Reborn ghost seeing lady is pampered by her ex husband

The spirit nodded in agreement. "He tells the truth, there is hope. Without the rest of the ingredients, even if Azur has Alena, his mission will fail. But before everyone sighs in relief, I have more news."

Rufus looked at his ancestor with tired eyes. He had really had it up to the neck with her. It looked like she had more information that she had been holding back. Was it her goal to see to it that the supernatural war happened?

"What is it Zephyra?" he asked.

Ignoring the irritation in his voice, Zephyra said calmly, "The demons have been working on two plans ever since Azur's escape from the prison. Plan one was the keys and when it looked hopeless, Othello told them about plan B which is the blood sacrifice. With time and secrecy on their side, the demons have been hunting for the other things needed for the spell long before we started.

Now a young ghost has told me that a certain sorcerer in Hartoum has found the Lunar gemstone, scroll of whispers and blood of the forgotten. He has spent years collecting these things. The blood of the forgotten is something he only acquired recently by breaking into the sacred house of the church of saints and angels and taking a holy vial of blood that was left over from a lost saint.

This sorcerer is surely working with demons, and he has been on our radar for a while, we just lacked strong evidence to convict him of his crimes. Finding him and taking the things he collected is the first step in stopping Azur." It told them.

"Is it Gecko?" Maureen asked, already convinced that it had to be him. She was like Rufus, tired of Zephyra's way of taking the long road before revealing what was important.

Connie, the young ghost Zephyra was talking about appeared and she waved at everyone. "Hello, Connie here, I am the young ghost that uncovered this lead today, an hour ago. Yes, Aunt Maureen, it is Gecko the Lizard.

He is as stupid as a sheep because I have been tracking him for a week now and followed him back to his small temple where he is keeping these items. Also, he is still giving out those evil bracelets which seduce people into selling their souls. Teenagers are his preferred targets, so I suggest we do something about him now....like tonight now." She shuffled her feet.

"A moment child." Rufus said slowly.

David raised a hand. "Some of the things Phoebe mentioned like the Obsidian blade and enthralled flame are with the Madison's. Enigma dated Evelyn such that he could get his hands on them. We were lucky that he had not yet successfully broken into their vault just yet and now that we have removed the enchantment on Evelyn and captured him, the demons won't be getting their hands on those things." He was planning to get to Arrow to convince Evelyn to bring them out and they would be kept in the space.

"Azur has nowhere to get the Phoenix ash and Night shade dust. The only person that knows where to get them is Phoebe and maybe David." The spirit told them to ease their minds. Those things were in the space and Azur could not access the space.

"This is good news!" Rufus folded his lips briefly. "The time is two o'clock and we have been busy all night. All those that are tired should go home or to bed and these ghosts should move on. The rest of the hunters and guardians should join me; we still have work to do. It is time to declare war on the demons. I am ordering a massive hunt for every demon walking around in our territory starting tonight."

"I am in." Maureen. Her moon fang blade was also in."

"Did you say that you have Enigma?" Rufus asked David.

David nodded.

"In that case, we will use Enigma to hunt down other demons. Since they used our kind to destroy us from the inside, we can do the same to them." He replied with a clever scheming smile on his face.

"How?" David asked, unsure if he was willing to let go of his prisoner.

Rufus leaned on the table. "We will turn him into a hunting dog that can smell out other demons. One of our ancestors was a hunter that used this method after the supernatural war." He told him.

"What if he refuses to hunt for us?" Edward asked.

"Then we torture him." Orson said with a shrug.

"Mother this is a good idea, mix the water of life and the water from the purification pond and Enigma will not be able to handle the pain. That water is like acid to demons." Star revealed quietly.

Phoebe scoffed. "And you are just telling me this now?" The words came out loudly, gaining the attention of the whole room.

"Pardon me?" Rufus said to her.

Phoebe feigned a cough. "I have...my team and I have found a way to mass produce bullets that would not leave anything demon standing. If we are going to start massive hunts and declare open season on demons, then I am willing to provide my bullets at a fee." She told them.

"Ho!" Maureen exclaimed. Even in that moment, Phoebe was still able to think about making money! Her confidence was really out of this world.

"Is that so?" Nile rubbed his hands; he could not wait to use them. He had always preferred guns to other weapons when hunting.

The spirit brought out the stock of bullets from the space. It brought two hundred bullets and left half in the space. "Who wants to act as the specimen?" It looked at the ghosts, terrified some decided to move on immediately.

"Zephyra you are scaring them." Phoebe bit back her laughter.

"Sorry." Zephyra mumbled. "Anyway, we have already tested them."

"We have been hunting using them." Maureen conformed.

"Everything we have shot so far has died." Rekha added.

"I can also confirm. It is how my men were able to wipe out Enigma's demon minions and capture him. We charge five dollars per bullet." David grinned at his grandfather.

Even in the midst of all the worries and troubles, everyone found a moment to scoff, sneer or laugh. Phoebe and David were a shameless couple.

"The bullets for my handgun do not even cost one dollar." Nini croaked.

"Grandma, go to bed." Valerie said.

"And miss the hunt, no thank you." She replied.

David gestured for Polly to carry the old woman away before she shot herself or anyone else.

Rufus picked one bullet and studied it. He was amazed by the fact that the bullets were coated in real gold and imbued with runes he had not seen before. "I have never seen anything like this." His tone was appreciative in the face of a new tool to use in the fight. "Mass produce these, meanwhile, let the hunt begin. Those that are going, gather here in five minutes."

Nile brought out every gun they had in the house and everyone armed themselves. They parked all they would need, hugged those that were staying back and gathered to form a group of fifteen.

"We begin with this Gecko, tonight." Rufus declared and created a portal leading to Hartoum.
