Chapter 2625: Heavenly Court's Turmoil (1)
Yun Lintian turned to look at Nantian Xiulan and said, "I will leave this place to you. You can bring your people over later, Senior."
Nantian Xiulan bowed her head and said sincerely, "Thank you for saving us, the Divine Phoenix Clan."
Yun Lintian waved his hand. "What are you talking about, Senior? I am also a part of this clan."
He paused for a moment and changed the topic. "I will take this realm back now."
Yun Lintian's figure flashed and reappeared outside the Divine Phoenix Ancestral Realm. He channeled his power and began to seal the entire world.
After making sure that there was no one around, Yun Lintian opened the Gate of Beyond Heaven and walked into it. The gate quickly disappeared from the vast space afterward.
Soon, Yun Lintian appeared outside the Moon God Realm inside the Divine Realm. He waved his hand, and the Azure World and the Divine Phoenix Ancestral Realm immediately appeared next to the Moon God Realm.
"This should be enough for now," Yun Lintian said to himself. This was the safest place he could think of at the moment.
"Big Brother Yun?" Linlin tilted her head to look at him curiously.
Yun Lintian smiled and patted her head. "It's nothing. I'm going to do something next. Do you want to go with me?"
"Really? We can go?" Qingqing's eyes lit up.
"Of course," Yun Lintian grinned. "We are going to be Sun Wukong, destroying the Heavenly Court."

The grand hall of the Heavenly Court was steeped in tense silence, the air thick with palpable anxiety. Yu Huang, the Jade Emperor, sat upon his celestial throne, his brow furrowed in a deep frown as he perused the jade scroll in his hands.
He lifted his gaze, his eyes settling upon Erlang Shen, who stood beside the throne.
"Erlang Shen," Yu Huang's voice echoed through the hall, its tone laced with a hint of unease, "have those devils made contact?"
"Not since our joint attack on the Divine Realm failed, Your Majesty. Those devils have vanished without a trace. It's as if they have disappeared from the face of the Primal Chaos," Erlang Shen said, shaking his head, his expression grim.
Yu Huang's frown deepened, his fingers tapping rhythmically against the armrest of his throne. The silence stretched, the only sound the gentle hum of celestial energy that permeated the hall.
His heart was heavy with worry. The recent report indicated that the creatures of chaos were currently being held back by the Netherworld Army, led by Si Junyi. If this went on, it would be extremely difficult to control the Primal Chaos as planned.
As he wrestled with these difficult questions, a commotion erupted outside the hall, shattering the tense silence. A figure materialized before the grand entrance, his form radiating an aura of immense power, his presence demanding attention.
It was Xifang Shun, the Western Emperor, the ruler of the Western Paradise. His unexpected arrival sent ripples of surprise through the hall, his presence a stark contrast to the tense atmosphere.
Yu Huang rose from his throne, his eyes fixed on the Western Emperor, his expression a mixture of doubt and apprehension.
"Western Emperor, why are you here?" he asked.
Xifang Shun stepped into the hall, his gaze sweeping over the assembled gods and immortals, his expression cold and imposing.
"Jade Emperor," he said, his voice resonating with icy authority, "I have come to inquire about the chaos invasion. The creatures of chaos are wreaking havoc across the realms, and their threat grows stronger with each passing day. What are your intentions?"
Yu Huang's eyes narrowed slightly, his expression hardening.
"This is a matter for the Heavenly Court to handle, Western Emperor," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "We are well aware of the threat, and we are taking the necessary steps to contain it."
Xifang Shun's lips curled into a sardonic smile. "Indeed?" he drawled, his voice laced with a hint of mockery. "And what steps might those be? Hiding behind your celestial walls while the lower realms burn?"
Yu Huang's fists clenched at his sides as he retorted, "The Heavenly Court is not shirking its responsibilities! We are merely biding our time, gathering our strength, formulating a strategy that will ensure our victory."
Xifang Shun's eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing Yu Huang's facade.
"Or perhaps," he said, his voice low and dangerous, "you have already chosen a side. Perhaps you have aligned yourself with Fan Shen, and you are simply waiting for the opportune moment to strike."
Yu Huang's heart skipped a beat, his expression momentarily betraying his surprise. But he quickly recovered, his face hardening into a mask of indifference.
"Such accusations are preposterous, Xifang Shun," he said, his voice cold and dismissive. "The Heavenly Court would never betray the Primal Chaos, never consort with the forces of darkness."
Xifang Shun's eyes remained fixed on Yu Huang, his gaze unwavering.
"Then prove it," he challenged, his voice ringing with authority. "Send your forces to join the fight against the creatures of chaos. Show the Primal Chaos that the Heavenly Court stands with them, that you are committed to protecting the realms."
Yu Huang hesitated, his mind racing. He couldn't simply reveal that they had long since sided with Fan Shen-at least, not now.
He looked at Xifang Shun, his voice steady as he responded, "Very well. The Heavenly Court will send its forces to join the fight against the creatures of chaos. We will prove our loyalty to the Primal Chaos, and we will defend the realms to our last breath."
But even as he spoke, a chilling voice echoed through the hall, shattering the tense
atmosphere.
"Such a blatant lie, Yu Huang. You disgust me."
A figure materialized in the center of the hall, her form radiating an aura of darkness, her eyes glowing with icy fire. It was Ying Xue, the enigmatic leader of the Shadow Court.
Yu Huang's heart sank as he recognized the newcomer.
"Ying Xue," Yu Huang said, his voice laced with a mixture of anger and apprehension, "what is the meaning of this intrusion?"
"Oh, come on. Stop your charade here, Yu Huang. You have already betrayed the Nine Heavens Realm," Ying Xue said, her lips curling into a cruel smile.
Xifang Shun's eyes narrowed as he stared at the Jade Emperor. "I knew it. You have already colluded with Fan Shen."
Ying Xue swept her gaze over everyone and uttered coldly, "Where is Ren Yuan? Call him out."
