God of Money: Reincarnated as the Weakest SSS Rank

Chapter 111: Dimash Jackson

It was his mistake, so he simply smiled and decided to deal with it after he was done here.

"I'll tell you about it later. Is the owner of the establishment here?" he asked.

"Yes." She nodded. "He's not in the one I rented, but he owns the two buildings surrounding it as well."

"Is he a real estate developer?" he asked, curious.

"Actually, he's one of the biggest in the area," she replied, looking further down Rainbow Street.

Many people were walking on the sidewalks, and the streets were full of carriages.

"Many of the shops on this street belong to him or belonged to him at one time. He is the Fifth Heir of Lord Zhani, Mr. Dimash."

"Lord Zhani?" Louis turned, confused. "Who is that?"

"Zhani Jackson, when he was alive, was practically the richest man in the Industrial District. He practically created Rainbow Street. That's why it's commonly called Jackson's Rainbow Street."

He nodded.

'So he's someone important. Maybe it will take a little more work this time.' Louis smiled.

"Mr. Dimash is someone worthy of respect and is trying to reach the Table of 12. It's a shame that it hasn't worked out how he hoped, so he's looking for allies from other places." She smiled. "Somehow, it seems that I am one of those allies."

The Table of 12 Entrepreneurs is an "organization" without a headquarters, which brings together the 12 most important entrepreneurs from across the Industrial District to discuss issues related to investment or future movements in the business sector.

They have strong government support, as all their ideas have helped the city develop. They also have strong connections with the Upper District and the Scientific and Alchemical District.

The fact that Dimash was important enough to want access to that place already made him one of the most important businessmen in the area.

After arriving at the building next door and entering, a well-dressed woman came out to greet them.

"Miss Jessy, it's been a while. Are you here to talk to Lord Dimash about something?" The woman who greeted them was Mr. Dimash's secretary.

Jessy smiled. "Miss Jackson, my lord wants to talk to Mr. Dimash. Is he here?" she asked.

The secretary was stunned. 'Her master?' She thought about what this rich woman had just said and looked at the person beside her.

Louis's manner of dress captivated her. He was so elegant, and despite being very young, he did not carry himself arrogantly. He seemed like someone you could have good conversations with, despite the strange air surrounding him that made you feel inferior to him.

Moreover, his beauty was senseless. His white hair, adorned by black and purple garments, stood out even more.

That such a rich and innovative woman would say that this person was her "Lord" meant a lot. Some great heir to some great family, surely.

That's why she nodded.

"Very well. I will inform him... May I ask your name, young lord?" she asked quickly.

"Louis Carwine," he replied.

"Very well, Mr. Louis. Please wait a moment."

She ran up the stairs behind her and soon reached the upper office.

"Lord Dimash, an important person wants to see you." She quickly entered the room, where Dimash was alone, dealing with some important matters.

Dimash was an athletic-looking man with a chiseled face and a well-groomed beard.

He was wearing a blue suit with few decorative embellishments.

"Who?" He frowned. He didn't remember having an important guest today, especially when he was in one of his secondary offices.

'Is someone important renting something today?' he thought.

"Miss Jessy brought a young man, whom she introduced as her master. He looks like a high-ranking young master. His name is Louis Carwine."

"Oh?" Dimash raised an eyebrow, surprised and slightly curious about what he had just heard. He adjusted himself in his seat. "Bring them in." He smiled.

"Right away, Mr. Dimash." Miss Jackson left and soon returned with two people.

As soon as he saw them, Mr. Dimash greeted them.

"Mr. Louis, Miss Jessy, please come in and sit down," he said, pointing to the sofa in the center of the room while he sat down on the other one.

"Bring us some snacks, coffee, and tea," he told his secretary.

After she left to prepare what he had asked for, Louis and Jessy sat down.

Well, only Louis, as Jessy remained standing behind him of her own accord.

She was the first to speak.

"Mr. Dimash, I apologize for the sudden visit. This is my master, Lord Louis Carwine."

"As someone who rents one of my properties, your visit is always welcome, Miss Jessy." He nodded to her and then looked at Louis.

"Mr. Carwine, please excuse my late introduction. I am Dimash Jackson, real estate entrepreneur." He extended his hand, and Louis nodded.

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Dimash. I run a few small local businesses as well. I came here on short notice because I'm interested in doing business with you, Mr. Dimash," Louis replied.

"Go ahead, Mr. Carwine. Tell me what interests you, and if you have a deal for me, we can discuss it."

"Then I'll be frank," he said. "I'm interested in supporting Jessy in her new project, so how about selling me the building next door?" he asked.

Dimash was surprised. Buying a building on Rainbow Street? That was really expensive.

But Louis wasn't finished speaking.

"If it motivates you to sell it to me, I can also buy this one and the other. I heard they're yours, too."

Dimash frowned. 'Buy three buildings in the center of Rainbow Street just like that? Is it possible that he has that much money?'

However, after remembering that Miss Jessy, presumed to be his servant, had invested a few million Jens in that business, he felt that it made sense.

If the servant has so much money, how much more must his master have?

"Mr. Carwine, I can indeed sell these three buildings, but they are expensive. Each one has five floors and is very well built. Although the paintwork is not perfect and some areas need maintenance, their cost is high, considering the current cost of housing."

Louis simply placed a blank piece of paper on the table. "Just add up the number. I'll pay for it."
