As a Symbiote in Marvel multiverse

Chapter 59: Revelations and The Web of Manipulation

**Earth-66 – Peter's House**

Inside Peter's house, May and Jean were deeply engaged in a conversation about skincare—something Peter had completely tuned out.

Sitting forgotten on the sofa, Peter leaned back slightly and his mind is preoccupied with the accelerating changes in the timelines. He silently called out to Raphael for an update.

"Raphael, analyze the changes in the timelines of our Earths."

Raphael's voice echoed in his mind.

"The timelines of Earth-66, Earth-199999, and Earth-10005 are changing rapidly, making it impossible to pinpoint the exact differences. Currently, time on Earth-10005 is moving at an accelerated rate. Though only a few minutes have passed here on Earth-66, several days have already gone by on Earth-10005. Earth-199999 is also moving fast, while Nexus Earth remains relatively slow."

Peter exhaled sharply. If time was moving this erratically, it was best to wrap up this conversation with May as quickly as possible and take Jean back to her Earth. He didn't want to risk her losing years of her life on her home Earth while they were away.

Just as he finished processing this thought, the front door swung open, and Gwen stepped inside.

She wore her usual office attire—a fitted blouse and pencil skirt that accentuated her curves and she looked effortlessly stunning.

It was, in fact, the outfit Peter had chosen for her.

May and Jean stopped their conversation before turning their heads simultaneously to watch Gwen walk toward them.

"Sorry for the delay," Gwen said while adjusting her bag. "Something came up on my way here."

Her eyes met Jean's, and Jean returned her gaze, both of them silently evaluating each other.

May smiled warmly and is oblivious to the undercurrents. "It's alright, Gwen. Come here, this is Jean, Peter's friend."

Gwen raised an eyebrow and her gaze shifting to Peter who gave her a wary smile. "Right, Just a friend."

The tension in the air was palpable. Jean stood up before walking over to Gwen. The two women stood face-to-face for a few seconds with their eyes locked in a silent, unspoken challenge. It was as if an invisible aura was clashing between them, each sizing the other up.

May smiled at the interaction. 'Interesting,' she thought. 'Jean clearly likes Peter, but Peter loves Gwen. She's probably sizing herself up against Gwen.'

Peter sighed internally. 'This is unnecessary.'

May tilted her head slightly but didn't intervene. She was curious to see how this played out.

Peter already exasperated finally spoke. "Alright, if you two are done with your staring contest, can we get to the main point?"

As if reaching an unspoken agreement, Jean and Gwen both turned and sat down—on either side of Peter.

May's amused smile widened and her eyes twinkling with mischief as she glanced at Peter, who only sighed again, resigned to his fate.

Peter took a deep breath. "Alright, Aunt May, since Gwen is here, it's time I tell you what I've been hiding from you for a long time."

May looked at him expectantly.

Peter paused for a moment before saying, "I'm Spider-Man."

May blinked at him, silent for a few seconds—before bursting into laughter. "That's a good joke, Peter. Now, really, what did you want to tell me?"

Peter sighed. 'Yeah, saw that coming.'

Without another word, he activated his suit. In an instant, his clothes transformed into the sleek, black Spider-Man suit.

May's laughter died. She stared at him, processing what she was seeing. After a few moments, she frowned while crossing her arms. "Is this one of your new inventions? Like, a suit that changes outfits instantly?"

Peter exchanged glances with Gwen and Jean, and before he could respond, another voice spoke up from behind May. "It's not that."

Startled by the familiar voice May quickly turned around—only to find Peter standing behind her.

Her eyes widened in shock before snapping back to the Peter sitting between Jean and Gwen.

"What the fuck?!" May exclaimed while looking frantically between the two Peters.

The Peter standing behind her gave a small nod. "It'll take some time to explain everything properly."

Before May could react further, the Peter sitting on the couch snapped his fingers, and the duplicate vanished in a red hue.

"What the actual fuck is going on?!" May demanded before turning back to Peter.

Peter leaned forward slightly. "Let's start from the beginning."

And so, he explained.

He told her everything—the symbiote, the abilities he gained, how he bonded with Gwen and developed Spider-like powers. He also revealed that Gwen was Spider-Woman.

He also shared how he traveled to other universe and bonded with Jean.

May had countless questions, and Peter answered each one patiently.

However, there were two things he left out:

One—his past life as a transmigrator.

And two—the fact that he had consumed the original Peter Parker.

Those were secrets he wasn't ready to share—not yet, at least.

After hearing everything Peter had to say, May remained silent for a while, processing the flood of revelations. Then, her sharp gaze shifted between Jean and Gwen.

"So… you soul-bonded with Gwen and Jean here?" May finally asked.

"Yes," Peter confirmed.

May exhaled while leaning back slightly. "Which makes them, what… your soulmates or something?"

"Something like that."

May rubbed the bridge of her nose then she began glancing at Peter before turning back to the two women. "And something tells me they're not the only ones you have your eyes on, Peter."

Peter fell silent. Gwen and Jean, however, sighed at the exact same time.

May arched a brow at that and turned to the girls. "And you're both okay with this?"

The two exchanged a brief look before smiling and nodding.

May studied them for a moment before clapping her hands together. "Alright, young man. Get out."

Peter blinked. "Wait, what?"

"It's time for some girl talk," May said with a knowing smile.

Peter was about to argue—after all, his soul bond with Gwen and Jean meant he could hear everything they discussed—but May narrowed her eyes and cut him off. "Get out before I throw you out."

Peter wisely shut his mouth. "…Yes, ma'am."

As he stood up, he glanced at Gwen and Jean, who, for some reason, looked more confident than before.

With a sigh, he turned and stepped outside, leaving the three women to their conversation.

...

**Earth-2149z, Nexus Earth – Former Avengers Building Rooftop**

The rooftop of the former Avengers building was bathed in the soft glow of twilight. Peter sat with his guests—America, Cindy, Petra, and Susan—listening intently as America explained their harrowing journey. The others remained silent, their expressions a mix of exhaustion and hope.

America after explaining their situation to him, was now she happily drinking a Coke and munching on snacks while Peter processed everything.

His gaze moved to the three women sitting quietly across from him, their eyes filled with anticipation.

"So," Peter finally spoke while rubbing his temples. "Let me get this straight. Cindy and Petra's worlds were destroyed due to an Incursion. Later, they met, became friends, and then a group of guys started hunting them. After defeating their pursuers, they found out they were from another universe—Earth 1610A. Using their devices, you both traveled there."

Cindy and Petra nodded.

Peter continued before shifting his focus to Susan. "In that universe, you met Susan Storm, a member of the Fantastic Four. Through a series of events, you came to trust her and told her about your situation."

Susan nodded as well.

"Then," Peter went on, "after Cindy and Petra were introduced to the Fantastic Four, Reed Richards—who just so happened to be working on interdimensional travel—became fascinated by the device you stole. He started tinkering with it, which, surprise surprise, led to more enemies tracking you down."

Cindy and Petra lowered their heads.

Turning to America who was still casually snacking Peter added, "Later, America, who was travelling and learning more about her powers, accidentally found herself in your universe and helped you out."

The group nodded again.

Peter leaned forward. "After fighting off those enemies, every single one of them exploded after being knocked out. Then, while trying to investigate using the device you stole from the bad guys, Vision and some other people from this world were teleported into your universe. You all, along with Vision, decided to find the source of the attacks.

But then, everything went to hell, and an entire army of soldiers with advanced weaponry attacked. The Fantastic Four held them off, but Vision's body was separated from his head, and they tried to take him.

America teleported them into a volcano. Later, you discovered that the Space Stone was powering your device, allowing you to travel between universes.

With Vision's help, who sacrificed himself by giving up his Mind Stone to reconfigure the device, you were able to escape to this universe—his home universe—to seek help. And now, you're asking me if I can help you rescue the Fantastic Four and the other heroes from your world. Did I get all of that right?"

Petra sighed. "Yep, that's all… So… can you help us?"

The three women looked at Peter with hopeful expressions as he remained silent, deep in thought.

After a moment, he finally spoke. "Did it never occur to you that you've been manipulated from the start?"

They all froze.

Susan's brows furrowed. "What do you mean?"

Peter's expression turned serious. "After listening to your story, it feels like someone carefully wrote this scenario. Think about it—if the enemies kept coming at you, even after you defeated them, and every single one of them exploded after being knocked out… doesn't that feel like a repeated pattern? Why didn't they send someone more powerful after you? Why keep playing this drawn-out cat-and-mouse game?"

America frowned. "Peter, that's… a really serious claim."

Peter looked at her directly. "From my perspective, you're all just pieces on someone's chessboard. Whoever is behind this knows exactly how you guys react to each situation, keeping you all in motion without letting you see the bigger picture."

The women's faces turned pale as they exchanged horrified glances.

"But don't worry," Peter said with a smirk. "We can find out exactly who's been pulling the strings."

As if on cue, a portal opened a few feet away, and several of the enemies who had been chasing them were hurled onto the rooftop, each of them were unconscious.

The girls immediately jumped up and are ready to fight whoever was coming through.

But Peter raised a hand. "Relax," he said calmly. "My guys caught them—alive."

A moment later, a tall figure stepped through the portal. It had six arms, a face with a spiraling pattern, and a wide, eerie mouth.

The girls stared in shock.

Peter smirked. "Let me introduce one of my commanders. He was previously known as Techo, but after some upgrades, I call him Archoid—or Arch, for short."

Archoid stepped forward and his presence is both intimidating and oddly reassuring. "Pleasure to meet you," he said in his deep and resonant voice. "We've got a lot to discuss."
