Tundra was able to touch the Earth King Zombie's head with that Five Meter Jump!

As soon as Tundra was on the ground, he immediately warned the others to back off. Then, with that warning, he immediately triggered the bomb!

Boom!

A small explosion occurred and half of the Earth King Zombie's face was destroyed just like that!

"Ugh… It's still alive?" Tundra's eyes widened seeing how tough the Zombie was. He actually used more than a thousand Spirit Points for that bomb!

Nonetheless, he knew that he dealt a lot of damage from that attack.

Alaric and Seraph then charged together

Seeing that the Earth King Zombie was unable to move, they poured most of their Aura into their weapons and attacked!

Ssaaak~

Their blades then cut deep into the creature's armor.

Its defense had undoubtedly weakened.

The other knights flanked the Earth King Zombie, and with their combined aura strikes, they created cracks in its stone plates.

The incredibly tough Zombie was finally reaching its limit!

'This thing must have multiple cores… It's a good thing its regeneration is slow.' Tundra thought as he saw an opportunity, to touch the Earth King Zombie again.

With several more explosions and attacks from the knights, it was already extremely and could die at any moment.

However, for one last time, the Earth King roared and swung its massive right arm, sending debris flying.

Tundra activated his Veiled Step Token, vanishing from sight and reappearing behind the creature. He then planted a bomb into its exposed back, delivering a devastating blow!

Boom!

With its spine broken, the group's final coordinated assault overwhelmed the Earth King Zombie. It collapsed with a thunderous crash, its body crumbling into pieces.

[ You have eliminated an Earth King Zombie. ]

Tundra then looted it without hesitation and unfortunately, he doesn't have a great looting hand.

[ You have earned 100 Experience Points. ]

[ You have earned 1 Reputation Point. ]

[ Loots obtained: Item Upgrade Crystal x1, Zombie Core x5, 200mL Water, Unknown Meat ( Safe ) x2, 100mL Earth King Zombie Blood, Earth King's Skill Scroll x1 ]

"There's no item… But I still have a Skill Scroll." He was quite disappointed since High-Tier Zombies had a high drop rate. Others would normally have an equipment drop especially if it was a king-type Zombie.

Still, he decided not to use this Skill Scroll immediately as he felt that Earth-Related Skills didn't suit him a lot. He could consider trading it with better Skill Scrolls from Shane or Raze since he believed that have stocks of them ready to be sold or traded.

"That's quite a welcoming start." Seraph said as she felt that an Earth King Zombie as a Vanguard of the Zombie Lord was definitely a sign that the Zombie Lord they were aiming at was not an easy one.

Thankfully, they were now aware that Tundra's ability to plant bombs was indeed a powerful move they could exploit against a Zombie Lord.

As long as they take advantage of this, it shouldn't be impossible to kill a Zombie Lord with their team.

"If this is just the start," Atlas said, wiping sweat from his brow, "we'd better be ready for whatever's guarding the Zombie Lord. It might be better to rest for a bit."

Tundra nodded as he also planned to take a break…

***

During their break, Tundra sent an update to Raze and Shane about their current progress in the raid.

After doing that, the group finally continued on their path to reach the center of the city and during this time, they encountered various low-tier to mid-tier Zombies.

These Zombies were easily defeated with their current set of weapons. To be exact, they also brought some guns with them, which made the skirmish easier for them.

In any case, they would like to reserve their Spirit Points and cooldowns of their special Skills against stronger Zombies.

With that in mind, it would certainly be better to use their powerful firearms.

As they continued moving, they suddenly heard the sound of metal scraping against concrete.

It was a noise that could not be ignored at all.

Tundra and his team stood on high alert as two massive Steel King Zombies emerged from behind a crumbling skyscraper.

Each of these Zombies stood over three meters tall, their bodies encased with a layer of metallic armor!

This was definitely tougher than the Earth King Zombie!

Furthermore, there were two of them!

Their crimson eyes even seemed to become filled with excitement after seeing their small group! Although they were just slowly approaching them, they were definitely intimidating Zombies.

"Two of them…" Tundra muttered as he gripped his sword.

Realizing that he needed a sharper weapon, he decided to use his dagger instead. Aside from protection, this would also allow him to move faster with lighter weight and would have a higher chance of planting his bomb.

"This won't be easy." He muttered.

"Ready yourselves!" Lady Seraph shouted as she surveyed the surroundings and confirmed that there was no one else coming at them aside from the two Steel King Zombies.

She then activated her Aura. This was a signal and everyone else had also activated it.

Atlas, the hulking Super Soldier, stepped forward as he lifted his massive hammer.

"Interesting Zombies… Let's crack these tin cans open! They must be similar to Earth King Zombies… They should still have some flesh and blood inside."

Chaloem nodded as he stood at the rear.

This time his hands had started to glow with a golden light as he began channeling his Aura for a one powerful palm strike.

"Do not rush. Their strength lies in their durability and counterattacks." Tundra said as he knew that his team indeed needed an attack that could pass through the tough hide of the Zombie.

Chaloem's palm strike that targets the internal organs of the body would be the best method to kill this Zombie. As for his bombs, he wasn't too sure but it was certainly worth a try.

The Steel King Zombies roared and it seemed that their metallic frames could amplify the sound, making that roar a really terrifying one.

Thankfully, everyone had some sort of protection against such sound attacks since their shelter had already been attacked by Screamer and Siren Zombies before.

Nonetheless, the preemptive attack didn't end there.

One of them smashed its colossal fists into the ground, sending shockwaves rippling through the terrain, forcing the team to scatter.

However, they knew that they couldn't just stand here and wait for them to come. They have to regain the momentum!

"Cover me!"

Tundra dashed forward with his increased agility thanks to the Veiled Steps…

Then, he activated his Terrorist Talent. As he used his Five Meter Jump and leapt onto the nearest Steel King Zombie, he placed his hands on its armored chest.

Bam!

The force of that move didn't stumble the Zombies and even pushed him back!

Nonetheless, his job was done!

'I knew it… They're slow! I can do this…' Tundra thought as the invisible Bomb planted itself without a trace.

"Bomb's set," Tundra whispered to himself while flipping off the creature and landing gracefully.

Thud...

In response, the Steel King Zombie swung its massive arm at him, but Seraph intercepted with her Shield Bash, redirecting the attack just enough for Tundra to roll out of harm's way.

Bang!

The ground was shattered from the force of that attack!

"Good timing, Seraph!" Tundra called, grinning.

Meanwhile, Alaric and Atlas worked together to deal with the other Steel King Zombie.

Alaric, wielded his swords and darted in and out of one of the Steel King Zombie's range, slicing at its joints in an attempt to find weak spots.

Clank! Clank! Clank!

Unfortunately, the Steel King Zombie truly deserved its name. Cutting it seemed to be a bad decision!

Atlas, on the other hand, used brute force, slamming his hammer into the zombie's legs to destabilize it.

Bang!

At this time, Chaloem finished channeling his energy and dashed forward to the Steel King Zombie that Alaric and Atlas were dealing with…

Bam!

With a clean hit in the stomach from Chaloem, the Steel King Zombie was injured!

On the other hand, the other Steel King Zombie already had three invisible bombs planted by Tundra!

With his current Spirit Points, he was able to plant a dozen of them without any issues.

After planting two more Invisible Bombs, he felt that it should be enough to deal some severe damage to them.

With five Invisible Bombs, he believed that it should be strong enough to destroy its internal organs from the shockwave even if he couldn't break the Steel King Zombie's hide.

"Move back!" Tundra warned.

Then, with a flick of his wrist, Tundra detonated the Invisible Bombs he had planted! This time, he spent about 500 Spirit Points for each of them.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

A series of explosions occurred and to his surprise, the last bomb that he placed on the chest of the Steel King Zombie had actually torn through its steel-plated chest and sent shards of its metallic skin flying in all directions!
