Chapter 73: Johto League Part 13
As then Ursaluna then went behind Gengar and hit the Ghost/Poison typed with Critical hit
As Gengar got damaged and hit the floor, as Haru smirked as Ursaluna went near Gengar but Haru felt something of.
Haru then actived his Aura power. "Ursaluna be careful".
But it was to late Gengar went into the ground came back up and hit with a pointed blank Shadow ball as it hit and knocked out Ursaluna, as Haru just sigehd.
Haru recalled Ursaluna. "You did good body, now rest and sorry for your lost". Haru then looked at Ash Gengar as he spoke. "So he like to play tricks huh".
Haru then swnt our Scizor again, ana told to use Sword Dance, follow by an X-Scissor, and then a Ariel Ace
Ash grinned as he saw Gengar's crafty move. "Looks like you've got more surprises up your sleeve, huh? Well, Gengar, we're just getting started!"
Haru smirked back, his eyes sharp as he watched Ash's every move. "I wouldn't expect anything less from you, Ash. But let's see how well Gengar handles this."
With a flick of his wrist, Haru's Scizor emerged from its Pokéball, its sleek, red body gleaming in the light. Scizor stood confidently on the battlefield, its claws twitching in anticipation.
"Scizor, let's show them what we can do!" Haru called out. "Start with Sword Dance!"
Scizor's body glowed with a fierce energy as it began to rapidly swing its claws, building up power. The audience gasped at the sight of Scizor's increased strength, and Haru's confidence grew.
Ash wasn't backing down. "Gengar, don't let your guard down! Use Shadow Ball to hit Scizor!"
Gengar, still riding on the high of its previous move, began charging up another Shadow Ball, its eyes locked onto Scizor. But Haru was ready.
"X-Scissor!" Haru commanded.
In an instant, Scizor darted forward with blinding speed, its claws glowing with a brilliant energy as it sliced through the air. Gengar fired its Shadow Ball, but Scizor's attack came in faster, landing a direct hit on Gengar with an overwhelming force. The ghostly Pokémon staggered back, struggling to stay on its feet.
"Now, Ariel Ace!" Haru added, sensing an opportunity to finish the job.
Scizor, its claws still glowing, shot into the air with incredible precision, flying toward Gengar like a blur. Before Gengar could react, Scizor struck with pinpoint accuracy, sending the ghost Pokémon crashing into the ground. The crowd roared in approval, impressed by the seamless combination of moves.
Ash's face tightened with determination, his competitive spirit ignited. "Gengar, no!" He called out, but there was no response. Gengar was down, and the referee quickly called the knockout.
"Gengar is unable to battle, Scizor wins!" The referee announced.
Haru exhaled, his eyes narrowing in concentration. "You did great, Scizor. Take a rest."
As Scizor returned to its Pokéball, Ash quickly recalled Gengar, his expression calm despite the setback. "You did well, Gengar. Rest up."
Haru looked at Ash, a small smile creeping onto his face. "Looks like I'm one step ahead this time. What's next, Ash?"
Ash, not the least bit discouraged, grinned back. "I've got a few more tricks up my sleeve. You're not getting away that easily!"
He reached for his next Pokéball. "Go, Charizard!"
With a roar, Charizard erupted onto the battlefield, its wings flaring and fire blazing from its tail. The crowd went wild, and Haru could see the intensity in Ash's eyes. This was going to be a tough one.
"Charizard, ready to go!" Ash declared confidently. "Let's see what you can do!"
Haru, unfazed, gave a steady nod. "I'm ready. Let's see how Scizor handles a fire type." He wasn't about to let his guard down, but with each battle, his excitement only grew. The energy in the stadium was palpable, and both trainers were pushing their Pokémon to their limits.
"Scizor, back in action!" Haru called, his voice firm. "Stay focused and watch Charizard closely."
The stage was set for the next round, and neither Ash nor Haru was about to let up in this epic showdown. The stakes were high, and the battle was far from over.
Ash and Haru stood across from each other, the tension in the air thick as Charizard and Scizor locked eyes. The crowd, already hyped from the previous exchanges, was now brimming with excitement as both trainers prepared for the next round.
"Charizard, let's get this started!" Ash shouted, a fiery determination in his voice.
Charizard roared, flames bursting from its tail as it flapped its wings and hovered in the air, waiting for Ash's next command.
Haru remained calm, his eyes never leaving the mighty fire-type. "Scizor, stay sharp. Don't let Charizard overwhelm you."
"Scizor, use X-Scissor!" Haru commanded, the bug-type Pokémon dashing forward with incredible speed, its claws glowing with sharp, deadly energy. Scizor aimed for Charizard with precision, hoping to land a decisive hit before Charizard could counter.
Ash was quick to react. "Charizard, dodge and use Flamethrower!"
With a powerful flap of its wings, Charizard evaded Scizor's claws, soaring upward to avoid the attack. It then twisted mid-air and exhaled a scorching wave of flames at Scizor, the intense heat threatening to overwhelm the bug Pokémon.
But Scizor, anticipating the move, didn't retreat. Instead, it spun in the air, its body moving like a blur, narrowly avoiding the full brunt of the Flamethrower. The heat still singed its body, but Scizor's determination fueled its next attack.
"Scizor, use Agility!" Haru ordered, his voice steady. Scizor's body became a blur as it shot forward, moving at lightning speed and closing the distance between itself and Charizard.
Ash raised an eyebrow, impressed by Scizor's speed. "Charizard, let's go! Dragon Claw!"
Charizard's claws ignited with fiery energy as it charged forward, aiming to meet Scizor in the middle. The two Pokémon clashed with a powerful shockwave that sent sparks flying through the air. Scizor's claws met Charizard's, and the two fighters pushed against each other with everything they had.
"Don't let up, Charizard! Use Fire Spin!" Ash shouted, pushing Charizard to its limit.
Charizard roared as it released a whirlwind of flames, spiraling them into a vortex around Scizor. The flames began to close in, trapping Scizor in a swirling inferno. Haru's eyes narrowed as he saw the situation unfolding.
"Scizor, don't panic! Use Bullet Punch to break free!" Haru quickly commanded, his focus unwavering.
With a burst of energy, Scizor's claws glowed with metallic intensity, and it slammed them into the Fire Spin, breaking through the flames and forcing its way out of the fiery vortex. Charizard tried to adjust its position, but Scizor's speed was relentless.
Scizor dashed forward once more, using the momentum to launch another devastating X-Scissor at Charizard. The attack landed hard, and Charizard faltered mid-air, clearly feeling the effects of the powerful blow.
Ash's eyes widened, but he wasn't about to give up. "Charizard, don't back down! You've got this!"
Charizard, though weakened, roared in defiance. Flames erupted from its tail as it flew high into the air once again, gathering energy for its next move. "Charizard, use Blast Burn!"
Haru's eyes flashed with recognition. Blast Burn—one of Charizard's most powerful moves. He wasn't sure Scizor could avoid it, but he wasn't about to back down either.
"Scizor, hang in there!" Haru shouted, his voice fierce with determination. "Use Double Team!"
Scizor immediately dashed to the side, creating multiple afterimages as it scattered around the battlefield in an instant. The clones blended in with the real Scizor, making it hard for Charizard to pinpoint the actual target.
Charizard launched its Blast Burn, a massive explosion of fiery energy that lit up the arena. The attack engulfed the area where Scizor had been, but when the flames cleared, none of the Scizor clones were left standing. Charizard hovered, breathing heavily, its energy nearly spent.
"Scizor!" Haru called out, his voice full of tension. His heart raced as the smoke cleared and revealed Scizor, still standing tall. It had managed to avoid the worst of the attack by using its agility and its afterimages, but it was clearly exhausted.
"You're doing great, Scizor," Haru said, keeping his voice calm. "But this isn't over yet. Let's finish it."
"Charizard's not done yet!" Ash called out, equally determined. "Charizard, let's end this with a Flare Blitz!"
Charizard charged at Scizor, its entire body enveloped in flames as it aimed to land a final, powerful blow. Haru knew it was now or never.
"Scizor, use Bullet Punch!" Haru shouted, his voice sharp.
Scizor, despite its exhaustion, lunged forward with blinding speed, its metallic claws aimed straight at Charizard's fiery form. The two Pokémon collided with a resounding shockwave. Charizard's flames exploded outward, but Scizor's Bullet Punch landed squarely on Charizard's chest, knocking the fire-type back.
Scizor wobbled in the air, struggling to stay afloat. Haru gritted his teeth, but then smiled at Charizard. "You did your best, Scizor. Rest now."
The referee called out, "Scizor is unable to battle. Charizard wins!"
The stadium erupted in cheers as Charizard landed back on the ground, panting heavily but still standing strong. Ash gave it an approving nod, recalling Scizor to its Pokéball.
Haru, still proud of Scizor, recalled it as well, giving the fire-type a pat. "You did awesome, buddy. You fought hard."
Ash smiled at Haru, his eyes glinting with excitement. "Looks like I'm ahead, but it's far from over."
Haru grinned back, wiping the sweat off his brow. "You bet it's not over! I've got more surprises waiting for you!"
The battle was far from finished, and the tension between the two trainers had only escalated. The audience could feel it—this showdown was one for the history books.
Haru looked at Ash as he spoke. "So ash yiru took down both my Ursaluna and my Scizor, we tookd done two for two".
Ash then spoke looking at him. "That is fair if you ask me".
As then Haru then sent out his next Pokémon his Red Gyarados, the moments the Pokémon came the crowded was in aww once again of the shiny Pokémon, not just because of its Red colour but also the fact it was 10 times bigger then any Gyarados, Ash seeing the disadvantages called Back Charizard and called for his 10 times bigger then normal Pokémon, as he sent out his Tyranitar.
Meanwhile in the crowded, Whitney, Rose, Clair and Suicune cheered for Haru, and Diamond and Raikou did for Ash.
As Haru sent out his Red Gyarados, the crowd couldn't help but gasp in awe. The massive, crimson serpent-like Pokémon towered over the battlefield, its shimmering red scales reflecting the light as it let out a mighty roar. The sheer size of the Gyarados made it a terrifying opponent, easily 10 times the size of a normal one.
"Whoa, that's one enormous Gyarados," Ash murmured, his eyes widening at the sight of it. He quickly recalled Charizard, understanding that it wouldn't be the best match-up given the massive size difference. "Alright, Tyranitar, let's go!" Ash called out, sending his own powerhouse onto the field.
Tyranitar's massive form emerged, and despite being smaller than Gyarados, it was still an intimidating sight. The rocky, dark green dinosaur-like Pokémon growled, its red eyes glowing as it flexed its powerful muscles.
"Looks like we're both bringing out the big guns," Ash said, his voice determined. "This is going to be an epic showdown."
Haru, not fazed by the challenge, gave a slight smile. "That's the spirit, Ash. But my Gyarados has seen its fair share of battles. Let's see how your Tyranitar handles this."
The tension in the stadium was palpable as the two colossal Pokémon faced off. The trainers exchanged a look, signaling that they were ready for the next round of intense action.
"Tyranitar, use Stone Edge!" Ash commanded.
Tyranitar stomped its foot, and sharp, jagged stones shot up from the ground, targeting Gyarados with deadly precision. The attack came at Gyarados quickly, but the massive red serpent was quick to react.
"Gyarados, dodge and use Hydro Pump!" Haru called out, his voice steady.
With a swift movement, Gyarados arched its body, avoiding the Stone Edge as it launched a massive blast of water from its mouth, aiming directly at Tyranitar. The torrent of water slammed into Tyranitar, knocking it back slightly but not enough to take it down.
Ash gritted his teeth. "Tyranitar, don't let up! Use Crunch!"
Tyranitar charged forward with incredible speed, despite the water soaking its body, and snapped its massive jaws at Gyarados. The Red Gyarados recoiled slightly, but Haru was quick to react.
"Gyarados, use Dragon Tail!" Haru commanded, and Gyarados swung its tail around with immense force. The powerful tail struck Tyranitar, sending it flying backward into the rocky terrain.
Tyranitar struggled to get back on its feet, growling in anger. Ash clenched his fist. "Hang in there, Tyranitar! You're not going down that easy!"
Whitney, Rose, Clair, and Suicune, all cheered for Haru in the stands, their voices blending into a wave of support.
"Come on, Haru! You've got this!" Whitney shouted, her eyes fixed on the battle.
Raikou and Diamond cheered for Ash as well, their voices echoing from the opposite side of the stadium.
"Let's go, Ash! Show him your strength!" Raikou called, her voice filled with energy as she waved her pom-poms in the air.
"Don't let him push you around!" Diamond added, her voice confident as she leaned forward in her seat.
Haru remained calm as he watched Tyranitar struggle against his Gyarados. He knew he had the advantage, but he couldn't let his guard down. "Gyarados, Aqua Tail!"
Gyarados' tail began to glow with blue energy, and with a mighty swing, it swung its tail toward Tyranitar, hitting it directly. The force of the attack caused Tyranitar to stumble, but it wasn't done yet.
"Not yet!" Ash shouted, his voice filled with determination. "Tyranitar, use Stone Edge again!"
With a roar, Tyranitar slammed its fists into the ground, causing another barrage of sharp stones to rise from the earth and launch toward Gyarados. This time, Gyarados couldn't avoid them all. Several of the sharp stones hit it, causing the massive Pokémon to recoil in pain.
"Perfect! Now, Tyranitar, use Crunch once more!" Ash ordered, taking advantage of the opening.
Tyranitar dashed forward with a ferocity that belied its size, its jaws wide open and ready to clamp down on Gyarados. But Haru wasn't going to let his Gyarados be caught off guard.
"Gyarados, Hyper Beam!" Haru shouted.
Gyarados opened its mouth, gathering an immense amount of energy in its maw before firing a massive beam of energy directly at Tyranitar. The attack struck Tyranitar square in the chest, sending it crashing into the rocks.
Ash stood in shock for a moment as Tyranitar struggled to rise. The Hyper Beam had taken its toll, leaving the Pokémon unable to move. Ash quickly recalled it, feeling the weight of the loss but not giving up.
"You did well, Tyranitar. Rest now," Ash muttered, a sense of respect for his fallen teammate. He returned Tyranitar to its Pokéball and then looked up at Haru. "I'm not done yet. I still have one more Pokémon."
Haru nodded, his expression serious but impressed. "I'm looking forward to it, Ash. But I'll make sure to give you a battle you won't forget."
The crowd was on the edge of their seats, knowing that this battle was about to reach its climax. The stakes were higher than ever, and both trainers were giving their all.
