The Ape From Space

(Raditz-POV)

He wheezed in a breath, Piccolo landing nearby on a plateau similar to the one his current position resembled. The two of them turned, not entirely as they kept the explosion in front of them within their view but Zangya, Tien, Chiaotzu and Gohan touched down nearby, looking at Raditz and Piccolo's current state.

A few minutes later while the dust and smoke begin to dissipate, Krillin, his wife Eighteen, Kron's battle-obsessed wife Pyrrha, Seventeen and Eighteen touched down nearby as well.

"Don't underestimate this opponent, his strength his beyond us…" Piccolo began, he turned to glance at them all as he added, Kakarot arriving next via 'Instant Transmission' next.

"But if we go at him all together, there just might be a chance… Goku, you hold back, wait until Vegeta gets here so that you two might enact your plans to fight him, will buy enough time for you as we can. That is… if you two have a plan, what with that special training you two received from the Supreme Kai." he gazed at Kakarot , Piccolo turned fully to face the now in view Darkness, this being, serpent like, all black in color except for his eyes, which glowed a dark red gaze right back at them. Kakarot replied, a smirk on his face which had him look like their father, if for but a moment.

"Yeah… I'll hang back. I got a bag of Senzu beans, from Capsule Corp, seems that Kron had been stockpiling them every chance he could, for favors to Korin. That guy…" Kakarot threw one back towards Piccolo, Raditz then caught a bean heading from Kakarot, he quickly ate it when Darkness cackled loudly, energy beginning to surge around him with any effort from him.

"Two or twelve, I have no equal among you. Come at me if you please, but you'll only reach the end, that of your deaths all the much sooner. Kron isn't here… nor is he on this plane… what a pitty, he must have got himself killed… I would have to go back to the other world and drain him later-" Seventeen and Sixteen pushed forwards, within reach to assault this guy in melee.

"... This guy, he moves fast but… I can see, he has no idea how to fight, he's only power and no experience." Tien spoke softly, Raditz even agreed with his quick assessment. He could dodge fast all right, but it was Seventeen and Sixteen who were initiating attacks at him while the quick lizard only dodged.

"Chiaotzu, see what you can do huh…" Tien added, looking at the small midget who nodded in understanding, he put both his hands forward as Raditz watched on while a thin red aura overlapped Chiaotzu's body, his focus and concentration while Pyrrha spoke up, she appeared to be ready to leap into the fight. Pyrrha, not to mention Eighteen who stood nearby to one another and next to Krillin, the change he noticed most about them both was their longer hair, Eighteen having it down her back while Pyrrha's ponytail looked to be three ponytails in one, two of them braided down, hung loosely down her back.

Raditz wanted to use the Hyperbolic time chamber too, but her and Piccolo got caught out while training with one another, when Darkness arrived.

Seventeen and Sixteen were landing hits now, Pyrrha blasted off to help, the energy surrounding Chiaotzu engulfed him more, Raditz could tell Darkness was shrugging off whatever Chiaotzu was doing.

Raditz huffed, not about to stand around and watch, when nearby dust kicked up and rock flung randomly around the area when Vegeta touched down rather aggressively, along with his wife Raven. Raven turned to her husband, irritating him with her words.

"Vegeta, show me what technique you've learned… make it quick, show me your new 'all powerful' technique Vegeta, I am… curious." she snickered, a look not common to be seen on the stern, no-nonsense woman. Vegeta scoffed, looking annoyed with her, Vegeta looked either embarrassed or mad. Vegeta caught Raditz looking, sneering at him but didn't say nothing, instead he walked towards Kakarot who regarded him with a smirk of his own.

"Vegeta, glad you could get here fast enough… So, it's up to you… shall we use the 'Metamoran Fusion' or the Potara earrings? We should decide quick, before this Darkness decides to counterattack our friends… he is giving off serious power. Honestly, I'm not sure where we stand against him." Kakarot chuckled, looking towards Darkness, who now had struck Sixteen across the head with his serpent tail, his metallic body taking the brunt, but the hit struck him downwards all the same, into a similar path that Piccolo went through, deep in the earth. Seventeen was then blasted point-plank, Darkness moved swiftly, aiming a quickly conjured up blast and shoving it into his body, Seventeen tried to pry off the attack as he was forced upwards when the sphere hugging him exploded further upwards.

Eighteen glared towards Vegeta and Kakarot, shouting to them.

"Hurry up you two, if you've got something, you should know, now's the time to show what for! Well?" she then took off, joining Pyrrha, Kron's wive was landing blow after blow upon Darkness, who shrugged off said hits with ease, almost if he knew they were coming before they did, but at least someone among them was landing hits now. Pyrrha, engulfed in the familiar red energy of 'Kaio-Ken' was a force not to be reckoned with, Eighteen now proving the same as well. Vegeta called out to Kakarot nearby though Raditz eyes stuck to the fighting in front of him.

"A-Alright… OK, will go ahead with the Potara Earrings, we've not yet had a try with it. Get… them out, now." Goku removed two Earrings, to the surprise of many still watching the ongoing fighting, then one was passed to Vegeta who caught it with a grimace, he then went ahead and placed it on his right ear, Raditz watched with amusement, the look on Vegeta's face… priceless.

The two fumbled with earrings of all things, putting one on opposite ears before they begun to glow, blue light illuminating the area.

(Pyrrha Nikos-POV)

A ring of energy manifested, wrapping around her and Eighteen's neck while shrinking fast. The suffocation of having such a choke hold wrapped around her throat, that her hands couldn't even touch this technique… She looked towards the others, most hadn't come in to rescue them yet, while Sixteen hammered into Darkness's back. Seventeen fired off a barrage towards Pyrrha and Eighteen's necks, precision blasts that were meant to help. They impacted the energy ropes, fizzling them out when a blinding blue light came over from where the others were.

"Hmmm…?" Darkness grunted aloud, confused by the turn of events, his back continued to be hammered in physically by Sixteen, though he neither looked to be feeling the attacks nor being inconvenienced. Zangya flickered nearby, assisting her and then flickering over to Eighteen next, helping her to her feet when she shouted to them.

"Hang back for a bit, that energy rope technique has burned through most of your energy." Zangya glared at them, examining the two of them, Pyrrha did feel a bit lightheaded, her gaze towards the newcomer… wearing Goku and Vegeta's outfits… together, the newcomer moved quicker than anyone she'd ever seen too, flickering into view nearby, right next to Darkness.

"You're Darkness then." the… Goku, Vegeta? He said, his voice a mix of both Vegeta's and Goku's, which could be heard overlapped one another. Darkness's metallic-like voice hummed in acknowledgment, his reply came soon after, Sixteen and Seventeen paused behind Darkness, further away from his position.

"And you… you are two, who now are one? Might I have a name, so that when I bury you in destruction and chaos, you would be remembered… for a time." the two-voiced chuckle that came out of the warrior… the warrior- not Vegeta nor Goku replied, his mocking tone easily could be recognized from him, a similar sort of tone she got from Kron on occasion.

"...Vegito, you may call me that. Though my name on your lips, you'll not have much of chance to use it that much, with your death and all-" Vegito flickered towards Darkness, his punch echoing loudly, this punch breaking Darkness's guard, unlike any of their other attacks they landed on him. Darkness and Vegito appeared to move at speeds that were hard to pick up, only within seeing the areas of air pockets that, the shock waves easily displayed their positions.

The shock waves were too much at close range, even for someone of her strength, the waves of air that blew towards them continued to hammer against her, Eighteen and Zangya, similar waves affected both Sixteen and Seventeen further off on the other side where Vegito and Darkness fought, another Vegito appeared nearby to them, surprising them.

"Heh, while he's fighting the original, I'll get into contact with King Kai, have him help me find a planet, empty and farther away, where I may head towards, taking this bastard with me." he then appeared as if in a trance, before speaking once more though he was now speaking aloud to King Kai, she glanced towards the fight with the original Vegito and then at Darkness, their fight paused for a brief few seconds before they begun once more, starting off with a beam struggle to the degree not even she had seen before, feeling their energies fighting against the other, the planet rumbling with each second after the beam struggle started causing earthquakes from their struggle.

"Right then, in… that direction, past Sadala and- I'll get there in ten minutes, or less…" he chuckled, Vegito looked towards them, Vegito's clone then afterimaged over to where Piccolo and the others were.

(Piccolo-POV)

"W-Who are you, what do I call you?" Piccolo said to the warrior, so like Vegeta and Goku but neither. The warrior, a clone as the warrior also fighting Darkness, was the as of yet unnamed warrior. The man smirked, replying.

"Call me… or rather the original, Vegito. Now, keep back for now while we, as in, I fight him now." Piccolo replied, before Krillin, who was about to say something.

"We can help as well… if you are in need of our energy, just ask. We have that option too, we did it before, with Broly. Just ask-"

"-He will, now… I have to leave you all. I'm going to this lonely and more importantly, isolated planet." Krillin shouted quickly while Vegito floated upwards. The shock waves become more frequent; the energy flung around capable of leaving massive craters.

"Uh, hey! We can help-" Tien interrupted him, shouting towards Vegito.

"Go! Will be here, Krillin, the man's got a plan we need to be behind. They are giving off radical powers… the grounds… still s-shaking." Piccolo, the others, and those who tried their luck fighting Darkness but having no effect landed nearby while cliffs and hills around them begun to crack, opening fissures becoming more common while debris begun to raise.

The beam struggle continued for a moment longer, the detonation of the energy given off finally reached an overwhelming level, the explosion erupted in a wide radius and was capable of pushing even Piccolo at his maximum fighting prowess.

Keeping a hand over his face, blocking both light and debris from the explosion, a few like Krillin… and Chiaotzu were blasted uncontrollably off wards from the force, the ground underneath them begun lifting as hills were quickly eroded away.

(Vegito-POV)

Deep within the explosion they fought this Darkness, together… a very different though also familiar compared to the 'Metamoran fusion' the self-proclaimed Vegito was able to keep up and have this thing… on the back burner, it's fighting experience was nought and the only thing giving it it's power was the energy swirling within, it's power it could wield much better than them. It's ability to wield it's Ki made it a dangerous, Darkness would be a challenge. They had only one hour worth of time before they separated, maybe less if they picked up their power, which would most likely be needed, his dark energy also acted as a defense Darkness could utilize whenever needed. Sneering, he had to hold off until his clone made do and reached the planet that they would fight on, unopposed and could go to their fullest extent without damaging this planet. Powering up, Vegito glared, his heavy breathing increased while he brought his power to the forefront.

"... 'Eeeeeeeeeh, Heeeeeerggh Errrrrryaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaah!'" his Ki flared wildly, he then heard the voice of King Kai within his head, he powered up all the while as he listened to King Kai's voice.

'Vegito? That is your self-proclaimed name- anyway, your clone has had used 'Super Saiyan Primal' he's arrived quickly to the planet. You are cleared to evacuate the planet Earth and fight this man- monster… I'll help you sense for you clone… now!" Vegito's senses were greatly enhanced to the degree that whilst sensing, he could now pick up that of himself, though too much light years out from here. After imaging into position, Darkness's energy met his fists, Vegito continued to hammer against this defensive barrier, he managed to break it in time before it than again begun to regenerate. He touched Darkness's shoulder, his skin felt rough and scaly before both him and Vegito vanished from the planet.

((Future) Trunks-POV)

Arriving in time to see… whoever that was, and who appeared to be a black snake with arms, they vanished from the area and not even Trunk's senses could pick the two up. He was kitted out in a Saiyan armor, just the bodysuit part with his own Capsule Corp boots and jacket when the other seen him land on the ground. Trunk had gone through much training on his own, he even used the Hyperbolic Time Chamber twice, while the others were training in their own, tried and true methods.

"I got here as fast as I could, I uh, crossed paths with that Dabura guy. He is on his way here. Who was that guy just now, the guy who looked like my father and-" Raditz scowled towards him, Tien bet Raditz to the punch though, replying before the arrogant ass of a Saiyan could.

"That was Goku and Vegeta, they used a technique they have learned in order to transformation, a fusion that has combined both themselves and their power, they have left the planet now. I for one am not going to stand around while those guys fight, I intend to live. To do that, I will train much hard than ever before, I'll need a partner to go inside but someone not as strong as myself encase we are needed to fight." he looked towards Trunks, eyes narrowed in thought. Krillin replied, looking towards Piccolo.

"Count me in, I can use a day in there-" Piccolo shook his head, interrupting him.

"-I intend to be inside for five days, it is possible now, I believe. If you're up for that…" Piccolo trailed off as Krillin scrunched his nose in thought, replying while looking towards Android Eighteen, who besides her outfit, seemed pretty fine compared to the red headed beauty, who looked like she had a train ran over her-

-Trunks shook his head, it was no good thinking like that, especially with the situation being so dire. Krillin spoke; his words conveyed how sorry he was.

"Uh I, well… five days is five days... that room- that's intense, I don't think I'd last three days, let alone five! Count me out, until I've built up a tolerance." Krillin pointed to Dabura, adding.

"What about him, he's proven to be strong though he isn't our strongest warrior here-" Dabura hummed, scowling with a fierce, teeth-bearing grin, daring Krillin to continue his thoughts. Trunks, floated upwards, Tien calling out to him.

"Where are you off to, we could discuss our next move." Trunks shook his head, they were content to stand around here and talk about training, Trunks needed to get back to his own time and to do that, it might quite be possible if this Darkness is killed. He needed to help.

"I'm going to get in touch with this King Kai, I'm going to help them fight, I've been training long enough." Pyrrha looked to have disagreed with him, she replied.

"We fought against him, and we barely put a dent into him, Piccolo, Raditz, me, Eighteen, Sixteen and Seventeen have been training hard but not even us working together managed to make that guy sweat. Goku- Vegeta- their combined form Vegito have managed to hit the guy! We're have you been, anyway? training by yourself. Anyway, I'll come with you Piccolo, don't hold back on me because I'm a woman." she took off in the direction of the Lookout, Piccolo grumbling though he took off after her. The others made to leave, going to train, except for Dabura, Raditz and Zangya who looked at Trunks. The Demon King chuckled, looking to the other three, speaking to them all.

"Well young man, you have spirit but… can you back it up with strength? That Kron's amazonian woman has a point, I haven't seen you during the sparring sessions, you ought to put us all to the test, seeing yo so confident to fight-

-Trunks begun to yell intensely, his Ki brought to the forefront in an instant, his training and power coming out as he transformed through 'Super Saiyan one and two, through to his newest form, that of the 'Super Saiyan Primal' form, for which his training plus… a wish for his tail to be restored to him, allowed him to access this mythical form, which is why he had been by himself for a long time whilst training. With learning the 'Artificial Moon' technique from Kron, his wish a few years ago from the Dragon balls for his tail and his training within the Hyperbolic time chamber, learning to control the beast and eventuality, getting a hand on the 'Super Saiyan primal' form, he reached the apex of this strength. Raditz looked on with intense surprise, borderline jealousy, Dabura and Zangya looked impressed by their own looks, as Trunks gritted out, still not used to the intense feelings that made him serious whenever he spoke to anyone else.

"I have nothing to prove to your lot, out of my way. I'm off to the lookout, to get Dende to help me get in touch with that King Kai, so that I might be able to offer my help." Trunks Ki flared, he took off at speeds that made him overtake the others who were already heading to the Lookout, on the same route.
