In fact, I know a candidate for it. Uzushiogakure will be a perfect one. I can rescue their people and offer them land in Romania in exchange for them to be a vassal to the Millefiore Family.

As I explore my options, my power from Byakuran informs me of another world I can visit. It is a world on the brink of destruction from a bad worldwide jutsu. This time, I can make an alliance with Sunagakure. It is a world where food has a hard time growing because of the Jutsu that use the air to spread and make plants hard to grow, especially plants that can bear fruits. I can come and offer them to be a vassal or at least an alliance in exchange for food.

There is also a version of the RWBY world that gets desperate. Why don't I think of that? I can make Romania a hub for another world and create the greatest trading network in the world. A trading network that passes through the universe.

Yeah. I can either accept them as my vassal or become their ally, then give them access to my world so they can trade with us. Sadly, if I decide to do that, I need to increase the security. Ultimately, I need the ninja village before I can create Romania as the trading hub for multiple universes.
