"Woooooo!!!"

"Waaahhh!!!"

A colossal fist formed by conqueror's haki exploded among the Kingdom's soldiers. Many were sent flying, and the building behind them now had a gaping, fist-shaped hole. Su Yan pressed on, summoning another large palm of conqueror's haki to continue battering the troops.

The scene resembled what he had done to demolish the Magic Council's building in Earthland—except this time, it was different. Back then, the Council wasn't threatening the lives of Fairy Tail members, whereas the Edolas Kingdom had provoked Su Yan's greatest fury, trampling on the dragon's reverse scale.

"Ughhhhh!!"

"Boom—!"

Su Yan darted up to one of the soldiers, seized him, and hurled him at a cluster of his comrades.

"Waaahhh!! …"

Even a casual toss from Su Yan was like being fired from a cannon, sending soldiers crashing together in painful shrieks.

"What?!"

He appeared in front of another Royal Army soldier, whose eyes went wide as he quickly raised a magic shield.

Su Yan smirked—and smashed his fist right into the shield.

"Crack!!"

The shield shattered under the blow.

"Waaahh!!"

The soldier tumbled away from the impact. Immediately, more troops converged with their spears, jabbing at Su Yan's body.

"Crack clap!!"

Their weapons simply snapped against him. Su Yan remained unscathed. The soldiers gaped in disbelief, unable to comprehend how a mere human could be so impervious.

He moved through their ranks like a wolf among sheep—or a shark through a school of sardines—meeting virtually no resistance.

"Om—-!!"

Another surge of conqueror's haki burst from Su Yan's body.

"Uwooooohhh!!"

A devastating shockwave rippled out and blew away everyone around him.

In that moment, a man dropped from the sky, swinging a gigantic sword at Su Yan's head. Su Yan raised his palm, catching the blade.

"Boom—!"

The ground under Su Yan's feet cracked from the force, indicating the power of his opponent.

"It's Captain Pantherlily of the First Magic War Force!"

"You're able to stop my steel-shattering sword with your bare hand… The magic of you Earthland wizards is truly astounding."

"Cat?" Su Yan noted the opponent's form and the wings on his back. He seemed to be the same race as Happy and Carla, though much larger.

Suddenly, another figure appeared, lunging to stab Su Yan in the head. Su Yan raised his other hand and halted the blow.

"It's Erza Knightwalker, Captain of the Second Magic War Force!"

"Yes! The captains are both here!"

"Erza…" Su Yan murmured, clearly recognizing the parallel to his own Erza in Earthland.

A dangerous light flared on the gun that Erza Knightwalker was using.

"Boom—!"

A powerful explosion went off, forcing both Erza Knightwalker and Pantherlily to withdraw.

Meanwhile, in another part of Edolas, Natsu and his group watched closely, aware that Su Yan was waging a one-man war against an entire kingdom. It was an unbelievable sight they couldn't tear themselves away from.

Just then, a voice called out, "Move it! Move it!" 

A figure rushed toward them from behind. Natsu and the others recognized it immediately.

"Gajeel?!!"

Gajeel also spotted them and was astonished. "Fire Dragon?!"

He couldn't stop in time, slamming directly into Natsu.

"Owww!!" Natsu yelled, crashing backward.

"Mr. Gajeel?!" Wendy exclaimed, surprised and puzzled to see him here.

"You guys are here too? I thought only Su Yan made it over," Gajeel said.

"Hey, metal-brain, watch where you're going!" Natsu snapped. "You did that on purpose, didn't you?!"

Gajeel, feigning ignorance, replied, "Huh? Fire Dragon, you around?" Despite his usual gruff appearance, he was more observant than he let on. And when it came to Natsu—another Dragon Slayer—he always felt a competitive spark. He gave Natsu a smug look.

Enraged, Natsu shouted, "You jerk!" and threw a punch at Gajeel's face.

Iron scales flashed across Gajeel's cheek. 

"Clang!!"

"Augh!!" Natsu howled. His fist felt like it had struck solid steel.

Everyone else quickly caught on.

"Mr. Gajeel," Wendy said in surprise, "you can use magic here in Edolas?!"

"What, Mystogan didn't give you any? It's called an X-Ball." Gajeel pulled out a small vial. "Eat one of these and you can use magic in Edolas."

Lucy stared at it in realization. "Ah! Now I remember—I ate one, too! That explains how I was able to use my Celestial Spirits. I thought for a second I was some destined hero."

Natsu snatched the vial from Gajeel and popped one into his mouth without hesitation.

A moment later, an itching feeling crept up Natsu's throat.

"—-!!"

He unleashed a roaring pillar of flame straight into the sky.

"F-fire?!" Edolas' Lucy gasped at the sight. She'd never seen anyone conjure flames from their mouth before. So this was the power Earthland wizards possessed.
