Harry Potter: Shippuden

Chapter 3: Chapter 3: The Unexpected Visitors

How could anyone else activate the chakra-powered elevator?

Kyle had gone to great lengths to design such a complex entry system, living underground like an elderly Madara Uchiha, all to ensure his secrecy. How could someone else possibly find this place?

One thing was certain—whoever was here had come for him.

But whether their intentions were good or bad remained unclear.

Kyle quickly formed a series of hand seals, channeling chakra to ensure he could unleash a jutsu at a moment's notice. With his left hand still forming a seal, his right hand reached under the table and pulled out a handgun, aiming it squarely at the door.

Who said ninjas couldn't use modern weapons?

Times had changed, after all.

The iron door to the base creaked open, revealing two figures standing in the doorway.

A bullet whizzed past their feet, embedding itself into the floor.

"State your business!" Kyle barked, his gun now trained on their heads.

Dumbledore's eyes welled up as he took in Kyle's heterochromatic gaze—a sight he knew all too well. But when he met Kyle's wary, defensive stare, his expression grew complicated, words caught in his throat.

A child, living alone for five years… it must have been incredibly difficult.

However, when Dumbledore took in the well-furnished living room behind Kyle, his guilt eased slightly. At least the boy hadn't been living in squalor.

"Child, there's no need to be afraid. We mean you no harm," Dumbledore said gently, doing his best to convey his goodwill.

Kyle eyed the strange old man with half-moon spectacles and the other man who seemed determined to keep his profile turned. He lowered the gun slightly. "You're not here to capture me?"

"No, child. We're here to take you with us," Dumbledore replied, taking a step forward.

Kyle immediately took a half-step back, his guard still up.

Was that half-step serious?

Such a small movement, yet it spoke volumes…

Until he understood the situation, Kyle wasn't about to let anyone get close.

For all he knew, this frail-looking old man could be a taijutsu master capable of unleashing the Eight Gates.

And anyone who could access his base using his methods was clearly no ordinary person.

"Take me with you?" Kyle asked, skepticism lacing his voice.

Dumbledore nodded. "Child, you're a wizard."

A wizard…

What? A wizard?!

Kyle froze, his confusion deepening.

He was a ninja!

Since when had he been associated with wizards? That didn't make any sense.

This old man was trying to trick him, and not even with a convincing story.

Wait…

White beard?

Wizard?

It's you! Gandalf the White!

Kyle scrutinized the old man, but he wasn't holding a staff or wielding a sword.

"What's your name?" Kyle asked cautiously.

"I am Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry," the old man replied. He gestured to the man beside him, who still refused to face Kyle directly. "This is Newt Scamander, a renowned magizoologist in the wizarding world."

Dumbledore…

The room fell into silence.

Kyle: F***
