Naruto: Uchiha Plunder System

Mirai Uchiha returned home and nodded in satisfaction as he saw the neatly made bed.

It had become his requirement for Mikoto Uchiha to come every night and keep him company.

After all… having a woman take care of household matters really felt great.

In the past, living alone hadn't seemed particularly difficult, but now after experiencing this new lifestyle, Mirai Uchiha never wanted to return to those lonely days.

"Captain Mirai, please wash your feet first."

Mikoto Uchiha knelt on the floor, carrying a basin of hot water and placing it before Mirai Uchiha.

But seeing the meal already prepared on the table, he didn't dwell on it too much.

Any change requires time; he believed this situation wouldn't last long.

Eventually, Mikoto would come around.

After a quick bite to eat, Mirai headed directly to the Konoha Military Police Force.

Summoning Yashiro Uchiha, Inabi Uchiha, Tetsuka Uchiha, and several others, Mirai got straight to the point: "Starting today, we will begin reforms of Konoha's Military Police Force."

"Reforms?"

Inabi and the others looked at Mirai with confusion.

Why suddenly talk about reforms when everything seemed just fine?

"Captain Mirai, our reputation has improved significantly recently, and clan members have gradually gained recognition from others."

"Why reform so suddenly?"

Looking at their expressions, Mirai explained calmly: "This current situation is temporary."

"Recently we arrested the Hokage advisor's grandson, gaining favor among commoners."

"With the Third Great Ninja War having ended less than a year ago, villagers still feel grateful toward us."

"But wars won't continue forever, and noble children won't always cause trouble."

"In time, more conflicts will emerge between ordinary villagers themselves."

"Eventually, the villagers' impression of the Uchiha Clan will revert back to what it was."

"The police force itself was part of the Second Hokage's scheme; there's no point in keeping the old system going any longer."

After hearing Mirai Uchiha's explanation, Inabi Uchiha and the others looked enlightened.

After a moment of silence, Yashiro Uchiha asked, "Captain Mirai, what changes do you plan to make? We will fully support you."

"Starting today, the police squad will begin recruiting from outside the clan. All the lower-level enforcers will be replaced by village ninja."

Mirai Uchiha placed a scroll he had prepared earlier on the table. "This outlines my preliminary plans. You can refine them further yourselves."

"Yes!"

After Yashiro Uchiha and the others left, Mirai Uchiha also walked out of the police squad headquarters.

He headed directly to the compound of the Inuzuka Clan and successfully met with the current clan leader—Tsume Inuzuka.

Dark brown spiky hair, wild eyes full of intensity, red facial markings, and an overall muscular, imposing build—this was Tsume Inuzuka's first impression of Mirai Uchiha.

While Mirai Uchiha was observing Tsume Inuzuka, Tsume was quietly studying him as well.

He had fine features but a distinctly masculine appearance—broad-shouldered enough to look strong, yet his posture remained upright and composed.

His eyes were like deep black pools that revealed no emotion, and an aura that naturally radiated from him exerted intense pressure on those around him.

After a while, Tsume spoke first: "Captain Mirai, what brings you here suddenly?"

Mirai Uchiha got straight to the point: "To discuss cooperation with Clan Leader Tsume."

"Cooperation?" Tsume sounded puzzled.

Mirai smiled slightly. "The era of Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzo Shimura must end now. The future belongs to the Uchiha Clan."

Tsume's eyes narrowed, her tone filled with caution: "Captain Mirai, are you planning to rebel?"

Recently, she had heard rumors about Mirai Uchiha.

Not only did he arrest the two grandsons of the Hokage's advisors, but he also publicly executed six Root ninja within the police squad under charges of "prison break."

Then, he even imprisoned Fugaku Uchiha, the leader of the Uchiha Clan, in the holding cells.

To top it off, many Uchiha ninja had recently gone missing...

Based on all this, Tsume quickly deduced what Mirai Uchiha intended to do.

Meeting Tsume's gaze, Mirai coldly chuckled: "Clan Leader Tsume, the word 'rebel' isn't quite appropriate."

"If I truly wanted to rebel, I wouldn't have wasted time seeking cooperation from powerful clans like yours."

Tilting her head slightly, Tsume scratched her ear, puzzled: "What do you mean exactly?"

Mirai went over in detail everything he had told Shibi Aburame the previous night.

After listening, Tsume gaped in disbelief: "Are these things you mentioned actually true?"

Mirai Uchiha nodded. "Of course. I'll show you the whole truth so you can see it for yourself."

Tsume Inuzuka took a deep breath and said solemnly, "I agree with Clan Leader Shibi. On the day your evidence comes out, I'll stand behind you on behalf of the Inuzuka Clan."

Having received Tsume's reply, Mirai Uchiha gave a slight nod, clearly satisfied. "In that case, I'll take my leave now."

"Mom!"

A clear voice called from outside, followed by an energetic, mischievous girl bursting into the room.

Seeing Mirai Uchiha before her, the girl froze mid-step, staring at her blankly for a second before mumbling, "Who are you?"

"Mirai Uchiha, Captain of the Konoha Military Police Force."

Looking at the hand Mirai extended toward her, the girl stood frozen for a moment before replying, "Inuzuka Hana. I'm Mom's daughter."

Hana was feeling completely flustered right now.

The man she'd always looked up to had actually shown up at her home on what had been just another ordinary morning...

Damn it!

Why didn't Mom warn me?

"Hana, aren't you the one who's always looked up to Captain Mirai?"

"Why are you suddenly so quiet now you've finally met her?"

Hearing her mother's playful teasing, Hana couldn't help but stomp her foot in embarrassment. "Mom!"
