"The Blood Asura of Konoha?" Deidara's face paled. He'd suspected Sasori's "Boss," mentioned repeatedly over the past day, was powerful, but he hadn't expected the infamous Blood Asura of Konoha, the genius ninja who'd recently devastated Iwagakure. This prestigious title clashed starkly with Sasori's status as a criminal who murdered his own Kage. It was hard to believe without seeing it with his own eyes.

"Puppet guy, we meet again," Hidan and Kakuzu arrived, their speed noticeably slower than Kai's lightning-fast Shunshin. Their attention, however, was immediately drawn to the Third Raikage, whose ability to suppress Sasori, someone they considered their equal, to the point of begging for help, spoke volumes about his strength.

"Boss, you really captured that Jashin madman. He looks like he's suffered," Sasori said, a slight smile playing on his lips.

Hidan bristled. "Puppet guy, what are you saying? I haven't suffered at all…"

Head!

The word hung in the air as Kakuzu tensed. The ground beneath the Third Raikage rumbled. Black veins erupted, wrapping around the Raikage, restricting his movements. Hidan's expression changed. A figure emerged from the ground behind the Raikage.

"Kage-level shinobi are the best targets for curses," Hidan grinned, his crimson scythe descending towards the Raikage's neck. This seemingly complex sequence unfolded in mere seconds. Hidan and Kakuzu's arrival was clearly part of a calculated plan.

Clang!

A sharp metallic sound echoed as the crimson scythe struck the Raikage's neck, but was stopped an inch away by his lightning armor.

"It seems you brats have forgotten my power since the war a decade ago," the Raikage said coldly.

"Black Lightning!"

Black lightning exploded, the intensified arcs shredding the black veins. The three-pronged piercing hand struck towards Hidan.

Hidan's eyes widened. He tried to retreat, but the black lightning paralyzed him. He was immortal, but not immune to paralysis. The piercing hand loomed. A figure, wreathed in blue lightning, appeared, kicking Hidan away.

Boom!

A deafening crash echoed as Hidan flew back, crashing into the ruins. The piercing hand struck the Susano'o.

Boom!

The impact sent a shockwave through the ground, cracking the earth. The towering Susano'o and the Raikage, bathed in black lightning, stood opposed.

"Sorry, my guys are a bit impulsive. I have to teach them a lesson," Kai said warmly. This Third Raikage was stronger than the Edo Tensei version in the original story—at his peak, even using Black Lightning, a technique not passed down to the Fourth Raikage.

"Boss, couldn't you have been gentler?" Hidan said, rising from the ruins. His face, quickly healing thanks to his immortality, was a testament to his resilience.

The Third Raikage's expression darkened. "So, you're the one who's been lurking in Konoha for years, gathering such madmen. That's Kakuzu, the S-rank ninja who slaughtered the top brass of Takigakure decades ago. Sasori, the puppet genius who disappeared from Sunagakure years ago, and orchestrated the murder of the Third Kazekage. And that immortal madman is from the Jashin Cult. You're surrounded by monsters."

The Raikage raised his head, his aura intensifying.

Hell Stab: Four-Finger Nukite! This technique grew stronger with continued combat. With maximum chakra, it could even sever the Eight-Tails' horns.

The Raikage's two fingers merged, striking the Susano'o. Black lightning surged, crashing into the Susano'o.

Boom!

Lightning tore through the air, sending a shockwave outwards. The towering Susano'o was sent flying. The Raikage relentlessly pursued, his attacks relentless.

"Retreat! We'll be caught in the crossfire," Kakuzu said coldly, retreating. Hidan and Sasori followed, but Deidara hesitated.
