Emperor and Dragon ( A Black Clover Fanfiction)

Inside the Toy House Doflamingo was ready to kill Noelle, but many of the warriors turned toys swarmed to defend her. They all owed her their freedom and were eager to repay it. "Defend the Empress!" They all shouted ready to fight the warlord to the death.

"All of you are worthless rejects who couldn't even win in the coliseum. What hopes do you have of facing me?" Doflamingo didn't give any of them a chance to make a move, strings flew from his fingertips like whips tearing through the crowd. With just a few lashes they were all bloody mess on the ground. "Trash." He was breathing heavily, trembling with rage.

"Really, it's like they were member's of the Donquixote crew or something." Noelle's comment pushed Doflamingo to his breaking point.

"Die you stupid little shit! Gatling string!" Doflamingo outstretched all ten fingertips towards her and fired off countless ultra-compressed string bullets. Noelle dodged to see the chair and everything behind it blasted to bits. Doflamingo kept firing sweeping his arms after her. Noelle enveloped herself in water to block the oncoming bullets, which all came to a stop inside the bubble. Then all of the water around her rushed at Doflamingo who pulled himself out of harms way with string. "This kid is fucking with me!" He swings down and five haki hardened strings fly at her like a piercing claw "Fullbright!"

"Boring." Noelle yawns, with a casual wave of her hand water appears before her to block the string using a current to redirect it. Doflamingo focused a great deal more power into on single string and it pierced through her water wall and leg. "Damn, I got careless…"

Seeing an opening Doflamingo attacked again immediately "OVERHEAT!" He swung a thick whip of string with such speed and force it seemed to produce heat glowing red hot. It tore through the wall like a hot knife through butter on a path to sever Noelle's head. With a quickdraw of her Water Empress sword she split the string in half but the force of the explosive impact blew her back a few meters into a wall.

"(He's a lot stronger than the others.)" She got up and dusted herself off. Deciding to take him more seriously now she composed herself and took her stance. "Let's go" The condescending tone gone from her voice.

"I'm going to string you up and make you watch as I kill the entire Pendragon family." Doflamingo jumped up high preparing to drop an ax kick, several haki coated strings running from his heel up the back of his leg "Three blade Fretsaw!"

"Water style: Riptide!" Noelle breathed in deep and exhaled a large column of water at incredible speed.

Dodging by pulling himself to a far wall, when Doflamingo kicked off he started to spin towards her with his Fretsaw still active "Circle saw!!!" Rotating with increasing speed he tore straight through a second jet of water. Just before he could reach her, Noelle clasped her hands together.

"Water style: giant water prison!" All of the water in the room gathered trapping the two of them in a large water prison. Seizing the opportunity for a finishing blow Noelle thrust her sword at Doflamingo, she moved even faster in water. With just enough energy to move he was able to pull himself out of harm's way yet again, emerging from the water prison drenched but unharmed.

"Of all things, the brat has to specialize in water…how annoying" Doflamingo grumbled to himself, escaping to a larger room.

Naturally, Noelle gave chase and found herself in a dark warehouse.

"Great, now I have to play hide and seek…" She advanced into the room carefully. She only took a few steps when a cut appeared on her arm. Startled she stepped back, and another cut appeared on her leg. That's when she noticed.

"Ffufuffufufufu be careful kid, there's razor sharp string all over this room. One wrong step and you could lose a limb or better yet your head. How do you like my Cat's Cradle?" Doflamingo was nowhere to be seen but his laughter filled the room.

"(Ugh I hate his laugh) I'll just cut them all away!" Several swings of her sword met no resistance.

"You really think my Cat's Cradle is that easy to break?" From his hiding spot Doflamingo's fingers moved in different patterns and with it the arrangement of strings changed too. Strings virtually invisible in the dark moved in from unsuspecting angles while trying to ensnare her, some managed to tangle her for a moment to slow her down. She moved deftly and cutting away most, but more and more cuts appeared on her body. She began to notice even her water-based attacks were even having trouble stopping their advances.

"Fufuffufuffu I didn't think this magic power would be so useful, but it boosted my devil fruit's power enough to stop a water specialist! The strings drain all forms of energy!" Seeing that Noelle had finally lost her mobility, he emerged from hiding. "I gotta hand it to you brat, never has one so young pressured me like this. You got farther than many could ever dream of but now, it's over. Penta chromatic strings!" From his five fingertips he threw strings that glowed five different colors in the dark as they flew to end the fight.

"(I really have to use this?)" She touches her sword "Ban-". She was startled to see, a rift in the air absorbed Doflamingo's attack.

"Noelle…you're injured?" Standing in the doorway was Magnus accompanied by Baby5. He stood there in a daze for a moment, his usual calm and cool look nowhere to be seen. His face was twisted into that of one in abject madness. Truthfully, Magnus didn't even know how he felt. He figured a few injuries in battle were nothing but to see the her beautiful skin cut so badly was…Shocking? Enraging? Mortifying? Magnus couldn't say for sure, but such overwhelming emotion was new to him. All he did know was 'this man must be erased.'

"Magnus? I'm sorry I let myself get caught up like this." He didn't hear her, walking to the center of the room to face Doflamingo every string in his path fell to pieces from his sword intent leaking out erratically. Noelle was freed from her bindings as he passed by, Doflamingo felt slightly pressured by the killer intent coming from the new arrival.

"So Baby5 led you here just in time. No matter I'll deal with- "Before he could get into his monologue Magnus uppercut him as hard as he could. Doflamingo burst out of the toy house, startling people seeing him emerge in Joker city and kept going. Moments later when he regained consciousness, he was on the highest peak of the mountain! "What the fuck?!" He even felt a few cuts from Magnus' sword intent.

A golden glow emanated from Magnus and spread out, everything it touched felt a great weight bare down. It gave off an overwhelming pressure, so much so the whole population of the mountain found it hard to even breathe, let alone stand. This was Magnus' heavenly suppression magic. "(Magnus! I understand your rage but calm down! Your powers are getting out of control! You might destroy everything and everyone here if you keep on like this!)" Jenny warned him, still it was like he didn't hear the voice in his own head as his power only grew more unstable. The entire mountain quaked under the pressure and falling rocks threatened with a cave in.

"If so much as another scratch gets on her, I'll make sure you live to die a thousand deaths" was all Magnus said before vanishing.

"He was talking to me wasn't he?" A scared Baby5 asked.

"I've never seen him like this before… Honestly I didn't know Magnus actually cared about anything enough to get mad like this. He's always been so collected even in the worst of situations, it seemed like the world could burn and he wouldn't mind if he profited from it." A mentally unstable Magnus was unheard of even to his fiancé. Noelle watched the gaping hole in the ceiling unsure what he'd do next.

Up on the highest peak of Nine Peaks Mountain Doflamingo dusted himself off and spit some blood out. "What's with these damn wonder kids? That was one hell of a punch. Hmm?" He turned around to see the imposing eyes of the Heavenly sword Emperor locked onto him, with no hint of mercy to be found. "You got here fast." One look at the boy told him talking too much would probably get him knocked out. "OVERHEAT! Doflamingo's blazing whip lashed at Magnus who reduced it to pieces. In the blink of an eye Magnus was before him swinging Zangetsu down. Spreading his arms connected by hundreds of hardened strings wound together he managed to block the sword. Even though he stopped the sword, the ground began to crack under his feet as Magnus' sword glowed blue.

"Getsuga-"

"Athlete!" Doflamingo kicked Magnus in his ribs with a sharp haki coated kick and sent him flying back. A string attached to the point of impact and Doflamingo used it to swing Magnus around at high speeds before slamming him into the ground. "Gatling string!" Doflamingo fired a volley of string bullets into the dust cloud after Magnus.

"Water style: Raging Styx." Water torrents shot up from around Magnus and flew at Doflamingo like spears. He was able to avoid most of them suffering only a few scrapes, but he did not notice the excess water gather behind him in the form of a giant reaper. One more sign more sign from Magnus and he turned to see a great blue scythe swung down on him exploding like an enormous geyser.

The impact left a deep trail as Doflamingo slid down the mountainside, and the water flowed from the top creating several large rivers. He anchored strings into the rocks to stop himself from being washed away. He looked up to see Magnus flying straight at him. "Grrrah little shit! You're annoying!" He swung his arms pulling up all of the stones and boulders he just attached string to, and sent them at Magnus with extreme force. Magnus opened his eyes wide and two golden ceros shot out disintegrating the rocks as he sped by.

In Magnus hand Zangetsu began to glow white hot, it shined so bright there appeared to be a sun rolling down the mountainside "Prideful sword." The heat given off by it was so hot that the water began to boil and quickly evaporate causing steam to cover the whole mountain. The entire half of the mountain began to melt, and several peaks were no more. Those in Joker cities upper reaches could see daylight and feel great heat. Nearby plant life for miles around charred to ash, leaving the area a barren wasteland. Doflamingo took to the skies using strings to grab onto clouds but even they were chased away by the heat of that sword, dropping him a short distance from the foot of the mountain.

"(Magnus there will be nothing left of this region if you use that!)" Jenny's words fell on deaf ears. When Magnus swung down a ray of light was released straight at the Warlord turning black as it rained down, casting total darkness around the area, yet the temperature continued to rise. "Cruel Judgement."

"YOU THINK YOU CAN KILL ME!" Doflamingo's conqueror's haki raged with him as he refused to die. His outburst caused the earth to rumble and even in his wrath Magnus could feel a great pressure pushing back. All around him the charred earth turn to string. "OFF-WHITE DIVIDE!" All of the string shot up blackened with haki, weaving into a protective wall of increasing thickness. The resulting explosion spanned kilometers around, the pillar of black fire devoured everything in sight. Fortunately, around the mountain a barrier protected it. At it's four corners Magnus had clones perform a joint barrier technique much earlier, in anticipation of a worse case scenario (Morgiana's power running amok). By combining Kido, sealing ninjutsu, magic and his knowledge of arrays he created his strongest shield yet, the Almighty Fortress Seal. Under the immense heat the barrier held strong. Where Doflamingo stood was only a big black crater, the warlord nowhere to be found.

A great distance some hundred kilometers away the ground turned to string and Doflamingo emerged, lightly burned but no severe injuries. "That damn brat would have killed me if I hadn't awakened just then…I'll make sure to get him next time."

"There is no next time." Magnus had already found him and was hovering above. This time he held a normal sword instead of Zangetsu, but for some reason the energy coming from it felt far more terrifying. A faint purple glow shined from his blade. The sword Magnus held was gradually shrinking as it cracked and melted under the purple light's power.

Doflamingo felt a force like no other before. This strange glow gave off a feeling of destruction, all in its path would be reduced to nothing. Every instinct in Doflamingo's body screamed to run, but he could go nowhere. It was do or die. He chose his strongest spell "Off white celestial dragon." The ground around him turned to string quickly weaved into the form of a terrifying eastern dragon. Armament haki turned its scales black and the dragon swelled up with magic power.

"A dragon? A tasteless joke." Pointing the glowing sword at Doflamingo, Magnus fell into his final stance. His left hand resting just above the flat of his sword, Magnus pulled his sword back far. "Heavenly destroyer's thrust." Magnus thrust his sword forward as it disintegrated, and the ominous energy launched at Doflamingo.

"Eat!" The dragon rushed forward weaving more of itself as it grew. It advanced at such speed it turned red hot and met Magnus attack head on. When they met there was no clash to be had, the heavenly destroyer energy immediately reduced the dragon to nothing and took Doflamingo with it, leaving no trace.
