MHA : QUIRK EVOLUTION

Kurogiri hesitated for a few seconds before finally speaking. 

"Shigaraki Tomura, I'll follow your lead." 

At first, Kurogiri didn't want Ezaki Kitazawa to get involved. But now, things were different. If they retreated at this point, everything they had done today would be for nothing. Instead of spreading fear about how terrifying the League of Villains was, the story would be about how the League of Villains ran away in terror, completely humiliated by a U.A. student. 

"Nomu, go!" 

Shigaraki Tomura shouted, and as soon as the words left his mouth, all the Nomu charged straight toward Ezaki Kitazawa. The remaining thugs stood frozen, unsure of what to do. 

Then, out of nowhere, someone shouted, "Brothers, that guy just used some kind of fake fireworks to scare us! Don't panic, let's all go at him together!" 

That one sentence was like an energy boost for everyone. In an instant, the entire crowd surged forward, following behind the Nomu. 

To be honest, Ezaki Kitazawa was shocked—not because they were powerful, but because of their reasoning. 

"Fake fireworks? Scaring you? Who said I was trying to scare you?" 

Ezaki Kitazawa smirked as he spoke. Just then, a loud rumbling came from the sky, resembling the sound of thunder. 

"The sky... sounds weird." 

"Is it going to rain?" 

"No idea... maybe?" 

"This isn't the time to worry about that! Focus on fighting, or you might get taken down by a giant in a second." 

Before the words had even settled, a voice from the distance suddenly shouted in panic. 

"Look up! We're doomed!" 

At that, everyone instinctively tilted their heads upward. The next second, they all froze in place. Those with weaker nerves collapsed to the ground in terror. 

"Damn it... what is that?!" 

"What did he do?! It's raining lava! We're all dead!" 

"No way... why is this happening? How is this possible?!" 

"Who was the idiot that said it was just fireworks?!" 

Shigaraki Tomura stared at the sky, his eyes bulging as if they were about to pop out of their sockets. 

"Kurogiri... Ezaki Kitazawa isn't bluffing." 

Kurogiri stammered, "H-h-huff... huff..." 

Shigaraki Tomura was absolutely furious. His breathing grew rapid, and he angrily muttered under his breath. 

"Ezaki Kitazawa... Ezaki Kitazawa... that bastard!!!" 

"Shigaraki Tomura, we need to retreat. If we don't, the losses will be even worse." 

Kurogiri urged him. 

"There's no other choice." 

Shigaraki Tomura said grimly before shouting, "Everyone, fall back!" 

Kurogiri immediately opened a portal using his Quirk. Purple mist surged toward them, ready to whisk them away. 

But at that moment, the lava rain struck the ground like artillery shells, exploding on impact. 

"Boom!" 

"Boom!" 

The sounds of explosions mixed with agonized screams, echoing non-stop. Bright golden light flickered through the thick black smoke as buildings collapsed one after another. 

As the explosions finally subsided, dust and smoke covered the entire area. 

"No more sounds... Did they escape?" 

Standing atop a wooden golem's head, Ezaki Kitazawa muttered to himself. Then, he leaped down from its forehead. 

Just then, a voice suddenly rang out from within the smoke. 

"Ezaki Kitazawa!" 

"Ezaki Kitazawa!" 

I'm here, Night Eye. 

Ezaki Kitazawa called out. Before long, a figure emerged through the thick smoke and approached him. 

"Are you hurt?" Night Eye asked with concern. 

"I'm fine. Did you take care of all the enemies on your side?" Ezaki Kitazawa asked. 

"The other pro heroes arrived, so after dealing with them, I came straight to find you. As we suspected, this large-scale attack was also carried out by the League of Villains." 

"But this time, their target wasn't All Might. It seems like they just wanted to cause chaos and take lives." 

Night Eye's face grew tense. 

"Yeah," Ezaki Kitazawa nodded in agreement. 

As time passed, the dust and smoke in the air started to clear, revealing the surroundings to Night Eye. 

"A forest? Ruins?" he muttered in disbelief, turning to Ezaki Kitazawa. "What exactly happened here?" 

"What you see is what happened," Ezaki Kitazawa replied. 

Night Eye stood there in silence for a few seconds before finally speaking. 

"Never mind. We'll talk about this when we get back to the office. For now, follow me—we need to rescue the others." 

Meanwhile, somewhere indoors— 

"Shigaraki Tomura, you've failed again," All For One said in a deep voice. 

"Ezaki Kitazawa!! It's him again! Every time he shows up, we end up in a miserable state. Sensei... is there really nothing we can do about him?" Shigaraki Tomura asked, unwilling to accept defeat. 

All For One hesitated for a moment before replying calmly, "We noticed him too late. That young sprout has already broken through the surface. Plucking it out won't be easy anymore."
