."

Reed swallowed, nodding solemnly. "I'll do everything I can."

Aiden turned away from them, stepping toward the unstable portal as it began to crackle and shift with unstable energy.

Then, without hesitation, he jumped in.
