Chapter 109: Chapter 109: No More Mercy
The warehouse smelled of gunpowder and oil. Crates of weapons lined the walls, the dim light barely illuminating the figures inside.
Jinwoo stood in the center, rolling his injured shoulder. No time for weakness.
Opposite him, a man leaned against a crate, cigarette in hand. Hyun-Sik. The best arms dealer in Seoul.
"You really plan on taking the fight to Joon-Sang?" Hyun-Sik exhaled smoke, amused.
Jinwoo's gaze was ice. "If I don't, he'll keep coming."
Hyun-Sik chuckled. "Damn. You really are the crazy bastard they say you are."
He snapped his fingers.
A metal case was placed on the table between them.
Jinwoo flipped it open. Guns. Grenades. Body armor. Enough firepower to level a city block.
Hyun-Sik smirked. "No refunds."
Jinwoo closed the case. He wouldn't need one.

2. The Message
Jinwoo stepped out into the cold night. Time to send Joon-Sang a message.
He wasn't going to wait for another attack.
Jinwoo dialed a number.
Baek answered.
"Boss?"
Jinwoo's voice was calm. "Tell the men—we hit Joon-Sang first."
Silence. Then, Baek's quiet chuckle. "Understood."
Jinwoo ended the call. Tonight, the war truly began.
---
3. Blood in the Water
Joon-Sang's gambling den was packed. Smoke curled in the air, money exchanged hands, and guards loomed over the tables.
They never saw it coming.
Jinwoo's men moved fast, silent.
A knife to the throat. A silenced shot to the back of the head.
By the time the alarms blared, half the guards were already dead.
Jinwoo walked in, gun raised. Straight to the VIP section.
A terrified man cowered behind a table. Not Joon-Sang. But close.
His second-in-command.
Jinwoo grabbed him by the collar, slamming him into the wall.
"Where is he?" Jinwoo's voice was deadly.
The man whimpered. "I—I don't know—"
Jinwoo pressed the gun against his head.
"One more time."
The man swallowed hard. "H-he's at the Lotus Club! He's expecting you!"
Jinwoo's lips curled.
"Good."
He pulled the trigger.
The war had just begun.
---
4. The Lotus Club
Joon-Sang was waiting.
The entire club was locked down, his elite guards posted at every exit.
Jinwoo didn't care.
He walked in anyway.
Music pounded. Neon lights flashed.
The crowd parted as Joon-Sang stood at the top of the stairs.
Smirking.
"I was wondering when you'd show up," he said.
Jinwoo's fingers curled into fists.
No more words. No more warnings.
Tonight, it ended.
