[TS] Starting the Broadcast

A week has passed.
Many things have happened during that time.
First, the number of viewers decreased.
Or rather, should I say the viewer bubble that had inflated due to the attention from the match with BJ Mia has deflated?
Recently, the viewer count has been maintaining between 100-150, which is still an increase from before the attention was drawn, so I’m quite satisfied.
Second, I achieved Diamond tier.
It was truly an emotional moment.
After overcoming the fierce interference of the gatekeepers through Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, I was finally able to acquire Diamond tier.
What a glorious moment!
Viewers had set up many missions saying I was a safe asset, having been Platinum since Season 4, asking how I could possibly reach Diamond, but thanks to that, I was able to acquire 5,000 water balloons in just that one day.
The most water balloons I had received before was around 1,000, so Diamond really is something special.
Thanks to that, I cleared missions comfortably, but because I received so many water balloons, the bonus points given were far more than the original mission rewards.
It’s a case of the tail wagging the dog.
Anyway, riding on such luck, I currently have 420 points accumulated.
If I gather just a bit more, I can get a whole new level 3 ability rather than an upgrade, so I feel full just looking at it.
Lastly, third!
After last week’s 1:1 match, BJ Mia politely apologized.
She said she was mentally overwhelmed at the time, and in the midst of that, she seems to have rudely challenged me to a match as a way of venting.
I spent some time comforting Mia, who was sniffling saying she really regrets it, and we developed a bit of friendship.
She said she knows many BJs but doesn’t have any close female BJ friends.
She ends up only interacting with male BJs she’s become close to through gaming because she sees others always checking and envying her for viewers or water balloons.
For me, as a rookie BJ, there was nothing bad about developing a friendship with Mia, who might not be a major company but is at least a mid-sized company, so I decided to comfort her well and open up conversation.
But that friendship didn’t just end as a mere courtesy or words.
Surprisingly, she invited me to the joint broadcast that Mia, Lark, and Cle-mumu conduct every Friday evening.
The joint broadcast they conduct every Friday exceeds imagination in viewer numbers as only one of the three turns on their broadcast.
I’ve watched it a few times, and it’s roughly 6,000 to 7,000?
There have even been times when it surpassed 10,000 viewers when there was a really interesting topic or a popular guest appeared.
10,000 viewers, which can be considered the standard for a major company.
For a rookie BJ like me to appear on that broadcast was really an amazing opportunity.
At the very least, it would be a precious opportunity to let over 5,000 viewers know that there’s a person called BJ Hani.

Fortunately, I know quite a bit about that joint broadcast conducted by Mia and others, and I currently have 420 points left to acquire abilities.
And the topic of this week’s joint broadcast, which they announced in advance for viewers to participate, is ‘voice’.
Anything possible with voice can be showcased on the broadcast.
From singing to impersonations or interesting audio sources or videos edited with voice, as long as it can capture the hearts of viewers and the three BJs who act as judges, the type doesn’t matter.

I felt the effect of level 2 abilities sufficiently when achieving Diamond tier.
With this much, I might be able to hear comments like “So-and-so seems to be good at singing” among friends or acquaintances.
But just being “okay” or “good” wasn’t enough to reach the desired goal.
‘There are too many good singers. Unless you’re overwhelmingly good at the level of a professional singer, it’s not enough. There’s no uniqueness.’
Probably, half of the other guests or participating viewers in Friday’s joint broadcast will sing.
Similarly, if I just sing, I’ll just be remembered as a BJ who sings a bit well and be buried without impact.

Discord is bustling.
Me, Mia, Lark, Cle-mumu… and feeling that the name value was lacking, two additional guests were recruited besides me.

Everyone finishes their self-introductions in an instant.
