Superman's Saiyan little brother

"How is this possible?!" The man watched in astonishment as Hulk broke free from the giant capture net. He wanted to give orders to his men, but Hulk had already reached him by then.

Hulk's speed was unmatched by Doctor Lizard, especially in short bursts. Hulk's immense strength and terrifying jump could propel him right in front of his enemies with ease, at the cost of shattering the ground beneath him.

By the time the man realized what was happening, Hulk was already upon him. At such close range, the man couldn't even call for his subordinates. He only had time to reach for his secret weapon at his waist...

"Squish!" But before he could act, Hulk's massive hands clamped down on the man's head, crushing it like a watermelon. The scene was gruesome, even more so than when Hulk had killed the operatives earlier.

"Run!" Seeing such a brutal and bloody scene, the man's subordinates had no intention of avenging him. They realized Hulk's power far surpassed their ability to handle, and their priority was to save their own lives.

"Smack!" As the subordinates fled, Hulk shook off the blood and flesh from his hands and clapped them together, creating a powerful shockwave that sent the fleeing subordinates flying into nearby walls.

Hulk's move didn't kill everyone, and some were fortunate enough to survive, albeit with severe injuries and a newfound fear. They began to doubt whether Hulk was really Doctor Lizard, as the reports from the school suggested Doctor Lizard wasn't this powerful.

"Are you really not Doctor Lizard?" On the other side, the demon-faced man looked grim as he cautiously addressed Hulk.

The demon-faced man had every reason to be cautious. Hulk's display of power was terrifying, even making him doubt that the mightiest Hellboy from his faction could match Hulk's strength.

Such overwhelming power far exceeded the previous descriptions of Doctor Lizard's strength. If any beastman could attain such power, then the gene warriors of the Hellboy lineage would be obsolete.

Even though demon-faced men were a product of a shortcut, their power source was the Hell dimension. Doctor Lizard, as a beastman, shouldn't have such a powerful source. At least, the demon-faced man's military faction hadn't heard of such a powerful dimension.

Realizing Hulk's strength far exceeded his expectations, the demon-faced man considered Black Widow's earlier words. Reluctant to fight such a formidable enemy, he decided to speak up.

However, the demon-faced man's desire to avoid conflict didn't mean Hulk would spare him. Enraged by previous encounters and given permission by Black Widow, Hulk was on the verge of rampage.

In this state, either an overwhelming force would need to subdue Hulk, or Black Widow would have to calm him down.

Black Widow, already angered by the reckless attacks from other official agencies, had no intention of intervening. She was prepared for Hulk to kill everyone since the enmity had already been established. Killing them wouldn't make much difference.

Furthermore, this operation was S.H.I.E.L.D.'s chance to showcase their strength. Nick Fury envied the power displayed by Hellboy and the army, and now it was S.H.I.E.L.D.'s turn to flex their muscles. Fury wouldn't miss this opportunity.

"Roar!" As the demon-faced man finished speaking and Black Widow remained silent, Hulk rushed at him, slapping towards his head.

"Bang!" The demon-faced man, quicker to react than the previous man, tried to block Hulk's attack but failed. His arm was broken, and he was sent flying, landing heavily on the ground.

Despite the injuries, he was luckier than the previous man, whose head was blown off. The demon-faced man survived but was badly hurt.

The demon-faced man's subordinates were braver than the previous man's. Seeing their leader attacked, they drew their weapons and fired at Hulk.

These military men used advanced laser weapons, far superior to standard military gear. 

"Zing!"

"Zing!"

"Zing!"

Laser bullets hit Hulk, causing minor injuries but failing to stop him. His wounds healed almost instantly, only making him angrier.

"Hulk!" With a roar, Hulk grew larger and charged into the group, cutting them down like a scythe through wheat.

"Is it my imagination, or did this Hulk monster just get bigger? And why does he seem even more threatening now? Can his power increase during battle?" Peter Parker, hiding in the shadows, gulped nervously.

Peter had no intention of intervening. Though Hulk was slaughtering people, they were all from other official agencies. Peter had no fondness for these agencies and felt he owed them nothing.

"Damn it! Call for reinforcements! We're dealing with a green monster called Hulk, reportedly a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. He's attacking us!" The demon-faced man, lying on the ground, gritted his teeth and contacted his military superiors.

"Hulk? S.H.I.E.L.D.?" Hearing this, the military began searching for information. "It's the Gamma experiment! This was General Ross's project. How did it become S.H.I.E.L.D.'s? Did Ross strike a deal with S.H.I.E.L.D.?"

Realizing Hulk's identity and power, the military abandoned the demon-faced man. They knew Hulk's strength was beyond their reach, even for their top agents like Hellboy. Not knowing Hulk's relationship with S.H.I.E.L.D., they decided to back off.

This military faction could abandon the mission quickly, but other agencies weren't so quick to give up. Especially as Hulk, having killed the demon-faced man's team, turned to the other agencies, causing them to pressure S.H.I.E.L.D. and General Ross.

"So what? It's fair competition. If you have the strength, go after Hulk. You've killed S.H.I.E.L.D. agents before. If you can't handle it, Doctor Lizard is ours!" Nick Fury remained unfazed, even assertive.

Fury knew that Hulk's actions had finally put S.H.I.E.L.D. on the map. From now on, they wouldn't just be bystanders in extraordinary events but active participants.

Meanwhile, General Ross, initially puzzled by the news of a collaboration with S.H.I.E.L.D., quickly contacted Fury, demanding Hulk back.

"Sorry, General Ross. Bruce Banner was only a contractor with the military, and since he's been missing for so long, his contract was terminated. So, neither Banner nor Hulk belongs to you. It's their choice where they want to be," Fury calmly responded.

"Ross, you can still hunt Banner, but make sure you have a valid reason. Otherwise, S.H.I.E.L.D. will protect him because he's now our researcher and special advisor with official status."

"You! Fine, Nick Fury, you just wait!" Ross growled, hanging up and turning to his deputy. "How's the Gamma experiment? And the Giant Ape experiment? Any progress with the new beastman data?"

"The Gamma experiment has made some breakthroughs, producing Gamma warriors, though they're not as strong as Hulk. As for the Giant Ape experiment, even with the beastman data, we've made no progress. We can't replicate the giant ape's size without actual samples," the deputy replied.

The Giant Ape experiment referred to Robert's transformation into a giant Saiyan ape, which inspired the military's idea to create such warriors. However, without Robert's samples, it remained an unattainable goal, forcing Ross to restart the Gamma project.

"Pause the Giant Ape experiment and focus on Gamma warriors. I want a hundred Hulks! Let's see if Fury dares to defy me then!" Ross commanded with a cold glint in his eyes.

Whether Fury would dare was uncertain, but Hulk's voice was loud and clear. Having slaughtered all the officials around him, he was now excited to the point of losing control...
