Hero or Villain, Both

Chapter 133: Vampires (10)

"Is this your intention? Do you really not want to reconcile with us at all?"

It seemed that Damon had lost his patience as he suddenly shouted this out.

Morgan couldn't help glaring at Damon once more when he said this, but he didn't say anything in response as he waited for the response from the factory.

Since it was already too late, he just wanted to see how the other side would react.

From there, he would be able to determine what they would do next.

But what happened next definitely wasn't what they had expected.

"You dare!" Damon shouted as he waved his hand out in front of him, creating blood blades that attacked the orbs of blood that suddenly appeared in the air around them.

Morgan didn't say anything, but the look on his face showed that he wasn't happy to see this either.

After all, this made it very clear that the pureblooded vampire in the factory didn't have any intentions of talking to them.

That was why he didn't stop Damon in the end.

He could have stopped Damon before he actually created those blood blades to attack, but he didn't since he felt that it would be a good idea to show a bit of strength.

It was clear that the pureblooded vampire inside of the factory was going through a sort of rebellious phase with the way that they acted. It was clear that they didn't seem like they wanted to cooperate with the rest of the vampire tribe.

When it came to naughty kids like this, showing them a bit of force was never a bad idea.

Morgan was almost certain that this was a young pureblood that was inside of the factory since anyone old would have already been discovered. It must be some young pureblood that just returned to the lands of the vampires.

"Well you naughty kid, we'll show you that we're not to be trifled with."

That was what he thought, but reality was different.

Damon hadn't used his full strength in those blood blades, but it was still condensed with the power that he possessed as a pureblood. Along with his control of blood, it should have been far more powerful than any attack that any normal pureblood could have used.

But the balls of blood that they hit didn't seem to react at all when they were hit with these blades of blood.

It was almost as if they had absorbed the blades of blood with how the blades disappeared.

Damon immediately recognized that something was wrong, so he pulled his hand back as if he wanted to draw back the blades of blood. But before he could actually do that, there was something that made him knit his brows.

Before he could stop it, he couldn't help spitting out a mouthful of blood.

Morgan knew that something was wrong, so he grabbed Damon and pulled him away from the balls of blood. He could tell that it was related to the blood power that he used, so he didn't use any of his blood power either.

When they were away from the balls of blood, he asked Damon, "What is it? What's gotten into?"

A dire look appeared on Damon's face as he said, "There's something strange about all of this. The moment that my blades made contact with the balls of blood, it was as if they were ripped away from me. It wasn't the kind of power struggle that I thought it would be, it was a direct rip where they pulled everything from me."

Morgan looked confused when he heard this before slowly looking at the balls of blood with narrowed eyes.

But even though he was looking at the balls of blood, it really didn't seem like there was anything that he could pick up from them. In his eyes, they really seemed like nothing more than normal balls of blood.

"Let's avoid these balls of blood then." Morgan muttered to himself before throwing Damon away.

In his eyes, it was as if Damon was nothing more than a distraction, which was why he threw him away. But in reality, he tossed Damon back to where their subordinates were.

Damon was clearly injured, so he left him with the subordinates.

It wasn't as if Damon was seriously injured, but it was best to not move him while he was in this state.

After all, he couldn't tell what was happening to Damon.

After tossing Damon aside, Morgan dived down towards the factory.

This time, he wasn't just remaining outside the factory. This time, he was diving right into the factory.

There were still the holes that were left when Malphis had tried to storm the factory, so there were paths for him to take into the factory.

With this, Morgan was able to enter the factory and start looking around for the one that he was searching for. With his speed, the balls of blood just couldn't keep up with him at all.

Only the moment that he entered the factory, he couldn't help revealing a disappointed look.

He couldn't find the person that he was looking for even after entering the factory.

The only people that were here were normal demons that weren't vampires at all.

There wasn't a single trace of the pure vampire blood coming from them.

"Where are you hiding? I just want to talk."

There was only silence that followed after Morgan said this.

Seeing that the other side wasn't willing to say anything, the only thing that Morgan could do was try to get to them to talk.

"You belong to the vampire tribe, so is it wrong for you to come back to the vampire tribe? Whatever happened in the past, we can move past it."

When he said this, the same voice as before spoke, "But who said that I was a part of the vampire tribe."

As soon as he heard this, Morgan turned around with a shocked expression.

This time, there was someone behind him.

Only this certainly wasn't someone that he expected to see.
