The 7th Great God (Overlord Fan Fiction)

Chapter 151: Tus Nadair's Reputation

Having made the woman wait long enough, the answer finally began to breach from Night Silver's lips. "Oh, usually they get right back to it within a couple of weeks at the most. And those are the ladies who are just going through their season. The ones who live and breathe wanting babies, They usually recover within the same day, and are pregnant by the day after or next."

The women in the room were utterly speechless. The men for the most part didn't understand a lick of it, but seeing their female counterparts with mouths agape, they too felt they should be shocked.

"That's the difference between a healthy body, and one that is religiously taken care of." She added with an enchanting smile, lifting the woman's chin up to look her right in the eyes. "That's part of it. The other part is the improvement from one generation to the next."

"Huh? Beautiful… So… Beautiful." The woman uttered, absolutely enchanted by the woman's face so close to her own. Her lips, she's so beautiful even I, another woman, want to be with her. Her lips puckered up like a natural reaction.

Night Silver smirked, and kissed the puckered lips, giving the woman a little more than she had realized. "You're really quite bold. I like that. If you ever desire to come live in my country, know that it will still be quite the culture shock, but you'll be welcomed. You can even have a special bath with myself, and my wife Anastasi." She said stepping away from the now tomato red faced woman. "But that's a special treat just for you."

"Sil, I'd like to get to the matter at hand. So if you're going to have relations with them, please just get it over with. The men over there seem like they're about to burst."

"Hmm, a shame they aren't Nadairian, especially right now. There's no shortage of love making going on. Anyways, you're right, Tsa, let us get this matter over with." She added, and was about to move on.

"Wait, mother Night Silver, I have a question. Is that recovery time truly just their natural recovery time, or is magic involved?"

"Oh, nope, magic isn't involved for any of our births, with the exception of having to cut the baby out from the belly. Which is a rare case, and those always take at least a week to fully recover from." She answered. "It's just their natural recovery, combined with a deep desire to rear another child. A beautiful thing that I neither pressure, nor deny my people the pursuit of. In other words, my country is the perfect place for a woman that wants to be a mother, as well as a woman who doesn't. The same is true for men. But I let my husband deal with most of those issues. I only help him learn some other nuance, or if something is beyond his understanding. It's surprisingly common among the dragons."

Hearing such simplistic words of praise, seemed to move a few people to actually think about Tus Nadair in a new light. Because, up until just a few moments ago, everyone present thought it was a nation of partial to complete nudists. However, they just learned that it's actually not out of anything other than the desire to feel comfortable in one's own body. And to top it off, they end up having happier, healthier, and longer lifespans… With a great deal of stress removed from the equation, and redundancies in place to ensure that everyone is properly cared for.

"It sounds like you went and made a theocratic nation. However, instead of turning down the path of letting the people be as they are, and selfish as a result… They have this indescribable bond of almost familial love?" I think that's it, right? Tsa asked.

"Sort of, one could see the nation as something like that. But I like to think of it as one big family that actually cares about each other. Work is properly distributed, food, education and love are all under similar situations." Night Silver answered.

Anastasi noticed her brother's eyes shift towards her, as if asking for her own opinion. "To be honest with you brother, the little bit of time I got to interact with the people, I learned a great deal. And I believe that it is at a point where any child could go up to any adult, and that adult would treat the child with the same tender care as one's own parents should. It's a really nice place, I like it there."

Tsa's nose let out an exasperated sigh. "It almost sounds too nice."

"Oh, that's because I haven't said everything about it, but, since I'm here for another reason… I'll just start it right now, what do you intend to do with the unlucky children of the greed king bastards, along with their mothers?"

"Finally getting to the point. I only brought them here because I thought it best to see what we should do about them before the people killed them all."

"I see, so you don't have any plans for them yourself? Have you found out if these women actually loved their baby daddies?"

"About that…" Tsa asked. "I had Issanth deal with them. But I'm curious, where is the child that the woman there bore?"

"Oh, Decem, that was his name, right?"

"That's right."

"Yeah, he's dead as well."

"Huh?!"

"What? I can't have him alive when he was the core to a large scale hypnosis skill. Hougan is the one who made it that way."

"I see, so he was trying to weigh your senses, kill one child to save the others. Or not do anything to the child and let your children suffer."

"I thought that too, but, in the end it doesn't matter. The boy vowed to do everything he could to kill me. It's his own fault for swearing off the guaranteed protection I would have given him."

"True, even so, it must not have been an easy decision…" Tsa replied, falling into a deep thought… "Very well, I'll let you do what you wish with the others. Just let me know what you did, and the reasoning behind it."

"Oh, of course." She smiled. "Now then, sister, come walk with me. Let's discuss what is known about them."
