Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

After a brief moment of thought, Minato Namikaze left the temporary Hokage office, scroll in hand. His destination was clear: Reiki, who was actively searching for the mysterious attacker.

"Lord Hokage? Is there something you need from me?" Reiki asked, closing his scanning panel as Minato approached.

"Yes," Minato replied, handing Reiki the scroll. "Take a look at this. I feel like it's familiar somehow, but I can't quite place it."

Reiki unrolled the scroll and scanned its contents. The moment he saw the portraits, his expression turned strange.

"Hokage-sama, these two aren't enemies," Reiki said with a chuckle. "Remember when we were in Rouran Kingdom? We met a certain young man there... Doesn't this one look just like him?" He pointed to Naruto's portrait.

Though Naruto looked slightly older in the picture, his yellow hair and blue eyes left little room for doubt.

"You mean..." Minato murmured, his mind starting to piece things together.

The fog in his memory was thick, a side effect of the sealing technique he had used to erase everyone's recollections, including his own. But the bond of blood began to stir memories deep within him.

Reiki nodded. "Exactly. But for these two to appear here, something serious must've happened. It might even be connected to the recent attacks on the ninjas in the special training camp. Let me handle this, Hokage-sama."

Minato hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "Alright. I'll leave it to you."

Reiki wasted no time. "These two showing up in this timeline suggests trouble in the future... Let's find them first," he muttered to himself before vanishing into thin air.

At Orochimaru's laboratory, Reiki's appearance caught the snake sage mid-experiment.

"Black Zetsu, come with me," Reiki said without preamble, then turned to Orochimaru. "And Lord Orochimaru, it seems you might be causing trouble again."

Orochimaru paused, looking genuinely puzzled. "Me? Causing trouble?"

"Yes." Reiki smirked, handing him a copy of the information. "Someone who attacked Konoha yesterday used this sword. Recognize it?"

Orochimaru's eyes widened as he stared at the portrait of Sasuke holding a weapon identical to his famed Kusanagi Sword.

"This can't be... My Pheasant Sword is right here." He opened his mouth and regurgitated the blade for emphasis. "See? Mine hasn't left me."

"Haha, just joking," Reiki replied with a grin. "Black Zetsu, let's go."

A short while later, Reiki and Black Zetsu stopped in a clearing outside the village.

"What?! You want me to find those two? How are you so sure they'll show up here?" Black Zetsu asked, perplexed.

"They will. I have other things to do, so I'll leave this to you. Once they see you, they'll follow." With that, Reiki vanished.

Grumbling, Black Zetsu pressed his hand to the ground. "White Zetsu, search for them. Quickly."

Dozens of White Zetsu clones emerged, dispersing in all directions to track Naruto and Sasuke.

Meanwhile, on the road between Konoha and the special training camp...

"Sasuke, I really think we should plan this out," Naruto said nervously. "We just fought your dad, and now everyone probably knows about us. Our identities are suspicious—what if the teacher beats us to death?"

Sasuke sighed, exasperated. "Naruto, the teacher said to find him. He'll recognize us. Just trust me—"

Sasuke stopped mid-sentence, his eyes narrowing as he spotted a familiar figure.

"Uncle Black Zetsu?!" Sasuke exclaimed, his expression shifting from suspicion to surprise.

"Uncle?" Black Zetsu muttered, taken aback. "So, you're the two that Reiki's been looking for?"

Hearing this, Naruto grinned triumphantly. "See, Sasuke? I told you the teacher would find us!" His earlier nervousness disappeared in an instant.

Sasuke rolled his eyes. "Fine, let's go to him. The longer we're here, the worse things will get for the timeline."

Under Black Zetsu's guidance, Naruto and Sasuke were soon brought before Reiki.

Reiki looked at the two young men before him, his expression unreadable. After a moment, he finally asked, "How old are you now?"

"Fifteen," Naruto and Sasuke replied in unison.

Reiki nodded, his eyes narrowing slightly as he studied them. "Alright. Let's talk about why you're here... and what kind of mess the future has gotten into."
