Chapter 4: xxx-r18
"If you are done speaking, Innes, you can get out. Emily, come take the Luna out."
This was him driving her away.
Emily, at the sound of her name, hearing the power call from the Alpha, rushed in and knelt down, sensing the strange atmosphere.
Innes shifted, not glancing at Emily, who had come to take her away. She only glanced at Maxwell, and Maxwell refused to fully look at her.
It has all ended, she mumbled in her heart and turned.
"Emily, I can take myself out of here. You should go and carry out the rest of your duties."
Emily nodded awkwardly. This wasn't the scene she had expected when she entered. The Luna was telling her to leave and carry out other duties, but she had been assigned by the Alpha to always keep her company. Now what should I do?
Innes paid no attention to Emily and just walked out of the room.
Her heart was locked cold with sadness, unwilling to turn back and see Maxwell's face, which would surely look at her with hatred.
All she needed was his trust, but he did not give it to her.
Emily bowed to Maxwell, preparing to take her leave.
"Alpha, I'll be on my way."
But Maxwell stopped her. "Look after her from the shadows because she doesn't seem to want you close right now."
Emily twitched her mouth and nodded, acting respectfully toward the Alpha. Once he was done giving his orders, she walked out.

I wiped my face, my cheeks—over and over—but the tears wouldn't stop.
Stop crying. It's all a dream. It never happened. Maybe if I sleep and wake up, everything will be okay.
I chanted those words in my heart, forcing a smile onto my face.
My hand moved to rub my belly, but before I could, I suddenly puked blood.
"Why am I suffering like this? Why am I the one hurting the most after all of this?" I whispered to myself, staring at my reflection in the mirror with hollow eyes.
Max had been so cold. Even as he broke the mate bond, he showed no sign of pain. The bond didn't seem to affect him at all.
Was he truly that heartless? Had I been blind all along?
Memories started flooding back—all those moments when I once thought he was kind, gentle, and loving. Now, they seemed nothing more than indifferent acts of politeness.
He was just being polite. He was just being respectful.
My reality shattered. Tears fell from my eyes as I buried my head between my knees.
"He asked me to leave the pack, so I'm leaving the pack," I mumbled, clutching my dress tightly.
But I hesitated.
Should I wait for Max? Should I stay?
A desperate part of me kept thinking that if I left too soon, Max would come looking for me, apologizing, begging me to return.
Thinking of that, I smiled again.
But if I left Max, where would I go?
I was just a rogue werewolf living in the woods by the riverbank until I saved a dying wolf by the sea—Max.
I had given him air, stealing my first kiss in the process.
But air wasn't enough. To heal him, I had to feed him my own blood.
I had always known my blood was different. Ever since I was a child, I had noticed it—anything that drank my blood healed instantly.
And Max had been no exception.
I had saved him. Cared for him. And when his pack came looking for him, they took him away—while I hid in the trees, watching him leave.
I had wanted to go with him. To leave that horrible place behind. To escape the rogue wolves who bullied me—especially one in particular.
Max was the only person I ever thought was kind to me.
"I'll wait for you, Max. You'll come back and apologize… won't you?"
I muttered, lying on my bed, waiting for Max to return.
---
I had barely closed my eyes when a knock echoed at my door.
My heart leaped.
Max? Was it Max? Had he come for me?
With excitement bursting in my chest, I rushed to the door and swung it open—only for something to be pressed against my mouth.
A cloth.
The scent was overwhelming.
I felt my body go weak.
Four hands reached out, catching me as darkness swallowed my vision.

"Luna!" Emily's voice rang out, followed by frantic banging on the door.
The moment it swung open, she caught the scent of an unfamiliar Alpha.
Before she could take another step, Betas appeared, blocking her path.
They attacked.
She fought back, overpowering them. Thankfully, they were of a lower rank—no match for her.
"I need to tell the Alpha! He must know!"
Without wasting another second, Emily bolted from the room, racing to find Max.

"A beauty… she's gorgeous."
The unfamiliar voice made my skin crawl.
I stirred weakly, my head spinning, the scent of strange Alphas suffocating me.
My eyes fluttered open.
Something was wrong.
I tried to move—only to realize my wrists were bound.
"Who are you?" I rasped, my voice hoarse, my gaze flickering to the two Alphas before me.
They were handsome, but the energy radiating from them sent a chill down my spine.
"Luna, you are almost as beautiful as the Moon Goddess herself," one of them purred. "It would be a pleasure to have a taste of what your Alpha has been enjoying all these years."
My heart slammed against my ribs.
No.
Why were they doing this? Who sent them?
"You can't harm me! Stay away from me!" I screamed, panic clawing at my throat.
I had never been touched by anyone but Max.
And these men… they were going to—
Terror flooded my veins.
One of the Alphas smirked. At his signal, another stepped forward and slapped me across the face.
The force of the blow sent my head snapping to the side.
I went silent.
Tears welled in my eyes as I slowly turned back, locking gazes with the man who had hit me.
More figures loomed in the shadows.
Twelve? Eleven?
I couldn't count.
All I felt was horror.
"Who sent you?" My voice trembled. "Was it Gloria?"
No response.
"Was it the pack? Do you all want me gone that badly?"
My voice cracked with sobs.
"I'll leave. I swear. But please… spare me and my child. Don't do this."
I tried to sound strong. To make them reconsider.
One of the Alphas hesitated.
For a moment, hope flickered inside me.
Then, he gave the final signal.
"Hold her down.
I'll rip her clothes off."
No. No. No.
I thrashed.
Their hands clamped down on me.
I was already tied up, yet they held me tighter—like they expected me to break free.
The Alpha in front of me reached for my dress.
He gripped the fabric and yanked.
Cold air hit my skin.
I clenched my eyes shut, tears spilling down my cheeks.
The sound of zippers filled the room.
The Alpha spread my legs apart.
I felt his cock press against the base of my pussy.
Another Alpha grabbed my breasts.
I bit my tongue—hard—blood pooling in my mouth.
Let me die. Please let me die.
But death didn't come fast enough.
I can't die. Not yet.
For my child.
For my purity.
I called out to my wolf.
She was injured.
If I forced her transformation… I would die.
But I had no other choice.
The Alphas were too busy, too focused on their pleasure.
Crack.
Pain exploded through my body.
Bones shifted.
The fragile, helpless woman they had pinned down disappeared.
In her place—a massive wolf.
With a vicious snarl, I lunged.
My fangs sank into the throat of the first Alpha—just as he was about to thrust himself inside me.
Blood sprayed.
The others froze.
Before they could react, I tore his head from his body and threw it aside.
Then I lunged again.
Flesh ripped.
Screams filled the air.
One after another, they fell.
I didn't stop.
I didn't think.
I slaughtered them all.
A pregnant werewolf—tearing through powerful Alphas with nothing but her claws and fangs.
"Max… I hate you."
My werewolf growled—as if in pain.
Then, as suddenly as it growled, my transformation reversed.
I collapsed back into my human form, naked, surrounded by dead Alphas.
Pain radiated from my very soul.
My last strength was gone.
My wolf… was dead.
It had been my final transformation.
"That was… wow."
A stranger's voice broke the silence—accompanied by the slow, mocking sound of clapping.
A chill ran down my spine.
