Legendary Superstar

Chapter 182: Meet & Talk (4)

"It's time for our second segment—'Play with the Stars!' We're going to bring out some simple games and maybe even get a few fans involved too!" Lee Dami showed a bright smile as she announced the second part of the event.

The crowd burst into excited cheers.

Fans leapt out of their seats with excitement, clapping and cheering at the top of their lungs.

"WITH THE STARS???"

"ARE WE REALLY PLAYING WITH THEM?!"

"PICK ME! PICK ME!"

"I'll do anything to win!"

Lee Dami laughed at their enthusiasm, holding her hands up as if trying to calm a crowd of overexcited kids.

"Okay, okay! I know you're all eager, so let me explain how this works!"

The lights on the stage shifted slightly as a small screen rolled down behind her.

"Our first game in this segment is called—'Guess Who is the Star!'" she said, drawing out the name with her own twist.

A drumroll sound effect played through the speakers, and the audience clapped along.

"Here's how it works," Dami continued, gesturing toward the screen. "We're going to show a close-up photo of a body part belonging to one of the cast members, like a hand, eye, or maybe even an ear. And the audience will have to guess who it belongs to!"

A mixture of gasps and laughter echoed through the venue.

"Who even notices people's ears?!"

"I've memorized Minjae oppa's hands! I'm ready!"

"Don't worry guys, I got this!"

"Watch me answer everything!"

"I'm ready"

"Now here's the rule—when the photo is shown, raise your hand if you know the answer. Don't shout it out. Our event staff will pick the first person who raised their hand, and you'll get to answer into the mic." Dami grinned

The lights brightened slightly toward the front rows, where fans were already sitting straighter, their eyes were full of determination.

"Oh, and the best part?" Dami held up a finger. "If you guess correctly, you win a photo with the cast right here on stage!"

The crowd lost it.

"WHAT?!"

"NO WAY!"

"PLEASE PICK ME—EVEN IF I'M WRONG!!"

"Whattt!"

"FUCK!"

"NAH! This is huge!"

"I'll just raise my hand even if I don't know the answer!"

"A photo with the cast is big!"

"My beloved ancestors, please help me."

"Now I'm nervous about which parts of me they zoomed in on…" Minjae laughed and leaned toward his mic.

"Hope it's not my elbow. That'd be impossible." Jihoon grinned.

"Watch it be your dead toe fingers." Yura joked at Jihoon.

Laughter rippled through the crowd and cast alike as Dami clapped her hands once.

"Let's get started with the first photo, shall we?" she said, turning toward the screen as the first mysterious close-up began to fade into view. It was a smooth pale skin and a wrist wearing a very familiar bracelet.

Fans gasped in recognition and immediately started raising their hands.

The game was on.

One of the staff quickly scanned the crowd and pointed to a girl in the second row who was practically bouncing in her seat with her hand raised the highest.

"You there! Yes, you in the striped sweater—come up!" a crew member gestured, handing her a small mic as she scrambled to her feet, eyes wide with a mix of excitement and panic.

She bowed awkwardly to the cast as she reached the front.

"H-hello! I think… I think that's Minjae oppa's wrist!"

The crowd cheered instantly, and Minjae chuckled, holding his hands up as if to say, "Is it really me?"

Lee Dami looked toward the screen, waiting a second for the reveal. A soft sound cue played as the full image slowly zoomed out… and there it was—Minjae, in a behind-the-scenes photo, the same bracelet clearly visible on his wrist.

"Correct!" Dami announced.

The crowd exploded into cheers.

"MINJAE OPPA'S WRIST SAVED MY LIFE!"

"I KNEW IT WAS HIM!"

"THAT BRACELET NEVER LIES!"

The fan covered her mouth, stunned.

"I got it right?! Oh my god— Oh my god!" The fan was basically jumping in excitement. Her heart was beating out loud.

Minjae stood up with a friendly smile on his face. He chuckled as he watched the girl's enthusiasm. He walked over to her so that they could take a picture together for the prize.

"Hi!" Minjae smiled at the girl, who looked as if she was starstruck when she realized that Minjae was really in front of her.

"Oppa…" her cheeks reddened. She bowed her head and smiled.

"Haha, how are you?" Minjae asked as he stepped beside her. The two stood together, posing for the camera.

"I'm good, oppa." The girl answered, pressing her lips together to stop herself from smiling so widely.

"Please post for the camera." A staff quickly stood in front of them with a camera on her hand.

Minjae showed a v sign and the girl copied him.

"3…"

"2…"

Before the counter goes to 1, Minjae suddenly wrapped his arms around the girl's shoulder so that they could be closer to the drama.

It was a normal thing, but somehow, the crowd went wild because of it.

"1…"

The girl completely froze but still managed to show a smile.

Click.

The staff quickly snapped a photo as the audience clapped wildly, cheering them on.

"Congratulations!" Yura smiled, giving the fan a small wave.

"Omggg! did you see how minjae oppa pulled her?!"

"Did you see that! He put his arm around her shoulder!!!"

"I can't breathe right now!"

"Yhat should've been me!"

"Noooo i wanna go next!"

"I swear i'll get the next one, i swear!"

"I'm gonna cry… that girl's so lucky…"

"Someone hold me, i'm losing it!"

The lucky fan was clearly still stunned as Minjae gave her a warm smile and a light bow before guiding her gently off to the side of the stage. She walked stiffly like her soul had momentarily left her body, her hands covering her face in disbelief.

The fan made her way back to her seat with trembling hands and a face redder than a tomato.

"She was so cute, wasn't she?" Minjae returned to his seat, laughing softly as he waved toward the screaming fans.

"She looked like she died because of you, hyung," Jihoon joked, earning more laughter from the audience.

Lee Dami waited for the noise to settle, then raised her mic again.

"Okay, okay! That was just the first round, everyone! We've still got more cast members to guess and more photos to win!"

"Let's goooo!"

"I'm ready this time!"

"Show me an ear, i'll still guess it!"

"Dami unnie, i'm begging you!"

"Minjae oppa's hug gave me the strength to live another ten years!"

Dami chuckled, clearly enjoying the chaos.

"Alright! The second photo is coming up. Get ready!"

The screen started to glow again as another close-up faded in—this time a pair of knuckles, one with a tiny scar just beside the nail.

A collective gasp swept through the audience.

"That scar… i know that scar!"

"Wait… wait… that's… that's—!"

Lee Dami squinted at the image on the screen, then grinned knowingly.

"Ooooh, this one's a little trickier, huh? Let's see who's paying attention!"

The crowd was already in a frenzy. Fans in the front rows leaned forward like they were about to spring from their seats because of the hype from the fans behind them.

One of the staff members quickly pointed to another eager fan—this time, a boy wearing a ball cap and a hoodie that said "Jihoon's No. 1." He practically shot out of his seat when he was called.

"Me?! Really?!" he asked, already jogging down the aisle with both hands on his head like he couldn't believe it.

As he reached the stage, Jihoon leaned forward in his seat with a big smile.

"Yo, nice hoodie."

"Oh my god, thanks, hyung!" The fan's jaw dropped.

"What's your name?" Jihoon asked as the fan bowed quickly.

"I'm Seungho!" he said, clutching the mic with both hands.

"Alright, Seungho," Lee Dami smiled. "Whose knuckles are those?"

Seungho barely hesitated.

"It's Jihoon oppa's! I saw that scar during the drama making-of video when he was opening a soda can!"

The audience gasped and then burst into wild applause.

"We have a detective here!"

"Lmao. He remembered the soda can scene!"

"Look at jihoon's face! he knows it's him!"

Jihoon was already laughing, raising both hands in surrender. "Okay, okay, that's impressive. Even I forgot when I got that scar."

"Let's see if he's right!" Dami turned to the screen.

The photo zoomed out slowly, and sure enough—it was Jihoon, caught in a candid photo while laughing on set, the same hand holding a soda can, the tiny scar clearly visible.

"Correct!" Dami announced.

The crowd exploded once again.

"YES SEUNGHO YOU LEGEND!"

"JIHOON OPPA LOOKS SO GOOD IN THAT PIC!"

"i'm crying, that was too smooth!"

Jihoon stood up, grinning as he walked over to stand beside Seungho. "C'mere, bro. Let's make it a good one."

Seungho blinked in disbelief. "Oh my god… is this real…"

"Yup," Jihoon said casually, draping an arm around Seungho's shoulder like they were friends for a long time.
