The notifications continued as Shane excitedly read them all. He was looking forward to see if his guess was right.

However, his surprise wasn't over just yet as he saw the other soulbound items he obtained.

Shane's eyes widened as the Gate Stones were stored inside his Inventory.

He was so excited as he quickly pulled them out.

Ten smooth, obsidian-like stones glowed faintly in front of him. Each one was engraved with ancient markings or probably runes.

They weren't emitting any strange energy but it was mysteriously glowing even though it was very faint.

Anyway, he had used these Soulbound Items during the A.I. Rebellion Apocalypse to link critical points across war-torn continents to escape from the androids or to also provide support when the humans were fighting against the Vampires and Androids at the same time.

'This is really good…'

In this world, their potential was limitless. With the Gate Stones, Shane could finally realize his vision of a connected network of Shelters, offering safety, trade, and coordination against the threats posed by Zombies or even Vampires.

He clenched the stones tightly as he imagined what he would do with these incredible items he had just obtained.

A wide grin spread across Shane's face as he held the Gate Stones and the Eon Edge. "These are the answers I've been waiting for," he muttered. "With these, I can protect help protect what I've built if really needed. I can also start expanding my Shelters!"

He had several Shelter Crystals in his possession right now and it should be a bad idea to start using them now.

Well, if this abandoned town had some other resources they could exploit, he wouldn't considered building a shelter here.

However, this place doesn't even have a source of clean water, so he had to forget this idea.

He would surely find a better place to build a shelter once he entered Sector 20. That shouldn't take very long since they were already getting close to the Sector.

Linking: Use a second Gate Stone at a different location to connect both points. Portals are instantaneous and stable. Cost: 5,000 Spirit Points

Limitations: Each Gate Stone requires a cooldown period of 24 hours after activation or relocation. Portals can be used indefinitely as long as the Gate Stones are in place. Any damages sustained by the Gate Stone during the transport might cause irreversible damage. ]

'Well, we just have to be careful not to touch the stone during the transport and we should be fine…' Shane thought as he believed that placing barriers would be appropriate in this situation.

Shane's heart pounded with excitement.

"If I can set up gates between my shelters, our Clan will definitely become the Rank 1 soon…" Shane thought as he actually felt a little jealous when the others were talking about the achievements or rewards they obtained from being within the Top 3 Clans.

"Cool~" Shane thought as he felt that this weapon shouldn't belong to the Zombie Apocalypse. However, here it was… A weapon that was too advanced for its current era!

Since Shane obtained incredible rewards after absorbing all his memories related to the A.I. Rebellion, then it only means that he'd also be receiving rewards once he absorbed the last two Memory Spheres containing the Fairy Realm's Invasion past.
