Pokemon Adventure Journeys

(Soon, the group begins to travel upstream in the river.)

(They see that the water is only coming out like little streams for a pond.)

Mew: "Why would the river just dry up like this?"

(Mew wonders.)

Misty: "It's weird,"

(Misty says.)

(Soon, Brock notices something.)

Brock: "Hey, what's that?"

(The group finds the river has been blocked by a large wall of thorns.)

Mew: "Oh my, it's a wall of thorns,"

(Mew says.)

Brock: "You're right! They whole thing's covered with thorns!"

(Brock says.)

(Soon, Mew and her friends begin to crawl under and pass the thorns.)

(Suddenly, a sharp thorn leaves a cut on Misty's arm, and it stings a bit.)

Brock: "Be careful, those things are sharp!"

(Brock says.)

Misty: "How am I supposed to be careful? Everywhere you look, there's more thorns,"

(Misty says.)

(Tomo ends up getting his arm cut and says.)

Tomo: "Thorns bad."

Mew: "They are bad,"

(Mew says.)

(Pikachu then cries out.)

Pikachu: "Pika ka ka ka!" (Someone please help me!)

Eevee: "Eevee vee vee vee!" (And my fur is getting caught in them!)

(Eevee panics.)

(Mew turns her head around.)

Mew: "Pikachu! Eevee! Are you okay?"

Brock: "Say, guys, lets get our Pokemon to help us out here,"

(Brock says.)

Mew: "Good idea!"

(Mew says.)

Mew: "Bulbasaur, Razor Leaf attack!"

(Mew says, and throws her Pokeball.)

(Then Bulbasaur begins to perform Razor Leaf, cutting the thorns.)

Misty: "Okay, Starmie! Oddish! Your turn!"

(Misty says.)

(Suddenly, Psyduck comes out of his Pokeball on his own.)

(and ends up getting caught and pricked by the thorns.)

(Mew panics.)

Mew: "Psyduck, it's too dangerous for you to get out of your Pokeball."

Misty: "Just when you think things can't get worse,"

(Misty says, and groans and places her hand on her face.)

(Soon enough, Mew and the others are able to get out of the bushes of thorns.)

(Mew sighs in relief.)

Mew: "We're finally through those thorns!"

(Soon, they reach a spring that is practically dried up as well.)

Mew: "It's a spring!"

(Mew says, happily.)

(Brock says.)

Brock: "It looks like the spring is starting to dry up, too."

(Suddenly, Mew, Tomo, and the Pokemon hear a strange sound.)

Mew: "What's that sound?"

(Mew asks.)

Misty: "What sound?"

(Misty asks.)

Mew: "Listen,"

(Mew answers.)

(Brock and Misty listen and soon hear the sound too.)

Brock: "What's that"

(Brock asks.)

Mew: "It sounds like… snoring,"

(Mew says.)

(The group notices something ahead and walks over.)

(What they find is a Pokemon and it's huge.)

(huge, bipedal, dark blue-green Pokémon with a cream-colored face, belly, and feet.)

(Its body is composed of mostly its belly, as its limbs are comparatively small.)

(Its head is large with small, pointed ears and two pointed teeth protruding from its lower jaw.)

(It has round feet, which both have three claws and a circular brown paw pad, and short arms with five claws on each hand.)

(It snores loud and it's sleeping.)

(Then scratches it's tummy with his paw.)

(Surprised, Mew says.)

Mew: "It's huge!"

Brock: "It's a Snorlax!"

(Brock says.)

Misty: "Alright!"

(Misty says.)

(Mew brings out her Pokedex, and Dexter says.)

Dexter: "Snorlax, the Sleeping Pokemon. A Normal Type. Snorlax wakes only to eat."

Mew: "It doesn't sound too hungry,"

(Mew says.)

(Suddenly, Misty notices the river is behind Snorlax.)

Misty: "Guys, look! Snorlax is blocking the water from the spring!"

Brock: "That's why the water in the stream stopped flowing!"

(Brock says.)

Mew: "So we just gotta get Snorlax out of the way,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "Well, let's wake it up!"

(Misty says.)

(Mew shouts.)

Mew: "Wake up, Snorlax!"

Misty: "Snorlax, wake up!"

(Misty shouts.)

Brock: "Wow. He's really big,"

(Brock says.)

Pikachu: "Pika Pika!" (He's gigantic!)

(Pikachu says.)

Eevee: "Eevee Eevee," (And it has a big tummy.)

(Eevee adds.)

(Mew then shouts.)

Mew: "Hey, Snorlax! Wake up!"

(So far, Snorlax is not waking up.)

Misty: "It just won't wake up!"

(Misty says.)

Brock: "Well, then, we'll have to move it,"

(Brock suggests.)

Mew: "It's not possible. Snorlax can weigh about a thousand pounds. It will be too big for us to move it,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "Well, then there's no way we'll be able to move it,"

(Misty says.)

Mew: "There must be some way,"

(Mew says.)

(Then Brock has an idea.)

Brock: "Well, why don't we try catching it in a Pokemon?"

Mew: "Let's try,"

(Mew says.)

(Mew then throws the Pokeball at Snorlax, but it simply rolls and bounce down on its tummy.)

Mew: "That didn't work,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "We've got to move it, or the town will run out of water!"

(Misty says.)

(As Mew and her friends try to come up with another plan.)

(Team Rocket is watching them nearby.)

James: "Yay, it's a Snorlax!"

(James says.)

Jessie: "Right! We'll go after it in a Formation Z!"

(Jessie says.)

James: "Okay!"

(James agrees.)

(Meanwhile, Mew and her friends are still thinking.)

Brock: "Well, then, how should we wake it up?"

(Brock asks.)

(Suddenly, James appears with a microphone and says.)

James: "Good morning, everyone! Oh, well, it's not really morning anymore. Who cares anyway? I'm here to report on the eagerly awaited awakening of the Snorlax. Zoom in, camera person."

(Jessie who is holding a video camera, zooms in with the camera.)

James: "Ah, it's sleeping. Still sleeping. Watch closely, everyone. This is how Snorlax looks when it's sleeping. Doesn't it look cute? Now watch carefully as we wake up the Snorlax,"

(James says.)

(Annoyed, Mew asks.)

Mew: "What do you think YOU'RE doing?"

(Team Rocket turns around to begin the motto.)

Jessie: Prepare for trouble.

James: Make it double.

Jessie: To protect the world from devastation.

James: To unite all peoples within our nation.

Jessie: To denounce the evils of truth and love.

James: To extend our reach to the stars above.

Jessie: Jessie.

James: James.

Jessie: Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!

James: Surrender now, or prepare to fight.

(Mew sighs and says.)

Mew: "Your routine is so boring Snorlax is gonna go into an even deeper sleep!"

Tomo: "Team Rocket very boring,"

(Tomo agrees.)

(Soon James pulls out a radio communicating Meowth.)

(who is floating over them from their balloon.)

(James contacts Meowth.)

James: "This is R2 calling R1, over."

Meowth: "This is R1, all systems are go!"

(Meowth says.)

(Mew looks up to see the balloon.)

Mew: "It's Meowth!"

(Meowth says from the balloon.)

Meowth: "The Ultra Deluxe Balloon Bang-Bang is about to begin!"

(Meowth presses a button and deploys grappling cables from the bottom of the balloon.)

Mew: "What are those things?"

(Mew asks.)

(Jessie laughs.)

Jessie: "Soon you'll be seeing Snorlax from cable!"

(Soon, the cables are lowered to Snorlax.)

Mew: "I'd hate to let them steal Snorlax, but if they get it out of the way for us.."

(Mew says.)

(Brock adds.)

Brock: "The spring water will flow like before!"

(Soon, Pikachu and Eevee direct Meowth to lower the cable.)

(while Mew and her friends along with Team Rocket begin to cuff Snorlax with the cable.)

(From below Meowth sees it all.)

Meowth: "Well, I never thought I'd live to see this day, even with nine lives!"

(And shed tears.)

Meowth: "Team Rocket and Team Twerp working together!"

(Once everything is ready, James calls out.)

James: "Okay, hoist away!"

(Soon, the balloon begins to lift Snorlax in the air as Meowth gives it the gas.)

(James says.)

James: "Steady. Keep it up. Keep it up."

Jessie: "We've got it now!"

(Jessie says.)

(Soon, Snorlax's arms and legs start moving up.)

Meowth: "Just a bit further!"

(Meowth says.)

(Suddenly, the cable snaps and sends Meowth and the balloon flying away.)

Mew: "The cables were too weak to lift Snorlax!"

(Mew says, shocked.)

Misty: "I knew this wouldn't work!"

(Misty says, crossing her arms.)

(Mew turns to Team Rocket.)

Mew: "Yeah, we shoulda known Team Rocket would mess things up."

(This irritates Team Rocket as Jessie angrily says.)

Jessie: "What did you say?"

Mew: "Well, it's the truth,"

(Mew comments.)

James: "Nothing makes me angrier than being told the truth!"

(James says.)
