Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

Reiki observed the two 15-year-old boys standing before him, their expressions a mixture of nervousness and anticipation. He couldn't shake the feeling of strangeness. When he'd first met Naruto in the Rouran Kingdom, his behavior had intrigued him. Now, here they were again, with a tale straight out of legend.

"Alright, let's skip the small talk," Reiki said. "Why are you here this time?"

Sasuke stepped forward. "Otsutsuki Urashiki escaped. We chased him, but because of how his time-space abilities work, we're not certain where he ended up. But we're sure he's in this time-space now."

Reiki's eyes narrowed at the name. "Otsutsuki Urashiki? The fishing guy?"

The pieces fell into place—stealing chakra, altering memories... This was textbook Urashiki.

"That's the one," Naruto confirmed. "Teacher, our future selves told us to come straight to you once we got here. You'd know what to do and would handle everything."

"And as soon as we found you," Sasuke added, "Urashiki would reveal himself."

Reiki sighed, rubbing his temples. "Future me really tricked me this time. You'd think with that much power I could handle this myself."

Naruto and Sasuke stood silently, looking like children caught misbehaving. The reminder of their teacher's stern reputation hung heavy in the air.

"Alright," Reiki said after a moment. "Let's take a break for now. Do you want to meet your parents, or will you leave after completing the mission?"

Sasuke shook his head. "We'll follow your lead, sensei. Once the problem is solved, we'll return to our timeline. We'd prefer not to interact too much with people of this era."

"Understood." Reiki nodded and vanished with them.

Over the next several days, Reiki kept Naruto and Sasuke disguised using transformation techniques. They joined the activities at the special training camp, including training sessions and simulated invasions.

On the eighth day, during a simulated battle...

On a cliff overlooking the battlefield, Naruto stood wide-eyed. "Teacher, this special training is amazing! We're actually fighting and training with Kaguya Otsutsuki herself. This is so cool!"

The experience of battling legends and training alongside his elders had left Naruto exhilarated.

Reiki chuckled. "Enjoy the experience, but it's time to focus. The special training is over. We have real work to do."

As he walked away, Sasuke and Naruto followed.

In the shadows, Otsutsuki Urashiki watched them leave.

"So, they're finally moving. Now it's time to take all their chakra," he muttered, stepping into view with a smirk.

Two magatama dangled from his hands, their aura masking his presence from Reiki's perception. Confident in his plan, Urashiki activated his space-time ability and vanished.

Inside Kaguya Otsutsuki's chamber.

"Since you're here, why not come out?" Kaguya's calm voice echoed in the room. "You've been searching for me long enough."

Urashiki emerged from his spatial portal, his face twisted in mockery. "Kaguya Otsutsuki. You've risen far—once nothing more than Ishiki's subordinate, and now this."

Kaguya remained impassive. "If you're here to spew nonsense, leave. You're part of the Otsutsuki clan, and since you're not a primary invader, I'll let you go—for now. If there's something meaningful to discuss, say it."

Urashiki's smirk widened. "Oh, I didn't come to talk. I came to take your power."

He brandished his fishing rod and swallowed a fruit from his gourd.

Kaguya raised a finger, her expression unreadable. "If it's a fight you want, say so earlier. Now I understand why Reiki told me to be ready for invasion simulations."

With a flick of her hand, the space around them shifted, transforming into a vast battlefield brimming with chakra.

Urashiki's confidence wavered as he took in his surroundings. What caught his attention most was that Reiki, Sasuke, and Naruto were already present, along with the full force of the special training camp.

"What is this?" Urashiki hissed, his confusion turning to alarm.

"Is this really a member of the Otsutsuki clan?" one of the training camp members murmured.

"His chakra is insane... This isn't a simulation, right?" another whispered.

"No, this time it's the real thing!" someone else exclaimed, their excitement barely contained.

The special training camp had been preparing for a confrontation with the Otsutsuki clan. After training simulations with Kaguya, this real battle was the culmination of their efforts.

"Otsutsuki Urashiki," Reiki said, stepping forward with a calm intensity. "You came here looking for me, didn't you? But you forgot one thing."

Urashiki frowned. "What's that?"

Reiki's gaze sharpened. "We're ninjas. Ninjas have partners... And I have many partners."

At Reiki's signal, the entire special training camp mobilized. Ninjas of all ranks and abilities surged forward, each ready to face the Otsutsuki invader.

Urashiki's smirk faltered as the sheer number and coordination of his opponents became apparent.

Reiki was the first to strike, leading the charge. Sasuke and Naruto quickly followed, while Kaguya joined from the other side, her power adding a terrifying weight to the battlefield.
