Rain used his own mana to keep moving between destination and destination in order to have enough for the trip back home. Still, thanks to that, the journey took a while… after two days, they left the junkyard and reached the closest solar system, one that had two suns, so it was always day.

Thanks to that, all the planets from that point onward were yellow, brown, and completely dry. Rain found some animals there, but they were essentially lifeforms mutated from cacti.

"I might get a tan sometime soon," Rain said. "I think it would suit me, don't you think?"

"Are you seriously asking me this?" Sakaki asked. "Seriously, Rain. Give me a break."

"Words alone can't describe how come I couldn't care less," Elisabetha said.

Rain shrugged. Those guys were no fun… Rain was pretty self-centered, but if compared to him, it felt like they treated their butthole like the center of the universe.

Putting that aside, as Rain ventured through the barren landscapes of these new worlds, the striking similarities to the desolate terrain of the giant centipede-infested world invoked a sense of déjà vu. The relentless expanse of sand, devoid of any signs of life, mirrored the vast wasteland where he once battled the colossal creatures.

The howling winds, carrying stinging grains of sand that burned upon contact, echoed the harsh conditions he endured during his previous battle.

Despite the vastness of space and the distinctiveness of each planet, the oppressive emptiness and hostile environment triggered haunting memories of his past struggles. The recollection of the battles fought, and the dangers faced served as a sobering reminder of the perils lurking in the uncharted realms of the cosmos.

Amidst the isolation and desolation of these worlds, Rain found himself confronting not only the external threats but also the echoes of his own past encounters.

"Might as well use this free time to think and plan ahead my next secret technique," Rain thought while playing with the sand that felt as hot as boiling oil.

"The space manipulator path is leveling up pretty fast… so perhaps I should count on it for my plan as well," Rain thought. "Perhaps I should use it as a basis… but since it consumes too much mana, I can't do anything aside from focusing on the theory."

"Yeah, I guess these will do…" Rain though. "Still, for the final touch, it feels like I will need something like a time manipulation skill… or perhaps a sealing technique."

Rain kept thinking about that technique, and his mind began to wander to weird places… he might be able to use that technique in more ways than one, even though its real function would cost a lot of mana, and the effectiveness of it would increase with every single moment.

Over the next two days, Rain steadily advanced towards the vicinity of their target, marking the approach of their impending attack. As they drew nearer to the designated area, it became crucial for Rain and his companions to finalize their preparations and strategize for the upcoming assault.

With the objective within reach, meticulous planning and precise execution were paramount to ensure the success of their mission.

Recognizing the importance of readiness and coordination, Rain and his companions devoted their time to refining their tactics, honing their skills, and fortifying their resolve. Thanks to it, everything was completely ready when the time came.

"It is time to prepare the attacks on the bases," Rain said via Telepathy. "You guys can come out and use Earth magic to create the meteors. I will adjust the course of those to reach the destinations."

Rain began to use Remote Viewing while his friends began to leave the pocket dimension. Before long, he was able to find the exact location of the targets… The distance was quite massive, but there were no more stops between them.

To ensure the maximum dispersal of dust upon impact, the meteors would need to have a composition that facilitates fragmentation upon contact with the ground. Gold, being a dense material, would serve this purpose effectively. Meteors containing a significant amount of gold would possess the necessary mass and density to generate substantial dust clouds upon impact.

As the meteors collide with the ground, the gold-rich material would fracture and disperse, creating a widespread dust cloud.

Additionally, the meteors could be engineered to contain other materials that contribute to the creation of dust upon impact. Minerals with brittle or easily pulverizable properties, such as certain types of rocks or ores, could be incorporated into the meteor composition. Upon impact, these materials would shatter into fine particles, further enhancing the dust generation.

Rain had taught his friends the level of mana density to create gold with earth magic… that was something that they never knew that Rain could create. That also showed that Rain never had any real interest in riches since he never used that to become filthy rich.

"Shouldn't we create those in space?" Seara asked.

"No, it would be easier to find them there since they would reflect a lot of light," Rain explained. "At the same time, the use of mana could reveal our position there. This world has some mana in it, and that can help us remain hidden."
