MHA : QUIRK EVOLUTION

Chapter 104: Chapter 104: One For All's Past

Night Eye quickly took Ezaki Kitazawa to another training ground for practice. But for Ezaki, the training was boring and repetitive—it was just basic exercises that didn't help much.

Day after day, Ezaki Kitazawa kept repeating the same routine: patrol, train, repeat. Time flew by, and before he knew it, it was time to return to U.A. High, Class 1-A.

"Hahahaha!"

Laughter filled the entire classroom.

"Are you serious? No way, Bakugo!"

"Your hairstyle... it's amazing!"

"Hahaha! But honestly, Bakugo, you had the biggest change after the internship. Even your hair—"

Kirishima Eijiro laughed so hard he clutched his stomach.

"To be honest, I think this hairstyle actually looks better than before," Jiro Kyoka said, covering her mouth as she laughed.

"If you weren't covering your mouth while saying that, I might've actually believed you," Kaminari Denki joked.

Bakugo Katsuki twitched in frustration, his whole body trembling with anger. "Stop laughing! That damn guy set my hair, and no matter how much I wash it, it won't go back!"

But no matter what Bakugo said, the others kept laughing.

"Hey! Stop laughing, or I'll kill you!" Bakugo shouted.

"Go ahead and try, you two-eight split!" Kirishima teased.

"What did you say, you bastard?!"

Boom!

With a burst of anger, Bakugo's hair suddenly went back to normal.

"It changed back!"

"Bakugo, your hair might as well be a Quirk on its own," someone joked.

Bakugo scowled, grabbed his bag, and grumbled as he returned to his seat. Seeing that he had given up, the others shifted to another topic.

"Man, I can't believe the League of Villains attacked again so soon after last time," Kirishima said, his expression turning serious.

"Yeah, this time the impact on society was huge," Kaminari added in a somber tone.

"Patrols have increased a lot lately, but the League of Villains is seriously disgusting, using such dirty tricks," Iida Tenya muttered.

"Ezaki, I saw on the news that you helped with the rescue efforts after the battle. Did you fight any villains?" Kirishima asked curiously.

Ezaki Kitazawa paused, recalling the events of that day. If Shigaraki Tomura hadn't escaped so quickly, Ezaki might have seriously injured him again. But thinking back, the villains suffered heavy losses anyway—more than half of them were taken out by Meteor Volcano, including a large number of Nomu.

"Yeah, but I spent most of the time helping with rescues," Ezaki replied.

"The villains this time must've been really strong, right?" Iida asked.

"Can we not talk about this? Just thinking about it freaks me out," Mineta suddenly cut in.

Everyone glanced at him, and he immediately shut his mouth.

"They were definitely stronger than last time," Ezaki said.

Ezaki Kitazawa stroked his chin and said, "This is crazy. I heard the higher-ups are taking this incident very seriously. There's even talk about some kind of plan… but who knows if it's true or not."

Yaoyorozu Momo calmly asked, "Is their target All Might?"

Kirishima Eijiro responded, "Who knows? But this time, it doesn't seem like it. None of them were directly going after All Might. I heard that when All Might arrived at the scene, the League of Villains got so scared they immediately used a portal to escape."

Jiro Kyoka explained that the morning classes went on as usual. Aizawa Shouta briefly mentioned the League of Villains but didn't go into much detail—he just told them to work harder. As for the afternoon hero training, even though it was a rescue drill, they didn't go to USJ. Instead, it was held at the sports field as part of a rescue competition.

Ezaki Kitazawa noticed that through this internship experience, many people had made huge progress—especially Midoriya Izuku.

It seemed like he was slowly getting the hang of One For All. In this competition, he shocked a lot of people—especially All Might.

After the hero training ended, All Might called Midoriya to his private room. "Lock the door," he said.

Midoriya walked in and nodded, but his face looked tense.

All Might sighed and said in a serious tone, "I think it's time to tell you everything about One For All and All For One."

Clenching his fists, he continued, his voice low, "One For All... and you?"

Midoriya hesitated for a moment before softly asking, "Yes?"

All Might nodded and went on, "One For All is a very special Quirk. It can only be passed on willingly by its current holder. No one can take it by force. But at the same time, the holder can also forcibly give it to someone else."

"Of course, the way One For All was created is just as unique. In fact, it originally came from another Quirk."

"It came from another Quirk?"

Midoriya listened carefully, his mind racing.

All Might nodded again and explained, "That Quirk was called All For One. It allowed its user to steal Quirks from others and use them as their own. Not only that, but they could also transfer stolen Quirks to other people."

"This takes us back to the dawn of the superhuman era—when society hadn't yet adapted to this massive change. The sudden rise of Quirks shattered the very definition of what it meant to be human. Laws lost their meaning, and civilization stopped progressing."

"During that time, there was one person who managed to unite people under his rule. You've probably heard of him."
