Except for a small number of Talokan citizens close to Namor, who, influenced by their leader's rigid ideology, harboured deep resentment toward surface dwellers, most Talokan people simply lived peaceful, reclusive lives.

The outside world's endless turmoil had absolutely nothing to do with them!

George also had no intention of incorporating the Talokan people directly into his expanding forces, as they simply weren't suited for long-term life on the surface.

However, George wouldn't easily abandon this newfound source of power either.

The following day, George first delivered the mutated plants he had retrieved to Dr. Erskine, carefully explaining their general functions and properties, before returning to his own private laboratory.

"Monday," George called out to the sophisticated control panel.

"My Lord, I am here and ready to assist," Monday replied with its characteristic efficiency.

"Create a new experimental directory with the file name 'Atlantis,'" George commanded.

"Acknowledged, file directory has been successfully created."

"Excellent. Let's begin," George said, uploading the detailed map of the area surrounding Talokan to his virtual desktop interface.

The previous day, while exploring the depths of Talokan, George had already begun formulating comprehensive plans for how this underwater region would develop in the future.

First and foremost, a magnificent new city would be constructed for the Talokan people on the ocean floor, and this modern underwater metropolis would be strategically positioned far from the precious Vibranium mining operations.

The advanced technology required to build such an ambitious city was well within George's capabilities, and he planned to construct a completely modernized underwater civilization.

In the distant future, it could even serve as an extraordinary tourist attraction for surface dwellers. Unfortunately, in the Suicide Squad dimension he had previously visited, there had been no Atlantis to study since it existed as an independent reality.

Otherwise, he could have drawn valuable architectural experience from that realm, and the underwater city he built would have been truly breathtaking in its beauty.

Secondly, the entire Vibranium mining operation could be completely handed over to the artificial intelligence Monday, which would control sophisticated robots for all extraction procedures.

The robotic technology from the I, Robot dimension had been remarkably advanced, and automated mining robots were considered standard industrial equipment there.

Millions of years ago, a massive Vibranium meteorite had fallen from the depths of space onto Earth, breaking apart during its catastrophic entry. One substantial fragment had landed on the great plains of Africa.

After countless millennia, with the natural changing of seas and continental drift, that meteorite had gradually fused with the surrounding mountain ranges, forming the mineral-rich mountains within Wakanda's borders.

Another equally significant fragment had plummeted into the ocean depths, landing precisely in the area where the Talokan people had eventually made their home.

This underwater meteorite was no smaller than its African counterpart, and while the Vibranium deposits in Wakanda had been extensively mined for many generations, this oceanic one remained relatively intact and untouched.

Over the years of intensive research, George had discovered that raw Vibranium ore actually contained immense reserves of energy, which explained why it could be effectively used for illumination throughout Talokan's underground cities.

Previously, George had only understood Vibranium as a sufficiently hard metal capable of absorbing kinetic energy, and therefore had assumed that Vibranium could never be utilized as a primary energy source.

It wasn't until George had acquired his own energy absorption abilities that he realized his previous assumptions had been fundamentally incorrect.

That's right, Vibranium was indeed just a metal and did not inherently generate any energy of its own.

However, its incredibly powerful energy storage properties were more than sufficient to make it function as an exceptional secondary energy source, operating very much like an advanced battery system.

In the future timeline, Wakanda's brilliant genius Shuri would even design an entire set of nanotechnology battle suits based specifically on Vibranium's energy storage characteristics.

George had discovered that the reason raw Vibranium ore was surprisingly easy to smelt and work with was because it came naturally saturated with an extraordinarily vast amount of stored energy.

Its distinctive blue glow was actually a clear visual indicator of complete energy saturation.

The problem was that all the energy contained within the ore dissipated completely during the smelting process, so after it was properly shaped and forged, the remaining contained energy became minimal, which was precisely why the finished product became virtually indestructible.

As for why Vibranium ore contained such tremendous amounts of energy in the first place, the explanation was relatively straightforward.

The reason Vibranium ore possessed such immense energy reserves was due to the catastrophic impact force absorbed when the original Vibranium meteorite had crashed into Earth's surface.

Otherwise, if a meteorite the size of an entire mountain range composed of Vibranium ore had struck Earth without this energy absorption, the resulting impact waves would have been powerful enough to obliterate all life on the planet several times over.

It was precisely because the meteorite had absorbed such an unimaginably vast impact force that the raw Vibranium ore had become significantly easier to mine and smelt for practical applications.

Furthermore, based on George's extensive research into Vibranium's properties over the years, through carefully controlled experiments with the original Adamantium formula and catalyst ratios, and by systematically reducing the proportion of Vibranium in the mixture, he had successfully obtained a synthetic alloy with comparable density, strength, and cutting sharpness.

George had designated this superior alloy as "True Adamantium." Its most notable characteristic was a significant reduction in Vibranium's natural kinetic energy absorption properties, making it far more suitable for forging weapons of war.

This refined alloy could even be further simplified through additional processes to produce a lower-quality variant he called "Secondary Adamantium."

When compared to traditional Adamantium and its various extended alloys, Vibranium possessed greater density, making it considerably more lethal in combat applications.

However, Vibranium remained more suitable for defensive purposes because of its ability to absorb kinetic energy and withstand virtually unlimited energy attacks.

After successfully obtaining control of this invaluable Vibranium mine, George seriously considered the possibility of constructing an entire spaceship hull from pure Vibranium, which would provide truly unparalleled safety for future travels throughout the universe.

In late 1970, the small town of Waverly, Iowa, witnessed the establishment of yet another infant welfare institution under the Orwell Group's expanding charitable umbrella.

Everyone had grown used to the Orwell Group's remarkable enthusiasm for welfare work and humanitarian causes, but what people found far more intriguing was the persistent gossip that the Duke, who was already approaching seventy years of age, had still not announced his official heir.

It should be understood that, according to strict aristocratic traditions and protocols, upon the birth of any child to a noble family, the event should be reported to the British royal family immediately.

The birth would then be officially recorded in the royal registries, and only after a predetermined number of years could the hereditary title be properly inherited.

Because the Orwell Group's pharmaceutical division's revolutionary youth elixir possessed the remarkable effect of preserving one's physical appearance indefinitely, even though George maintained a youthful appearance despite his advancing years, it still didn't arouse any particular suspicion among the general public.

However, this miraculous elixir commanded an astronomical price when sold to external customers, and fewer than a thousand people worldwide possessed the financial means to maintain long-term orders through Jia Ying's exclusive distribution network.

So it was that one particularly bold newspaper had once jokingly referred to George as "the Vampire Duke" in a satirical headline.

Of course, that same newspaper had announced its permanent closure the very next day under mysterious circumstances.

No one in the outside world knew that during the summer of 1971, a small boy named Clinton Francis Barton, who had just been delivered to that welfare institution, was quietly and discreetly taken away the following day under the cover of darkness.

As construction of the magnificent new capital city of Talokan began in earnest beneath the waves, George's daily life temporarily returned to a state of comfortable peace.

Each day, he would dedicate time to practising advanced magic with Alice, occasionally reviewing company matters and strategic decisions, writing detailed scripts for upcoming Silverline Studio movie productions during his leisure hours, and sometimes visiting Black Shield Security's operations or checking in on S.H.I.E.L.D. activities.

He lived what could only be described as an exceptionally comfortable and fulfilling life.

One tranquil afternoon, Bucky called with urgent news, reporting that a UFO had been discovered in the vicinity of Roswell, and the incident had even been prominently published in several major newspapers.

"Please tell me this isn't just another elaborate prank," George said with evident exasperation after quickly browsing through the uploaded intelligence information.

It turned out that way back in 1947, a so-called UFO crash incident had allegedly occurred in Roswell, New Mexico, within the United States.

The original incident from that time period remains hotly debated to this day, and the historical sequence of events unfolded as follows.

On July 6, 1947, the Roswell Daily Record suddenly published a sensational news report claiming that the U.S. Military had discovered an actual flying saucer somewhere in the surrounding area.

This explosive news had been immediately reprinted by major newspapers across the nation, including the prestigious New York Times, and radio waves had carried the shocking story across the entire world.

The news had caused an enormous uproar among the American public, but the U.S. government had steadfastly insisted that it was merely the wreckage of a crashed military reconnaissance balloon.

At that time, various photographs purporting to show alien corpses and spacecraft fragments had been widely circulated throughout the media, and this incident had become one of the most commonly known UFO events in history, spawning countless theories and conspiracy narratives.

However, after George had personally conducted his own thorough investigation into the matter, he had discovered that it was nothing more than the U.S. Military conducting a series of highly classified high-altitude human experiments!

These had included biochemical experimentation, medical testing, and human aerial stress testing.

The strange, alien-like corpses that had been discovered in the Roswell area were actually severely disabled humans who had been used by the U.S. Military as unwilling test subjects for dangerous high-altitude experiments.

Because military officials desperately didn't want the general public to learn the horrifying truth about their human experimentation programs, they had deliberately fabricated an elaborate series of so-called alien encounter stories to mislead the public and divert attention from their actual activities.

"This is definitely not a prank, sir. Our Black Shield intelligence personnel have thoroughly confirmed the authenticity of the event, and the Military has also officially admitted that it was indeed a genuine UFO."

"Those recovered bodies are absolutely real, but unfortunately, the spacecraft exploded with tremendous violence, and almost no large fragments could be recovered. Additionally, those bodies were basically burned to charcoal, so they possess very little scientific value for analysis," Bucky reported.

"Interesting. Then you should investigate this personally. Make sure to bring back at least one body sample for our research team. Don't worry about recovering any of the other materials. But remember this carefully, if you encounter a woman acting strangely or behaving unusually, ignore her completely,"

George instructed over the phone.

"Understood completely, boss," Bucky replied with his characteristic efficiency.

After ending the phone call, George settled back into his comfortable lounge chair, gazing upward at the brilliant stars scattered across the night sky, and muttered thoughtfully to himself.

"It must be you right, Doctor...?"
