Chapter 205: A brute.
Aurea walked in the middle of a dead forest with no a little light that came from the world above. It was so cold and damp, and there were eyes that kept staring at her from behind the trees. She could only sense dead souls, and not a single living being down that as Amaryllis mentioned.
She kept walking aimlessly and just moved forward until she would reach the edge. She noticed that neither the demons nor the dead dared to approach her because they heard and saw what she couldn't. They could hear the screams of agony, fear, and desperation that came out of her body. They could see her real form with their eyes, she was like a bringer of suffering with massive black transparent wings on her back.
"The living isn't scared of me, but the dead are," Aurea said as she scoffed and looked at the wandering souls hiding away from her.
When she looked around and started to get bored, she sensed something in the far distance. She suddenly smirked and pulled out the wings on her back that scared away the dead. She then flew toward the strong presence in the distance and she slowly resized her body and became bigger and bigger.
She saw a monster-like creature that was a mix of a bear and a wolf that was fifty meters tall. The bear wore a robe made of gold, and the fact the bear was guiding the dead like a shepherd surprised her.
Sensing Aurea's killing intent and her ominous aura, the bear turned around and glanced at her. He roared and his body became twice bigger than before in an instant, and then he pointed his spear at her and threw it with everything he got.
Aurea tested the power by blocking the spear with her sword, but to her surprise, she was pushed so far away. The spear kept pushing her and suddenly the bear was already above her and showed his long claws at her.
She was scratched and slammed to the ground so hard that a massive crater was created around her that was as big as a football stadium. The bear landed right on top of her as he clenched his fists together and then slammed them to her head. The crater became deeper and wider, and the bear didn't stop bombarding her with punches.
The bear stopped punching Aurea and then called his spear to his side. He grabbed his spear and pushed it down to her chest, but the spearhead shattered into a piece when it hit her armor. He was surprised, and then Aurea giggled at him after taking all those blows.
"I have to admit, your punches hurt like hell," Aurea said as she wiped the blood off her nose. "But I'm quite disappointed that you held back on your punches," Aurea pushed herself up using her wings like a jack even though the bear's body weight of a few million tons pressed on her body.
The bear rolled over away from Aurea and he hesitated after he realized his spear wasn't strong enough to pierce her armor. He then watched Aurea grow bigger to match his body size, and he noticed that her armor could grow like hers as if it was her own skin.
"Volos, the shepherd of the dead, right?" Aurea asked as she drew her sword. "You're the strongest of the Seven Pillars of Earth, and I want you to show it to me," Aurea said as she stabbed the sword that had turned a hundred times bigger than its original size.
"I have heard about the mortals that will bring the end of Earth, are you perhaps the one who leads those mortals?" Volos asked in a deep voice. "You have no idea what you're trying to do. You might be strong, or perhaps even stronger than me, but you're no match for those who live above us," Volos added as he tried to think about how to defeat Aurea.

Aurea hummed with a confused expression, but then she burst out laughing. Her laughter was enough to make all the dead suffer and scream in pain, even Volos got a chill down his spine.
"Me? The leader? That would be idiotic of me if I were the leader. I'm just someone who enjoys, a bloodbath. The leader is out of my league, and even if I'm given an eternity to grow, I won't be able to catch up to him," Aurea answered as she looked at the dead and the demons screaming in fear.
Knowing that what Volos faced wasn't the real threat made him realize he might lose his life. Looking at the shiny sword and how sharp it was, he knew for sure he wouldn't be able to either stop the blade or penetrate her armor.
"Don't be discouraged, I'm not going to let you die until you showed me everything you got. Even if you lost, the sword right here is yours to use, and you can use it against me," Aurea said and pointed at the sword that she stabbed on the ground. "I'm more a brute, just like you. So let's play a fair game," Aurea removed her armor by just pulling it down.
Volos looked at the sword and the armor on the ground, and he thought how precious those were. He suddenly roared so loudly that all the dead and demons in Nav Realm heard his call. All the souls and the demons flew into his body, giving him power, and there were billions of them flying toward her like flies.
When Aurea thought it was a bit too much, Volos clawed the air and a rift was open. He roared again and more souls came out of it and entered his body. His body was still the same, but the inner strength within his body had multiplied by dozens or even a hundredfold.
Aurea couldn't help but grin in excitement because those souls that came out of the rift were so powerful and pure. She couldn't wait to take them from him and make them her own once it was over.
After Volos took all the souls, he roared and it was so loud that the three realms and the other underworlds realms could hear it. Lillith, Perun, Mara, and Svarog who had come back to life looked down and noticed what was going on there.
"Volos. The other woman is trying to kill him!" Svarog said as he looked at Perun.
"You two go down there and kill that woman. We have lost one pillar, and we can't lose another one or those beings will notice what's going on here on Earth," Perun said and looked at Mara and Svarog. "She won't be able to stop you two when we are here," Perun pointed out as he looked at Lillith who had been enjoying her time even though she was surrounded by hundreds of Gods.
Mara turned herself into a blizzard and started going toward the tree while Svarog slashed the air and opened a rift into Nav Realm. Lillith couldn't stop both of them from leaving, but then they all heard a loud clap from above. They all looked up and saw Amaryllis manipulating the realm and preventing Svarog from entering the rift.
"Looks like you need some help, and that's why I'm bringing you the help that you need," Amaryllis said as she looked at Lillith and opened a portal right above her, and then Nefarath, Frigna, and Kiersha came out of it.
The three of them landed right next to Lillith and they saw hundreds of Gods around them. They were smiling and couldn't believe they were brought to a really nice party after boringly annihilating all the humans in South America.
"You're hoarding all the fun for yourself? That's not nice, sister," Kiersha said as she rested her chin on top of Lillith's head and looked down at her.
"Sister? Are you drunk?" Lillith asked and looked up at Kiersha.
"Well, don't you want us to be your sisters? We lost our sister, and I don't think we will be ever to get her back to our side," Nefarath answered as she wrapped her arms around Lillith's left arm. "We have been together for a very long time back then, and you have been like our sister," Nefarath continued.
"Fine! Fine! Just don't cling to me and you can join in. That's what you guys want, right? So stop bothering me," Lillith said as she tried to push Nefarath and Kiersha away from her.
Nefarath, Frigna, and Kiersha giggled and then they all immediately looked in the four directions. They had spotted their prey, and they were ready to kill them or devour them.
When they were ready to fight, suddenly the ground exploded and something was being thrown from Nav Realm. They were all surprised when they saw a massive bear being thrown into the sky where the Gods live. Aurea punched Volos so hard that he was sent from the lowest realm to the highest realm.
Aurea came out of the hole and that made Perun, Mara, and Svarog shocked when they saw someone could become that big. She was half the size of the World Tree, and it wasn't a surprise that Volos was sent flying into the sky. She then landed and looked at her sisters who were there with Lillith, and she was surprised to see them.
"Joining the part?" Aurea asked.
"Damn right we are," Kiersha answered with a smirk.
