Force in The Witcher

Chapter 4: 4. Council

In the quiet and majestic Council Chamber of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, Jedi Masters Yoda, Mace Windu, and Qui-Gon Jinn gathered.

Seated around a large round table in the center of the room, the masters discussed the state of the Temple's training and future plans.

The atmosphere in the room was calm and wise. The soft light reflecting off the walls added to the peace and mystery of the room.

"Important matters to discuss today, we have," Yoda said in his usual wise manner. "Specifically about young Kael Valen, discuss we must."

Mace Windu took a deep breath and began to speak. "Yes, Qui-Gon. We must assess the progress of Kael's training. This young man is something special, isn't he?"

Qui-Gon Jinn nodded in agreement. "Absolutely, Master Windu. Kael is not only a gifted student, but also of exceptional intelligence and wisdom. He is truly inspiring to work with. " Yoda, looking intently at Qui-Gon, said, "Tell me, more you must. Your training, how is it going?"

Qui-Gon began to describe Kael's training and progress in detail. "Kael has a very strong connection with the Force. He is improving rapidly in his lightsaber training. Working with Obi-Wan is a great benefit to both of them.

One of Kael's most impressive qualities is his ability to find inner balance and peace. He has an extraordinary ability to control and direct his emotions.

Mace Windu listened carefully to Qui-Gon's words and then said, "That is truly impressive, Qui-Gon. How will you chart a course for Kael to maximize his potential?"

Qui-Gon replied thoughtfully. "I will continue to place special emphasis on Kael's training, teaching him the lighter side of the Force, balance and peace. I will also allow him to work on projects that will further his scientific curiosity. Kael is not only a warrior, but also a thinker and a discoverer.

Yoda nodded to Qui-Gon. "An important lesson, balance is. Strong in mind and body, Kael must be. Continue your training and watch carefully, you must."

Qui-Gon continued hesitantly. "Master, there is another matter I would like to discuss with you. Although Kael is very young, he has shown incredible dueling skills. With nearly 16 months of training, he has made great progress in the first three forms. I would like to teach him other lightsaber techniques, but I need your guidance in this area, as you are more knowledgeable in this area."

Qui-Gon actually had a different idea. He realized that even though he wanted to guide Kael, he was not very effective. Kael was a man with his own ideas. Yoda's expectation of Qui-Gon was to guide Kael and Obi-Wan Kenobi on the spiritual and mental path.

Although Qui-Gon was skilled, he was not as skilled on the battlefield as the other Jedi Masters. So he decided to leave Kael's training to them.

Mace Windu nodded thoughtfully. "Kael's skills in this area are truly impressive. It is important to find the right time and method to teach him more advanced techniques. "Yoda narrowed his eyes and looked at Qui-Gon intently. "Hmm, we must monitor his progress carefully. Proper guidance is important. The techniques we teach him must allow him to maintain balance and peace."

Yoda was silent for a while, deep in thought. The silence in the room reflected the weight of Yoda's thoughts. Finally he raised his head and said, "Kael's training, guide we will. But our time, we must take. Carefully, each step plan we must, and lead him in the right direction."

Mace Windu nodded in agreement with Yoda's thoughtful and cautious approach. "Yes, Yoda. Kael has great potential. Let us give him all the support he needs. He is a promising young man for the future of the Jedi Order.

Qui-Gon was encouraged by the supportive attitude of his masters. "Thank you, masters. Your guidance and support in Kael's training will help us bring out the best in him. But there is one more thing I would like to do."

"What is your request Master Qui-Gon?" Windu had never seen Qui-Gon ask for something for himself.

"I wish to take Obi-Wan Kenobi as my Padawan." Qui-Gon had planned this for a long time, but had waited for the right time to tell the Council.

"Reasonable, your wish is. But rush, there is no need. At the same time, both should be Padawans." Yoda spoke without waiting for an answer from the other Jedi Masters. He would not allow the others to refuse.

"Thank you, Master." Qui-Gon saluted the other Jedi Masters and then left the council chamber.

At the end of the meeting, the Jedi Masters decided to focus more on Kael's lightsaber training and provide Qui-Gon with the guidance he needed to maximize his potential. As a young Jedi who would play an important role in the future of the Jedi Order, Kael would continue to progress with the full support of his masters.

Kael sat in his room at the Jedi Temple, meditating and deepening his connection to the Force. Moments later, there was a gentle knock at the door and then Qui-Gon Jinn entered. When Kael saw his Master, he immediately stood and bowed respectfully.

"Good morning Master Qui-Gon," Kael said.

Qui-Gon smiled at Kael and said, "Good morning, Kael. How are you? I have some news for you today," Kael said, eagerly awaiting his Master's words, "I am well, Master. News? About what?" he asked.

"In our discussions with the council, we have decided to take an important step in your training," Qui-Gon said, sitting down next to Kael and looking intently into his eyes. "We have spoken with Yoda and Mace Windu and discussed your dueling skills. We have decided that you have shown incredible skill and that we will give you the support you need to continue to improve."

Kael looked at his master excitedly. "Really, Master? I will learn advanced techniques?" Qui-Gon nodded. "Yes, Kael. We have prepared a special training program for you, and in nearly 16 months of training you have made great progress in the first three forms. Now we will take the necessary steps for you to learn the other lightsaber techniques. But we will also need the guidance of Yoda and Mace Windu.

Kael's eyes lit up. "This is wonderful news, Master Qui-Gon. It is indeed a great opportunity to train under the guidance of Yoda and Mace Windu. I will do my best." The more Qui-Gon saw Kael's excitement and determination, the more his confidence in him grew. "Kael, remember that you must be patient and disciplined as you travel this path. You must embrace the light side of the Force and maintain your inner balance.

Kael listened carefully to his Master's words and said sincerely, "Yes, Master Qui-Gon. I will continue to control my emotions and find inner peace. I will continue on this path with determination." Qui-Gon smiled at Kael and said, "I am proud of you, Kael. We will continue to make great strides in our training. Be prepared and do your best.

Kael was greatly motivated by his master's words. He realized even more the importance of the steps he would take to become a Jedi. Under the guidance of Qui-Gon and the other masters, they would work to maximize Kael's potential.
