Lets save the World of Hell

After completing their three-day survival training, all the cadets finally returned to the training camp.

Some looked exhausted, while others appeared more confident.

Adam walked casually with his hands behind his head. "Hah… finally, a proper meal."

Christa smiled. "Yeah, I missed my bed too."

Reiner patted Adam's shoulder. "You were impressive in the forest, Adam."

Adam chuckled. "Of course. I'm used to living in the wild."

As they arrived at the camp, some of the other cadets immediately approached them.

Conny, looking curious, quickly asked, "Hey, how was it in the forest?!"

Adam shrugged casually. "Nothing special. Almost got eaten by a bear."

Conny's eyes widened. "WHAT?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!"

Reiner laughed. "Yeah. I still can't believe we made it out alive."

Ymir, who had been waiting for Christa, crossed her arms. "Hmph, you're okay, right, Christa?"

Christa smiled. "I'm fine. Adam and Reiner took care of me."

Ymir glared at Adam. "You're spending too much time with Christa."

Adam simply smiled calmly. "I just happened to be on her team."

Reiner smirked. "But you enjoyed it, didn't you?"

Adam gave him a deadpan look. "Don't start, Reiner."

Reiner just laughed.

Meanwhile, Mikasa was walking back to the barracks, tying her still-long hair.

That's when Jean appeared, looking slightly nervous.

"Ahem… Mikasa, your long hair… looks very beautiful."

Conny, who was standing beside him, nearly choked on laughter, while Sasha struggled to keep from laughing out loud.

Mikasa, as usual, remained silent.

Jean waited for a few seconds, hoping for a response, but Mikasa stayed indifferent and walked past him.

Adam, who had witnessed everything from a distance, chuckled. "Your chances are zero percent, Jean."

Jean immediately glared at Adam. "Shut up!"

Conny laughed. "Jean, I think you really have no hope."

Jean growled. "WILL YOU TWO SHUT UP?!"

Sasha, who could no longer hold back, burst into laughter.

Mikasa, hearing all of this, simply sighed and continued on her way to the barracks.

Adam smiled slightly. Mikasa is still the same as always…

A Late-Night Conversation

That night, while Adam was resting outside the barracks, Mikasa approached him.

"Adam."

Adam turned to her. "Hmm? What is it, Mikasa?"

Mikasa stared at him deeply. "You're getting closer to Christa."

Adam raised an eyebrow. "Hmm… are you jealous?"

Mikasa frowned. "I'm just… asking."

Adam chuckled. "I just talk to her like usual."

Mikasa stayed silent for a moment before asking, "I just want to know… you'll still stay with me, right?"

Adam smiled. "Of course, Mikasa. I promised to take care of you and protect you."

Mikasa lowered her gaze slightly, then whispered softly, "Thank you…"
