Ren Sang punched the wall angrily, his mind recalling his previous conversation with Chu Wuyao.

"How dare a mere new inner disciple talk to me like this?"

"You should be honored that I personally came to recruit you. Yet you dare to refuse my offer?", he couldn't help but think and became furious.

Since he had become senior brother Mu's follower, no one had ever dared to talk to him like this.

Thinking of senior brother Mu, Ren Sang took a communication talisman out of his space ring and looked at it for a few seconds, but then he shook his head.

"A mere new inner disciple isn't worthy to disturb senior brother Mu.", he exhaled and put the talisman away.

Just then, another disciple walked pushed the door open and walked in in a hurry.

"Senior brother, this is the information you asked us for.", the disciple said and gave him a piece of paper.

Seeing that Ren Sang didn't have any further instructions, the disciple saluted respectfully and then left.

Ren Sang didn't care about him, but turned his attention to the page in his hands and went through the text on it.

Soon, Ren Sang put it down, but his expression had now changed.

"Was she able to break through the Shackles Realm in just two months?", he whispered in a low voice.

He had previously asked his underlings to collect information about Chu Wuyao and this page contained exactly this information.

Originally, when he made this request, he didn't expect to find anything, but Chu Wuyao's speed of progress truly shocked him.

"Either her talent is extremely high, or she was very lucky and obtained a powerful treasure.", Ren Sang thought.

Personally, he leaned towards the second option.

Either way, Ren Sang understood that now that he had offended her, he couldn't let her go.

It didn't matter whether Chu Wuyao was talented or she had obtained a powerful treasure.

The only thing that mattered was that she was a possible future threat!

"Moreover, a treasure that can allow a person to break through to the Shackles Realm in about two months should be very precious."

That night, Chu Wuyao quietly left the Inner Area and chose to wander seemingly aimlessly around the Original Desire Sect.

Compared to the outer disciples, who had to ask for permission to leave the Outer Area, inner disciples had way more freedom and could go pretty much anywhere they wanted.

Despite being able to fly, Chu Wuyao didn't do so, but walked around casually, basking under the light of the shining moon in the sky.

Her movements were slow but she seemed able to travel a large distance with each of her steps and very soon, she had left the Inner Area behind.

The Original Mountain where the Original Desire Sect is located is truly massive, higher than any mountain Chu Wuyao had ever seen in both of her lives.

The Outer Area and the Inner Area of the Original Desire Sect are located at the base of the mountain, while the Core Area where the core disciples and most elders live is located at its peak.

Chu Wuyao subconsciously raised her head and tried to look at the peak of the mountain, but she found that even with her powerful eyesight, she was still unable to see the Core Area.

However, she wasn't surprised.

She knew very well that the Core Area was the core of the Original Desire Sect and it was bound to be protected by many powerful formations, Magic Weapons and cultivators.

Standing under the moonlight, Chu Wuyao put her hands behind her back and stood there silently, as if she waiting for someone to arrive.

Time went by slowly and just when it seemed that the night would be uneventful, a black figure rushed towards her location.

"I didn't expect that you would be so stupid to leave the Inner Area alone.", the figure stopped a few meters away from her and said with contempt, his voice revealing his identity.

To the surprise of absolutely no one, this person was Ren Sang.

Although Ren Sang's voice was filled with disdain, he was constantly looking around and his perception extended everywhere, prepared for a possible sneak attack.

In fact, Ren Sang had already been here for quite some time.

It's just that he chose to not show up because of Chu Wuyao's strange actions.

It was only after he was completely sure there was no one around and that this was not a trap that he decided to show up.

In his mind, the reason Chu Wuyao acted like this was because she was overconfident and she believed that she would be able to deal with him alone.

"As long as you dedicate your treasure to me, I can forgive your previous provocation and allow you to become my underling.", Ren Sang said confidently and the scar on his face stretched as he smiled.

Unfortunately, his words didn't receive the answer he wanted.

"So much nonsense!", Chu Wuyao snorted coldly.

She had killed countless person since she came to this world, but it was the first time that she found an enemy that was so talkative.

Not wanting to waste any time, Chu Wuyao took action directly, afraid that somebody would pass by and discover them.

With a thought of her mind, a blue sword appeared in her right hand and she swung it forward, its edge facing Ren Sang who was floating in the air.

A dazzling blue light flashed on the sword's surface as it pierced through the air and the temperature around it dropped to a freezing point, matching Chu Wuyao's current mood.

Although he was caught off guard, Ren Sang reacted immediately and an axe appeared in his hands.

Facing the Snow Dragon Sword that was coming towards him, the axe in his hand became bigger, doubling in size in an instant.

In addition to its size, it was very obvious that the weight of an axe had also increased.
