MHA : QUIRK EVOLUTION

As the muscular, bloodthirsty man finished speaking, several thugs behind him and four or five Nomu charged toward Ezaki Kitazawa. Ezaki Kitazawa wasn't panicking. These thugs were about as strong as the ones from SJ, though some might be a bit stronger. But against Ezaki Kitazawa, all of their efforts were in vain.

"Tree World Descends!" 

With Ezaki Kitazawa's shout, the ground trembled.

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

Massive trees shot up from the ground, and in the next moment, they rushed toward the thugs and Nomu like a tidal wave. The thugs, who had been running just a moment ago, immediately stopped in their tracks.

"What is this?"

"Trees... coming at us! Is this his Quirk?"

"It's coming at us like water! We can't stop it, let's get out of here!" 

While they were speaking, the Nomu, completely devoid of self-awareness, showed no signs of retreating. Instead, they tried to dodge, but the trees—twisting like giant pythons—were relentless. Some of the faster Nomu managed to evade a few, but many were still struck and sent flying. The weaker ones were skewered by massive trees, falling one after another. In the blink of an eye, it was the turn of that gang of thugs. 

"Boom..." 

"Boom..." 

The surrounding buildings collapsed, and as the dust settled, a small forest appeared in the eastern district. Of course, its size was completely within Ezaki Kitazawa's control. If he wanted to, he could make it even larger. 

Ezaki Kitazawa scanned the area and muttered after a few seconds, "That's it?" 

Just as he was about to turn and regroup with Night Eye, a cracking sound echoed from nearby. The bloodthirsty muscle man and two Nomu emerged. The muscle man tore off his shirt, rolled his neck, and said in a deep voice, "I underestimated you. You're just a student, but I guess that's expected from a U.A. elite. Still, for a school to allow such destructive attacks… U.A. sure is reckless." 

Ezaki Kitazawa's expression remained calm as he replied, "Isn't staying alive better? Why do you insist on destroying yourself?" 

"Hahaha!" 

The muscle man laughed as if he'd just heard the funniest joke. "Let's see if you're still this cocky after I rip your head off!" 

As he spoke, red muscle fibers burst from his arms, wrapping around them like armor. In an instant, two giant arms came into view. 

"Attack!" 

With a loud roar, the Nomu on the left lunged at Ezaki Kitazawa. 

Boom! Boom! Boom! 

The battle erupted in an instant. The muscle man stood on the sidelines, watching for the right moment. About ten seconds later, he suddenly leaped forward, swinging his massive fist straight at Ezaki Kitazawa's head. 

Ezaki Kitazawa's eyes flickered. He increased his speed, kicking both Nomu away. Then, twisting in midair, he threw a punch to meet the muscle man's attack. 

Boom! 

The ground beneath them shattered instantly, sinking slightly from the force. 

The muscle man suddenly let out a crazed laugh. But at that moment, Ezaki Kitazawa smirked coldly. 

"If it weren't for those Nomu creating an opening, you wouldn't even get close to me." 

The remaining two Nomu had regenerative abilities. While they weren't as strong as the one designed to fight All Might, they were still far stronger than most pro heroes. 

As Ezaki Kitazawa finished speaking, his body ignited with deep red flames, and his skin started transforming into molten lava. 

Sizzle! 

The muscle man's arm began to smoke, giving off a burnt smell. His pupils shrank—if he kept pressing down on Ezaki Kitazawa, his hands would suffer serious burns. If he had regeneration like the Nomu, it wouldn't be a problem. But he didn't. 

In the next second, he quickly withdrew his fist and leaped backward. Sweat formed on his face as he realized something was seriously wrong. 

"Two Quirks?! This guy…!" 

Muttering under his breath, he turned to the Nomu in the distance and shouted, "Get him! Take him down!" 

The two Nomu attacked again, but Ezaki Kitazawa remained still. One Nomu swung at him from the left, the other from the right. 

Smack! 

Ezaki Kitazawa grabbed one of their fists and stomped on the ground, instantly turning it into molten lava. Then, from the lava, dozens of wooden tendrils shot out, wrapping around the Nomu and pulling them downward. 

But just then, something unexpected happened. One of the Nomu grabbed onto Ezaki Kitazawa, pulling him down into the lava along with it. 

Blub... 

Blub... 

Bubbles rose continuously from the lava's surface. 

"Haha… Well done, Nomu!" The muscle man laughed wildly. "You may have sacrificed yourselves, but at least you took him down with you!"
