Chapter 6: The fall of strongest man

The battlefield raged on as fire, smoke, and blood filled the air. Amid the chaos, Rocks' cold gaze locked onto Luffy, whose unconscious body lay in Ivankov's arms.

"Straw hat boy... stay with me!" Ivankov gritted his teeth, using all his strength to retreat. Luffy's breathing was shallow, and blood dripped from his mouth.

"Running won't save you." Rocks' voice was low yet thunderous. He stepped forward, his aura like a crushing wave. The ground beneath his feet cracked with each step.

Ivankov turned, face stern. I can't outrun him... I have to fight.

"HELL WINK!!" Ivankov unleashed a powerful blast of compressed air, sending shockwaves directly at Rocks.

BOOM!

The air shook, yet Rocks stood firm, his body unscathed. He sneered.

"Is that all?"

Before Ivankov could react, Rocks vanished and reappeared right in front of him — his fist slammed into Ivankov's chest.

CRACK!

Ivankov coughed out blood, his ribs shattered from the impact. He stumbled back, forcing himself to stay upright.

"I can't... die yet..." Ivankov gasped, sweat pouring down his face. He raised his hand, unleashing another series of "DEATH WINKS," each blast powerful enough to tear apart stone.

Rocks didn't flinch. Moving with ruthless precision, he dashed forward, weaving between the blasts. In a blur of speed, he appeared at Ivankov's side.

"You're just a clown in this war."

Rocks' fingers twisted into a spear-like form, blackened with Haki.

SHUNK!

His arm pierced through Ivankov's side, blood spraying like a fountain.

"Aaahhh!!" Ivankov screamed, staggering back. Blood gushed from his wound as he collapsed to one knee.

"You should've known better than to challenge me." Rocks' cold gaze lingered before he drove his hand straight into Ivankov's heart.

Ivankov's eyes widened in shock. "S-Straw hat boy... survive..."

THUD. Ivankov's lifeless body hit the ground

Rocks turned his gaze toward Luffy, still unconscious and bleeding heavily.

"That brat's life isn't mine to take... yet," Rocks muttered, remembering Imu's command. He stepped back, watching as Luffy's shallow breaths slowed.

Suddenly —

CRASH!

A streak of pink lightning flashed through the air. Rocks' eyes narrowed as a serpentine figure appeared before him Boa Hancock.

"How dare you hurt my dear Luffy!" Hancock's face was twisted with rage, her emerald eyes burning with fury.

Rocks chuckled darkly. "Out of my way, woman. I've no orders to kill you... but I will if you push me."

Hancock knelt beside Luffy, her hand trembling as she checked his pulse. Seeing his battered body, tears welled in her eyes.

"Women... if you want to die, I'll grant your wish." Rocks' voice carried murderous intent.

"Love-Love Beam!" Hancock shouted, her fingers forming a heart shape. A wave of pink energy shot toward Rocks.

Rocks swatted the beam aside with ease, his arm hardened in Haki. "Pitiful."

But Hancock had no intention of fighting. With incredible speed, she grabbed Luffy and bolted away, leaping across the battlefield.

"Tch..." Rocks scoffed. "He's not worth the effort."

The battlefield at Marineford roared with chaos — fire, smoke, and cries of war filled the air. Amid the raging conflict, Rocks stood over Ivankov's lifeless body, blood dripping from his fingertips. His cold eyes turned toward the heart of the battlefield.

"Time to finish this..." Rocks muttered before vanishing in a blur of speed.

Whitebeard stood tall, blood trickling down his face. His bisento was gripped tightly in his hand, his muscles tensed despite his battered body.

"Damn... my body's failing me..." Whitebeard thought. His breathing was ragged, and pain surged through his every bone. Yet his willpower burned stronger than ever.

Suddenly, Rocks appeared before him — a sinister grin stretching across his face.

"So... this is what the so-called 'Strongest Man' looks like now?" Rocks sneered. "An old man barely standing."

Whitebeard's gaze hardened. "Brat.."

"Don't worry," Rocks said darkly. "I won't let you die yet... but I'll break you first."

In a flash, Rocks' fist shot forward, coated in advanced Conqueror's Haki.

BOOM!

The sky cracked like glass, dark lightning tearing through the heavens. The earth beneath their feet crumbled, and Marines and pirates alike were sent flying.

Whitebeard staggered back, his ribs fractured. He coughed a mouthful of blood but immediately retaliated, slamming his bisento into the air.

CRACK! The sky split once more as a devastating earthquake rippled outward. Buildings collapsed, and the ocean itself surged violently.

Rocks lunged forward again, delivering a relentless flurry of Haki-infused punches, each strike shaking Whitebeard's bones.

BAM! BOOM!

Whitebeard's body jerked back with each blow, blood spraying from his mouth. His bisento trembled in his grip.

"This... isn't over!" Whitebeard growled. Gathering the last of his strength, he activated his Tremor-Tremor Fruit's power once more. His fist clenched tightly — muscles bulging — and he struck the air itself.

CRAAACK!

A massive earthquake erupted, causing Rocks to skid back.

"You still have some fight left? Good... that makes this more fun." Rocks chuckled, his aura radiating merciless killing intent.

But Whitebeard's strength was fading rapidly. Blood poured from his wounds, and his vision blurred. Rocks noticed — and capitalized.

SWOOSH!

In a flash, Rocks struck Whitebeard's chest with a Haki-infused punch, shattering ribs and crushing his organs.

CRACK!

Whitebeard staggered, his grip on his bisento weakening.

"Die, old man!"

Before Whitebeard could recover, molten fists erupted from the ground beneath him.

"Great Eruption!" Akainu's voice roared, his magma-coated fists piercing the earth.

BOOM!

Molten rock burst upward, slamming into Whitebeard's side and scorching his flesh.

"AARGH!" Whitebeard bellowed in pain, his armor burning away. He stumbled — his legs faltered.

Akainu's figure emerged from the smoke, his face twisted with hatred.

"You've held on for far too long, Whitebeard..." Akainu growled. His fist swirled with molten heat. "I'll finish you myself."

" Lotus Dog!"

Akainu's magma-coated fist shot forward like a spear.

SHUNK!

The burning fist tore straight through Whitebeard's abdomen — a molten hole opening in his stomach.

PFFT!

Whitebeard coughed a mouthful of blood as his towering figure swayed. His vision darkened, his consciousness fading.

"...Pops!" Marco's desperate voice rang out from a distance.

Whitebeard's bisento slipped from his grasp, clattering to the ground. His body shook... then collapsed.

"Finally... the Strongest Man has fallen," Akainu muttered with satisfaction.

But as Akainu prepared to finish him off —

SWOOSH!

The space behind Whitebeard twisted unnaturally.

Out of the swirling void, a masked figure emerged — Obito.

With a swift motion, Obito reached down, grabbing Whitebeard's unconscious body by the arm. His Sharingan glowed menacingly as he muttered:

"Kamui..."

Whitebeard's massive frame was swallowed by the spiraling void, disappearing entirely into Obito's dimension.

Akainu's eyes widened. "What the hell...!?"

Rocks, still observing, narrowed his eyes. "Tsk... so he's interfering now?"

Meanwhile, in the royal gardens of Pangaea Castle, Imu sat calmly, a glass of wine in hand. He gazed down at a map of the world, several islands marked with red ink — Elbaf, Wano, Fish-Man Island.

"So..." Imu murmured, smiling darkly. "Whitebeard is out of the picture... and soon the rest of them will fall as well."

A servant entered the garden and bowed deeply.

"Imu-sama... Whitebeard's body has vanished."

Imu's smile widened. "Good..."

Turning back to the map, Imu's finger hovered over Luffy's location.

"Your turn will come soon enough... Monkey D. Luffy."
