His nearly 10-foot-tall body carried that power.

And in the center of it all—

A monstrous Lizard in a tattered white lab coat.

Connors' cold, reptilian eyes darted around.

Searching for his next victim.

Ron stepped out of the cafeteria, taking everything in.

This was the Marvel world.

Either you were facing danger—

Or on your way to facing danger.

Especially in New York.

But he didn't move.

Instead, he looked to the side.

There—

A figure in a sleek black, white, and pink suit dashed out of the restroom.

Raising her hand, she fired a milky-white web.

It latched onto the Lizard's tail.

The webbing pulled tight—

The massive, 10-foot-tall creature stumbled slightly.

"Hey, big guy!"

"I'll play with you!"

Ron: Dammit, big lizard—Gwen's never even said that to me.
