Chapter 3: Chapter 3

Chapter 3: A New Chance at Survival

Yuta's journey through Big Mom's territory was nothing short of harrowing. After being captured by the soldiers, he was transported to the heart of Cake Island, where he was quickly thrown into one of Big Mom's notorious prisons. The heavy iron bars and the oppressive air of despair were overwhelming, but Yuta tried to focus on the one thing he could control—his own survival.

Life in the prison was brutal. The guards were relentless, and the labor he was forced to endure was grueling. Yuta spent his days hauling heavy crates of sweets, barrels of sugar, and exotic fruits from all over the Grand Line. His 6-foot frame made him a natural fit for the heavy lifting, but it also drew the ridicule of the other prisoners. To them, he was nothing more than a "fat boy"—a lazy, useless prisoner who was just in the way.

But Yuta wasn't the same person he had been before. Sure, his body wasn't in the best shape—he still carried weight from years of neglect, his light brown hair falling messily into his eyes, his green eyes more tired than sharp—but he wasn't going to let that stop him. He had been given a second chance. The depression he had once drowned in on Earth was manageable now, and for the first time in a while, Yuta felt the need to do something. To make something of himself.

The work wasn't easy, but it gave him a strange sense of purpose. As his muscles began to remember their strength, Yuta felt something he hadn't experienced in years: progress. Each day, his body grew more accustomed to the tasks, and while his size still made him a target for mockery, he didn't let it faze him. Not anymore.

One day, as he was working in the storage hall, the unmistakable presence of a powerful figure caught his attention. Charlotte Smoothie, one of Big Mom's children, walked by with her usual air of authority. The other prisoners cowered, but Yuta couldn't help but watch. She was beautiful, imposing—dangerous. The kind of person who could break you in an instant.

And yet, Yuta knew that if he had any chance of escaping this nightmare, he needed to learn more about the powerful figures in Big Mom's world. Smoothie wasn't just a pirate princess—she was part of the family. And if he could figure out a way to get close to her, to gain some semblance of power or influence, maybe, just maybe, he could carve out a place for himself in this brutal world.
