Chapter 31: Lightning Release: Conquering Tsunade
-----
-----
Ron sat with his eyes closed, sorting through his memories.
Suddenly, he opened them.
He heard familiar footsteps outside.
He turned towards the door.
The door swung open.
Standing there in pajamas was Tsunade.
Her nightwear was stretched tightly over her figure.
Ron's eyes instinctively drifted to the deep valley of her chest.
One glance nearly pulled him into the abyss.
He quickly averted his gaze.
Locking eyes with Tsunade.
Her eyes, initially tense, seemed to notice where he had just looked.
Immediately, she straightened her posture, pushing her chest forward.
Forcing herself to suppress the panic in her heart, she met Ron's gaze with a faint yet undeniable
challenge.
Ron raised an eyebrow.
"What do you want?"
Tsunade didn't answer. She stepped inside and closed the door behind her.
"Well, you came knocking yourself."
Ron reached out and pulled her into his arms.
In one swift motion, they fell onto the bed.
His hands, guided by an invisible GPS, landed precisely on two dangerously overloaded trucks.
Tsunade's body stiffened.
Her legs instinctively clamped together.
A certain sensation spread through her.
This... this was beyond anything she had imagined.
It wasn't like she had never done this before.
But never like this.
She didn't understand—how could the same hands feel completely different?
In an instant, every inch of her skin tensed.
It felt like being struck by Lightning Release—electricity coursing through her entire body.
Faint wisps of smoke seemed to rise from her as she trembled.
The next second—
Warm breath brushed against her ear.
"As expected of Tsunade."
"This is the first time I've had such an intense experience."
"But, could you relax a little?"
"You're so tense, your muscles are stiff."
"It's ruining the mood~"
Tsunade bit her lip.
She didn't say a word.
But she obediently followed his request.
The night passed without another word.
The only issue was that the beds in the Shinobi world were too hard—staying in one position for
too long was uncomfortable.
As the morning sunlight filtered through the cracks in the window, illuminating the room—
Ron exhaled, looking at the sleeping Tsunade.
Damn!
Good thing he had mastered the Lightning Release Chakra Mode in advance.
Otherwise, today would have been embarrassing.
Even though his Lightning Release was still weak—just faint sparks, not yet usable for combat—
It was perfect for "combat."
Even the legendary Tsunade-hime of the Senju Clan—
With her monstrous strength and incredible stamina—
Had still lost to his Lightning Release.
This only made Ron more determined to train in Lightning Release.
He got up and stepped outside.
He wasn't interested in the food at the inn.
He planned to return to the Marvel world to grab something better to eat.
Just as he stepped out the door—
He saw Shizune standing in front of Tsunade's room, looking confused.
Shizune saw him too.
And immediately noticed the wild aura around him.
She blinked in confusion.
Ron didn't care and casually asked, "Looking for Tsunade?"
Shizune dumbly nodded. "Yeah."
Ron gestured toward his room. "She's in my room."
"I'm going to grab some food. You two stay here."
"Oh..." Shizune didn't quite grasp the meaning of his words.
Her mind was still foggy.
She hadn't even registered that Ron had disappeared.
Tsunade-sama... is in Lord Ron's room?
Did she go there last night?
If she was there all night... that means... something happened?
Men and women... those kinds of things?
Tsunade-sama and Lord Ron???
No way!!??
As the thoughts sank in, Shizune's eyes grew brighter.
Wow!
Excitement surged in her heart.
Shizune pushed open Ron's door.
Then, she took in the scene inside.
Shizune: !!!!!!
Tsunade-sama looked exhausted.
Was it really that tiring?
This was the legendary Tsunade-hime of the Senju Clan!
Lord Ron must be incredibly strong.
Shizune wasn't sure where her thoughts were leading, but—
For some reason, her face flushed red.
Step by step, she approached the bed.
Then, she pounced onto it.
So soft...
"What do you think you're doing?"
A voice sounded from behind.
Shizune froze instantly.
She slowly turned her head.
"L-Lord Ron... weren't you getting food?"
Last time, getting food took him an hour.
Why was he back so fast this time?
"There was an issue. No food."
"You two figure something out yourselves. I'm leaving for a few days."
Ron said as he pulled out two wristwatch-like devices.
"Put these on."
"When I return, I'll use them to find you."
He helped Shizune put one on and demonstrated how it worked.
"Lord Ron, you..."
Before she could finish, Ron vanished.
Marvel Universe.
Ron reappeared beside Tony.
"Wow! Looks like you're having a great time in that other world."
Tony teased.
Says the guy who plays around even more?
Ron ignored him.
His eyes were locked onto the TV screen.
A bearded middle-aged man was making a public declaration.
He was boldly taking credit for all recent terrorist attacks.
Ron's memory kicked in.
Iron Man 3!
The Mandarin!
Except, this Mandarin was fake.
The real mastermind was someone Tony had once brushed off—
A "vengeful" scientist.
What was his name again? Killian something?
Ron couldn't quite remember.
Back in his previous life, he sucked at foreign languages.
He relied entirely on subtitles when watching movies.
Complicated names—especially side characters—never stuck in his memory.
Not to mention, the name was long as hell.
And to be honest, he barely paid attention to Iron Man 3.
All he knew was that Tony got wrecked.
But in the end, it was what pushed him to finally fix his chest problem.
Of course, that only happened after he overcame his own mental barriers.
