Chapter 530: Chapter 530: The Wolf God's Troublesome Friend, the Raven God
"Roar!" The Frost Wolf God could no longer contain its anger. With a thunderous roar, it prepared to attack Muria.
"Calm down. No need to get so worked up. If you don't want to be my pet, that's fine," Muria said, his hand still resting on the wolf god's avatar. Effortlessly, he suppressed the avatar's aggressive intent. After all, this avatar was not particularly powerful; it was merely a secondary ceremonial statue brought to life.
"Titan, you underestimate me. You've only just broken through to legend, yet you dare dream of making a god your pet," the Frost Wolf God growled, glaring at Muria.
"So, you're saying my current strength isn't enough to qualify as your master, right?" Muria smirked, stroking the wolf god's furry head. "In other words, once I become an Epic Titan, you'd be willing to be my pet?"
"Hmph!" The Frost Wolf God snorted disdainfully, pushing Muria's hand away with its paw for the third time. "Talk to me about it when you become an Epic Titan."
Hearing this, Muria's eyes lit up, and he smiled broadly. "It's settled then. When I become an Epic Titan, you'll be my pet."
"I never agreed to that," the Frost Wolf God snapped, feeling both embarrassed and frustrated. Discussing its willingness to be a pet in front of so many Frost Giants was humiliating, even though it had already decided to abandon this batch of Frost Giant worshippers.
"But you didn't refuse either!" Muria insisted. He could swear he saw a flicker of interest in the wolf god's eyes. It had been tempted but was too proud to admit it because of his current strength. Muria was sure of it; this god was just being tsundere.

"Agree already! Just agree! This is a Titan we're talking about! If we establish a relationship with the Titan race, we won't have to live in constant fear anymore. What are you hesitating for?"
In a vast icy plain, countless semi-ethereal, snow-white wolves roamed. They were the petitioners—souls of those who had worshipped the great Frost Wolf God in life and now resided in its divine realm. Here, they were free from hunger, natural disasters, and hunters, able to run and play without worry.
Unlike other divine realms, the center of this one lacked grand, ornate palaces or lofty thrones. Instead, there was a rugged mountain range, sharp peaks jutting out like swords thrust into the ground.
Atop the largest peak in the center, a frost wolf of modest size lay, overseeing the "small" divine realm and watching its petitioners wander.
"Hey, Aesker, did you hear me? Just agree already! Opportunities like this don't come often!"
The Frost Wolf God's golden eyes, imbued with divine light, reflected the image of a half-squatting Titan with an ancient face and intricate armor. Annoyed by the incessant chatter, the wolf god glanced to the side, acknowledging that it had heard.
Next to it was a majestic raven with snow-white feathers that gleamed like metal and bore the power of frost and wind. Its brilliant golden eyes held a dignity equal to that of the Frost Wolf God, indicating it was also a deity and a close companion of the wolf god.
It was unusual for gods to enter each other's divine realms, especially when the other deity was of equal or greater power, due to the significant risk of demise. A god's power was at its peak within its own realm, and entering another's realm meant a drastic drop in strength.
Yet, this Raven God brazenly appeared in the Frost Wolf God's realm, a testament to their deep bond—a trust that allowed them to place their lives in each other's hands without fear of betrayal.
"Do you realize what a rare chance this is? So many gods want to be on good terms with the Titan race right now!" The Raven God hopped and squawked on the mountaintop, lacking any divine majesty, behaving more like an overexcited parrot. The polished marks under its claws showed it had visited the Frost Wolf God's realm many times before.
"I am a god!" The Frost Wolf God finally spoke, driven to the edge by the Raven God's persistence.
"So what?" The Raven God tilted its head, puzzled by the Frost Wolf God's response.
"And this Titan is just a newly ascended legend. A god serving as a pet to a legend—imagine how many gods would laugh at that!"
"Caw!" The Raven God squawked dismissively. "You're worried about appearances? What others think doesn't matter. You've saved your pride, but how does that help our survival? Do you realize the pressure we're under?"
"Yes, I know." The Frost Wolf God closed its eyes. From the day it ascended to godhood, it had been under constant scrutiny and envy, a fate inevitable for weaker gods.
Many gods possessed the [Ice and Snow] domain because it encompassed many aspects like [Cold], [Hunger], [Freezing], [Extinction], and even [Death]. Gods who controlled [Ice and Snow] had the potential to touch upon powerful domains.
Except for those of strong or great divine power, all other gods with such domains faced greedy eyes from every direction. Take, for instance, the Winter Goddess Auril, who was continually exploited by her own master god and couldn't even resist. While she couldn't oppose her master, she targeted weaker gods of ice and snow.
"Then why refuse?" The Raven God seemed to share the Frost Wolf God's vision, witnessing everything between the wolf and Muria.
"He's not strong enough for me to follow," the Frost Wolf God replied. The harsh realities of survival had altered its perspective. It now sought to align with a powerful force, but Muria didn't meet its standards.
"Caw! What kind of Titan qualifies? An Epic one? Look at yourself. Do you think an Epic Titan would even consider you? By the time this Titan becomes Epic, he won't need you anymore. He might not even look at you because you'd be of no use to him," the Raven God mocked sharply.
