Dragon Ball: I Became Cell in a Doomed Future

Just as Frieza charged at Cell Max, he was stomped straight into the earth beneath him.

Both figures vanished into a bottomless crater.

Boom!

The city caved in. Countless buildings crumbled under the colossal impact.

The Earth, having been struck in the face, was now truly furious.

Molten lava erupted from deep underground, shooting toward the heavens and dyeing the skies red.

Moments later, it turned into a blazing rain of fire, showering every corner of the ruined city like the coming of the apocalypse.

Watching the city burn, Levos trapped in his frog form felt laughably small.

In the face of Cell Max's overwhelming destruction, even if he used the Dragon Balls to reclaim his original body, he wouldn't be able to change anything.

Bulma carried him through the outskirts of the battlefield, searching for Goku and the others.

Android 16 followed close behind, carrying Levos's original body.

Whoosh...

Suddenly, an energy blast shot toward Bulma.

"Watch out!" Levos cried out.

Bulma reacted instantly, raising a barrier and twisting her body to dodge.

But she didn't expect the enemy's blast to fan out, sweeping in every direction. She was struck directly and blasted away like a cannonball.

Boom!

The crash echoed across the ruins. Bulma's body smashed through a building before coming to a halt.

"That was close..." Bulma gritted her teeth, arms tightly shielding her chest.

Had it not been for the energy shield, Levos might've been torn apart by the blast.

Though he was unscathed, cold sweat soaked his frog skin.

Android 16 responded swiftly, immediately launching into combat with the attacker.

"That's Dabura! Watch out for his saliva it petrifies!" Levos warned urgently.

Android 16 gave a nod and gently placed Ginyu's body on the ground.

Then, with full power, he charged forward to engage.

But Dabura's strength far exceeded what either Android 16 or Bulma could handle.

Even with Bulma's support fire, they couldn't gain the upper hand.

Energy blasts and blows flew in a frenzy. After a brief but intense exchange, Android 16 was already faltering, his body badly damaged.

"Miss Bulma, take Levos and run!" 16 turned and said calmly.

"But what about you?!" Bulma bit her lip.

For the first time, Android 16 smiled. "Don't worry. Once you're safe, I'll take care of him."

Levos froze, then shouted, "Android 16! Your self-destruct device was removed by Bulma!"

Android 16 paused… then smiled again. "It's fine. Just go. You two are this world's hope you can't be lost here."

"Heh heh heh!" Dabura let out a sinister laugh. "None of you are leaving alive."

With that, a glowing spear materialized in his palm and hurled straight at Bulma.

The spear tore through the air like lightning.

Schlick...

Even though Bulma tried her best to dodge, the spear pierced her shoulder, bursting out her back.

She stumbled against a wall, clutching her bleeding wound, her face pale.

"Don't worry about me! Run!" she shouted.

Android 16 dashed forward, intercepting Dabura.

"You think you can stop me?" Dabura scoffed.

He struck Android 16 hard in the chest.

Boom!

Android 16 was sent flying, crashing into the ground, his chest crushed inward.

Dabura closed in and sneered, "Such weaklings, and you dare stand against me?"

As he passed the fallen android, he spat.

Splat!

The petrifying saliva landed on Android 16's shoulder.

A horrified look flashed across his face as one side of his body went numb.

Within seconds, his expression froze, and his entire body turned to stone.

"You two really are loyal to each other," Dabura sneered, staring coldly at Bulma and the frog cradled in her arms. "Let me send you off together."

A new spear formed in his palm, and he lunged toward her.

Just before it struck...

Bam!

A fist smashed into the spear with tremendous force, shattering it into pieces.

An explosive shockwave burst from the point of impact.

Dabura stumbled back, chest heaving in shock.

When Bulma and Levos saw the familiar kanji "悟" on the newcomer's back, their eyes lit up in joy.

The one who intervened was Goku!

"That energy… definitely evil," Goku murmured.

Electric arcs danced around his body. A golden aura flared, crackling with power and distorting the very air.

His voice was low but firm. "You're not my match. Leave."

Dabura's face twisted with fury. "You dare underestimate the King of the Demon Realm?!"

He roared and summoned two long swords, charging at Goku.

But Goku's eyes sparkled, and with a single sweep of his leg...

Crack!

The twin swords shattered instantly.

"What...?" Dabura's pupils shrank in disbelief.

In just one clash, his arms went numb and his hands cracked open.

He glared at his opponent, now fully aware: he was outclassed.

"Don't get cocky! Lord Babidi already controls the entire universe!" he snarled, leaping back.

"Don't let him get away!" Levos shouted. "Android 16 was turned to stone. The only way to reverse it is to kill him!"

Goku's gaze darkened. He didn't know who Android 16 was or who the voice came from.

But his decision was instant.

He stomped hard on the ground.

The buildings around them trembled from the force.

With a burst of speed, Goku closed the distance and punched.

Boom!

Dabura crashed into the ground, blood at the corner of his lips.

Eyes wide in terror, he couldn't believe it.

How? He hadn't even had a chance to react.

How many monsters were hiding on this tiny planet?

"Babidi! Get me out of here!" he screamed.

At that moment, the ground beneath him shimmered, revealing the teleportation pad of a spaceship.

Just as Goku launched another blast, Dabura vanished.

And with him Ginyu, who had stolen Levos's original body.

Goku pressed two fingers to his forehead, trying to lock onto their ki.

But Levos stopped him.

"Don't go after them yet. We've gathered all seven Dragon Balls."

Goku paused, powering down from Super Saiyan.

He turned to Bulma and asked curiously, "Bulma… what's with this frog?"

"...He's Levos," she said.
