Chapter 119: Holy Church(2)
In the darkness, Chu Wuyao looked at the battlefield coldly and when she saw that the Priest had ran away, she nodded her head slightly.
Since Li Ruoshi had imprisoned most of these people and the Priest had ran away in order to fight Yue Zhilan, there were only two people remaining in this place, a man and a woman.

Chu Wuyao could see that the woman was an Apprentice, while the man was actually a True Warrior.
Of course, even though she was only a Warrior Apprentice and seemed to be at a disadvantage, Chu Wuyao didn't panic but rushed out.
From Cthulhu's sneak attack to the present moment, less than a second had passed and the man and the woman had yet to recover.
It was only when they saw Chu Wuyao rushing towards them that they snapped back to reality.
"Careful!", Marcus yelled and thrust his bloody spear forward.
Although he could feel that Chu Wuyao was only a Warrior Apprentice, Marcus would not hold back at all.
With the current situation, he would have to be stupid to still underestimate his opponent!
The spear seemed to be an extension of Marcus' hands and in the blink of an eye, its tip had flashed in front of Chu Wuyao, ready to pierce through her abdomen and nail her to the ground.
However, as if Chu Wuyao had been expecting this, she moved to the side, just barely enough to dodge the spear.
The tip of the spear gently brushed against the fabric of her clothes, making her dress flutter.
After dodging the attack, Chu Wuyao stepped on the ground and flashed behind Marcus, waving her hand and swinging the sword towards his back.
"Boom!"
Unfortunately, just when the sword was about to land on him, a golden semi-transparent shield appeared in front of the sword's trajectory, stopping it.
The golden shield was unable to withstand the impact and shattered into tiny shards, but it had bought more than enough time for Marcus to recover.
"There is actually another Magician?", Chu Wuyao thought and glanced at the woman that stood in the distance, holding a staff in her hand and muttering words in a low voice.
Even though Chu Wuyao couldn't hear what she was saying, she understood that she had to end this fight as soon as possible.
Compared to Warriors, although Magicians were not very good at frontal combat, they were particularly suitable for battles like the current one.
Chu Wuyao had no doubt that if the battle continued going on, this Magician would continuously use spells to interfere with her actions, while strengthening her opponent.
With this in mind, she no longer held back.
After narrowly dodging one more of Marcus' attacks, a thin red film appeared around the silver sword in her hand and the next moment, countless tiny blue stars flashed on its surface, as if it had turned into a starry sky.
Instantly, Chu Wuyao had the illusion that what she was holding was not a sword, but a huge needle that would be able to penetrate anything.
Having spent 5.000 Sin Points, Chu Wuyao's understanding of the Seven Stars Swordsmanship had increased dramatically and she had mastered the first level of this skill, allowing her to double her sword's power.
It was this, coupled with her rich experience that made Chu Wuyao confident enough to fight against a True Warrior even though she was only a Warrior Apprentice.
"Bang!"
The sword hit Marcus' spear and to his shock, he discovered that he was actually at a disadvantage.
His hands that were holding the spear trembled slightly and as a result of the force, he was forced to take a few steps back.
Before he could regain his balance however, Chu Wuyao flashed in front of him and attacked him once again.
"Bang! Bang!"
Chu Wuyao swung the sword with all her strength, knowing that the longer the battle went on, the more disadvantageous it was for her.
After all, even with the Seven Stars Swordsmanship, her Fighting Spirit was way less than the opponent's, while there was also a Magician interfering with her actions.
"Boom!"
The sword landed on the spear once again and a cracking sound came from the bones in Marcus' hands, causing him to drop the spear he was holding.
Fortunately, just as he was worried, a golden shield appeared in front of him, shielding him from danger.
While breathing a sigh of relief, countless thoughts popped up in his mind.
"How could a Warrior Apprentice be so strong?", he couldn't help but wonder, staring at Chu Wuyao with some fear.
Looking at his expression, Chu Wuyao's face remained calm and she stared at the golden shield that was blocking the way of her next attack.
"It's now.", she whispered and felt that the Fighting Spirit in her body had almost ran out.
She knew that the remaining Fighting Spirit was only enough to support one more of her attacks, one more of her strikes.
Chu Wuyao didn't panic, but poured all the remaining Fighting Spirit into the sword, causing the red color on its surface to become deeper.
Then, she waved it towards Marcus with all her strength.
The movements of her hand were weird, unlike the movements that a human hand should be able to do, but the sword strangely passed through a certain gap in the shield and fell onto Marcus.
"Wha-?"
Caught off guard, Marcus tried to speak, but the sword had already pierced through his head, slicing it in two.
Shaking the sword slightly to throw off the blood, Chu Wuyao looked silently at the corpse and then, she turned her head to look at the last person in this place, the female Magician.
At the moment, Ellie's face contained a mix of emotions such as fear, nervousness and anger, while her hands trembled, rendering her unable to cast any spells.
Before Ellie could react, Chu Wuyao had flashed in front of her and after she turned her hand into a fist, she punched forward.
"Boom!"
A woman's delicate hand was the last thing that Ellie saw, before her vision went dark.
