Peony was arranging the documents she has been signing for an hour ,she flipped her wrist that was hurting from the many signing.

" oh my ... it's so exhausting at because of the..." She grunted he frustrating then startes looking for her phone as she didn't see it on the desk ,then she looked under her desk but didn't see it.

"what in the hell" she murmured then it rang out only for her to see it where her mini bar was across the office. She was surprised at why she'll be called by this time when she doesn't even have a friend only allies .

She walked majestically to take her phone then she answered the call "what is it Gladys is something the matter " Peony took a pack of cigarettes and took one stick of it.

The voice at the other end of shaking and took a long time to talk ,Peony with a short-temper almost snapped.

"Are you--"

"I think-- I think we have been spotted " Gladys said with a tremblingv voice which she tried to hide.

"What do you mean --"

"Heads--heads there are the heads of the men we send to trail him ...three heads and it was mounted on my wall." Gladys cut in again.

"What are you saying?." Peony squinted her eyes then realized what she was saying,then she asked " you say three how many men did you sent?"

Gladys paused for a moment realizing who had informed them "you don't say."

Peony grip tightly on the pack of cigarettes in her hand "find that man and kill him"

"Y-yes ma'am" Gladys said and quickly hang up.

Peony took her coat and left the building in her Ferrari car .

Mean while, The figure's eyes never left the Ferrari as it sped away, Peony's silhouette visible behind the wheel. They took a long drag on the cigarette, the thick smoke filled the area he was standing from , his eyes lowered to the people under then he thought how fast he got here . With a flick of their wrist, the cigarette butt sailed into the shadows, and they began to move, their footsteps light on the pavement."what a reckless bitch" the silver eyes darkened " let's go" immediately some men in black followed him as they walked majestically to the office .

It was 7:56am and by this period their center called to investigate somethings from this lady after verifying Gladys connections to this lady.

Kyle looked at the building at the right then the main company,the people inside were few but securities were everywhere ,he sighed "let's pass through another way guys" immediately they found their way.

They reached the building Peony had just left and slipped inside with ease, their presence a whispered secret among the shadows. Peony's office is only met for her which is the building at the right side of the company only when been summoned one can go there or you'll come out of there either injured or crippled or even emotionally damaged.

The elevator doors slid open, and they stepped in, pressing the button for the floor Peony had occupied just moments before.

As the doors opened again, they strode out, their gaze sweeping the office. The scent of cigarette smoke lingered in the air, a familiar scent that brought a hint of a smile to their lips. They moved to the desk, their eyes scanning the surface before coming to rest on the pack of cigarettes Peony had left behind.

A small, almost imperceptible nod was their only reaction before they reached into their pocket and pulled out a small device. With a few swift taps on the screen, the room was bathed in a soft blue glow. The device beeped softly, and they nodded, satisfied.

"Time to get to work," Kyle murmured with a playful smirk ,his voice barely audible over the hum of the office equipments

Lily had just come back from delivery ,it was 2:30 pm in the afternoon , she dropped her bag ,pulled her clothes loosen her bun and lazed into the bathroom,after she was done she slipped into her over sized, orange t-shirt then she entered her inner room to mix her perfumes.

It wasn't was until 5:56pm did she realize how hungry, she made an homemade burger and sweet potato fry she really put her time to make it delicious just like her dad's when it was ready to be eaten ,she went to the sitting room ,switch on the plasma tv and ate peacefully.

When it was 7pm she switch off the tv , cleaned up and went to bed ,her mind was drifting to different events then it settled on one she thought about Alexander's suggestion that she attend college. She had always dreamed of furthering her education, but didn't really think of asking from her parents.

As she pondered the idea, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and nervousness. What if she wasn't good enough? Then had to fall back to her parents she thinks this business is distracting but she has to struggle.

But as she thought about it more, Lily realized that she had always been passionate about learning. She loved reading books and expanding her knowledge on various subjects.

She rose up from her bed in search for her phone then she realized she left it charging in her inner room.

She picked up her phone and started researching colleges in Apex. As she browsed through the websites, she felt a sense of determination.

Maybe, just maybe Alexander's suggestion was the push she needed to take a chance on her dreams. She wants to make money but also wants her parents to be proud of her.

Lily's mind was racing with thoughts and ideas. She couldn't wait to explore this possibility further and see where it would take her.

As she scrolled further she realized the college form will be October and it's deadline will be February.

She raise her head with her eyes widened 'i got to read ' she said to herself.
