Chapter 163: Finishing the Battle and the Gokage Summit
Kisame's grin widened. "Hoh? A Kage personally fighting me? I'm honored."
Their battle shook the village. Tsunade's inhuman strength met Kisame's monstrous durability, each blow sending shockwaves through the battlefield.
But in the end—Kisame fell. Bruised, broken, bloodied.
The "Tailed Beast Without a Tail" had been defeated.
Tobi Moves – The Biju Are Taken
Far away, in the shadows, Zetsu appeared before Tobi.
"Itachi and Kisame… are dead."
Tobi said nothing. Then—he sighed.
"No more pieces left on the board. Time to take matters into my own hands."
With that, the Akatsuki's endgame began.
Over the next few weeks, Jinchūriki vanished one by one. The Three, Four, Five, Six, and Seven-Tails were taken.
The Akatsuki had all but two of the tailed beasts.
The Raikage was furious.
He called for an emergency Gokage Summit.
The Gokage Summit Begins
Tsunade, flanked by Naruto and Harry, departed for the Land of Iron.
Meanwhile, in Konoha, Kakashi and an elite ANBU squad were tasked with monitoring Danzō.
Buried deep in his underground base, Danzō scowled. With Tsunade and her two powerhouses gone, he would have moved—but the ANBU's watchful eyes caged him in.
Arrival at the Land of Iron
The Fire Country's arrival was met with both respect and fear.
Naruto and Harry were SS-ranked shinobi, given a "Flee on Sight" order—something only the Fourth Hokage had ever earned.
Their presence alone changed the entire atmosphere of the summit.
Settling into their hotel, Naruto and Harry decided to unwind.
A Night to Remember
Naruto's eyes landed on Shizuku, a stunning silver-haired beauty with crimson eyes. Her curves were perfect, her voice sultry, and her reactions to Naruto's charm only made her more enticing.
She leaned closer. "You're dangerous, Uzumaki… You made me soak through my undergarments just by talking to little ol'me."
Naruto grinned. "Then I should take responsibility."
The two vanished into a private room.
Meanwhile, Harry found Akiko, a tan-skinned beauty with luscious crimson hair and sapphire eyes. Her motherly aura mixed with an alluring, mature charm.
During a comfortable lull in their conversation, Akiko decided to start leading the conversation to the private rooms.
She let out a soft, teasing giggle. "Fufu~ You're a naughty boy, Harry. But I'll indulge you tonight."
Harry smirked, guiding her away.
The next morning, with a final kiss goodbye, the two teleported to the summit.
Inside the council chamber, the Kage and their guards gathered.
Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage, strode through the entrance of the grand summit hall, flanked by her two bodyguards—Naruto Uzumaki and Harry Potter. The very air seemed to tense at their arrival.
The assembled leaders were already seated—A, the Raikage, his bulging muscles straining against his Kage robes as he scowled impatiently; Mei Terumi, the Mizukage, a vision of beauty masking deadly intent; Gaara, the Kazekage, calm and unreadable; and Onoki, the Tsuchikage, the aged yet sharp-witted veteran of countless wars. Their guards stood alert at their sides—trusted warriors ready to strike at a moment's notice.
As Naruto and Harry entered with Tsunade, the room shifted. There was no mistaking them. Their mere presence sent ripples through the gathering.
"SS-rank. Flee-on-sight orders."
Whispers floated among the guards.
Even A, renowned for his brute strength and commanding presence, eyed the two with a mixture of wariness and respect.
Gaara, familiar with Naruto's prowess, gave the barest nod.
Onoki grumbled, rubbing his aching back. "Tch, so this is the 'God Slayer' and his loudmouth counterpart. Just how many monsters does Konoha breed these days?"
Naruto grinned. "Hey, I resemble that remark, old man!"
Harry simply gave a small, knowing smile but said nothing. He was more focused on the energy signatures in the room… and the disturbances outside.
Mifune, the host of the summit, finally took his place and called the meeting to order.
The Kage Debate
The discussion quickly turned to Akatsuki. The room heated as Raikage A slammed his fist on the table.
"They have my brother! Killer Bee has been captured, and the Akatsuki are running rampant across the world! I demand action!" His deep voice boomed through the hall.
Mei Terumi sighed, leaning her chin on her delicate fingers. "While I sympathize, Raikage-dono, we must move carefully. Rushing in blind will cost us more than it gains us."
Onoki scoffed. "Hmph! We've always known Akatsuki was dangerous, but if you all had listened earlier instead of using them as mercenaries, maybe we wouldn't be in this mess."
Gaara, composed as always, added, "Regardless of how we got here, we must act. The Akatsuki now possess most of the tailed beasts. If they achieve their goal, no force in this world will be able to stop them."
Tsunade folded her arms. "Then an alliance is the only option. We have to stand united—"
But before she could finish, the air in the room changed.
The flickering lanterns dimmed. A cold, oppressive aura swept over the summit, chilling even the Raikage's blood.
And then—
A figure materialized.
A swirling vortex of darkness formed in the center of the hall, expanding outward like a blooming flower of pure void. From it, a single figure emerged—cloaked in black and red, his spiraled mask obscuring all but one cold, calculating eye.
The samurai reacted instantly, drawing their blades. The Kage guards leaped to protect their leaders, while Mifune's warriors circled in a defensive stance.
But the figure simply walked forward, unbothered.
Harry's lips curled slightly in amusement.
"So, he finally shows himself."
"Stop. Let him talk."
The room fell silent.
Shock spread across the Kage's faces.
"How the hell did you get here?!" Onoki demanded. "We didn't even notice you!"
All the Kage stared at Harry in disbelief—none of them had sensed his presence until now.
Tobi's voice cut through the tension. "I have come to declare my plan."
His Sharingan gleamed.
"I now hold seven of the nine Bijū. Soon, I will gather the last two."
"And then?" Tsunade glared.
"Then… I will cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi. The world shall be at peace. And the Ten-Tails will be reborn."
The Kage froze.
"Who are you?!" A demanded.
The masked figure took another step forward.
"I go by many names… But you may call me… Madara Uchiha."
A deafening silence followed.
Even the ever-composed Gaara's brow twitched. Mei's lips parted in slight disbelief. Onoki's eyes widened.
Madara Uchiha.
The name alone was a relic of nightmares. A ghost of history.
A legend.
But Harry only chuckled softly under his breath.
"Oh? Madara, you say?" His golden eyes gleamed with something that made even the Raikage shiver. "How bold of you to lie to our faces."
The masked man hesitated for a fraction of a second.
Naruto smirked, folding his arms. "Yeah, I've met the real Madara. And he's way more badass than you."
The room tensed.
The masked man exhaled, as if mildly disappointed. "Hmph. How amusing. You think you know the truth? You know nothing."
Stepping forward, the so-called Madara spoke with unwavering conviction.
"I am here because I am giving you all a choice. The shinobi world is broken. War, bloodshed, hatred—it is an endless cycle. But I have the means to end it. To bring true peace."
The Kage remained skeptical, but they listened.
He raised a single hand. "With the power of the tailed beasts, I will revive the Ten-Tails and cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi upon the world. A dream world where all pain, all suffering, will cease to exist."
The air grew colder.
Harry's smile vanished.
"Ah," he murmured. "And there it is. The absolute arrogance of a man who believes control is peace."
Tsunade clenched her fists. "So that's your goal? To enslave the entire world in an illusion? You're insane."
A chuckle from the masked man.
"No, Hokage. I am a savior. And soon, whether you resist or not, the world will know the truth."
A took a step forward, electricity crackling across his fists. "If you think we'll just sit back and let you do whatever you want, you're dead wrong."
The masked man tilted his head. "Oh? Then I suppose… war is inevitable."
He raised his fingers, activating a teleportation swirl around him.
"Enjoy what little time you have left. The Fourth Great Ninja War begins now."
And then, in a final pulse of void, he was gone.
The Gokage Summit had just become a war council.
